- Funktion der Entriegelungsmechanismen über Zugschnüre,
- Leichtgängigkeit der Gelenke (vollständiges und selbstständiges Zusammenklappen der
Leiter nach Entriegelung),
- Funktion der Kontaktüberwachung
(siehe hierzu Prüfetikett auf Leiterholm)

Attend the annual inspection interval according to EN131, BGV D 36/GUV 6.4 and your country
norm with additional inspection of
- function of rubber spring for a self-dependent folding-in of the ladder parts,
- function of the release mechanisms by means of pull cords,
- smooth running of hinges (complete and self-dependent folding of the ladder after unlocking),

Il faut considérer le rythme d`examen d`un an d`après EN 131, BGV D 36/ GUV 6.4 et de leur
norme nationale avec un examen supplémentaire de:
- fonction de l`élastique pour le pliage indépendant des parties de l`échelle
- fonction des mécanismes de déverrouillage à l`aide des tirettes,
- fonctionnement doux des joints ( pliage complet et indépendant de l`échelle après
le déverrouillage),
- fonction de la surveillance du contact
(voir l`étiquette d`inspection sur la barre de l`échelle)

ACHTUNG
Zur fachgerechten Nutzung der Leiter muss die auf jeder Leiter angebrachte Be-
triebsanleitung beachtet werden.
ACHTUNG
Die Leiter muss nach §22 Abs.2 der AAA Leitern und Tritte mind. 1m über die Aus-
trittsstelle hinausragen, wenn nicht andere gleichwertige Möglichkeiten zum Fest-
halten vorhanden sind.

ACHTUNG
Bei der Montage sind alle entsprechenden Sicherheitsvorschriften und die erforder-
lichen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen für die Aufzugmontage zu beachten.
Montagetätigkeiten im Bereich von Aufzugsanlagen sind nur durch
befähigte Personen nach TRBS 1203 durchzuführen.

ACHTUNG
Wenn Leitern in einem Aufzugschacht montiert werden, dürfen diese und ihre Befestigungen
während der Verwahrstellung nicht in die sich bewegenden Teile der Aufzugsanlage hinein-
ragen.
Auch muss in der Schachtgrube sowohl bei Verwahr-, als auch bei aufgestellter
Leiterposition, ein Raum vorhanden sein, der bei vollständig zusammengedrückten Puffern,
einem auf einer seiner Seiten ruhenden Quader mit den Mindestmaßen von
0,5m x 0,6m x 1,0m aufnehmen kann.
Diese gilt auch bei unkontrolliertem Absinken des Fahrkorbes.

Damit die Leiter beim Aufstellen den erforderlichen Neigungswinkel von 65°-75° hat, muß der Bügel im richtigenAbstand
zur Türschwelle angedübelt werden.

Befestigung der Sicherheitshaken
Nachdem die Leiter am Boden mit beiden Dübeln angeschraubt ist, legen Sie die Leiter wieder ausgeklappt
gegen die Türschwelle.
Ziehen Sie die Schutzfolie von den Sicherungshaken ab und kleben Sie diese, entsprechend der örtlichen
Schachttürhöhe an.
Wichtig!
Die Haken müssen auf der Holminnenseite liegen.
Befestigen Sie die Haken zusätzlich mit den beiliegenden Blechschrauben.
Benutzen Sie für die Vorbohrung in den Aluholm den beiliegenden Bohrer.
Jeder Haken ist mit mindestens drei Blechschrauben zu befestigen.
Achten Sie darauf,
dass die Haken die
Klappfunktion nicht
behindern.

2) Montage parallel zur Schachttüre, auch bei Grubenbreite max 1m, wenn:
-Grubentiefe niedriger als 1,3m
-der senkrechte Einbau nicht möglich ist
Befestigen Sie die Kette an der Schachttürschürze so, dass diese von der Schachttüre
aus erreichbar ist. Prüfen Sie vorab, ob der Abstand zwischen Fahrkorb- und Schachttürschürze
min. 15mm beträgt, ansonsten muß eine alternative Befestigungsmöglichkeit in der Nähe der Aufzugtüre gewählt werden.
Wichtig!
Die Kette ist so zu befestigen, dass bei ausgeklappter Leiter keine Stolpergefahr entsteht.
Der Abstand zur Türschwelle muß min. 3cm und
max. 8cm betragen
Die Montage erfolgt wie bei 1), allerdings muß der Abstand zwischen dem
Boden-Befestigungsbügel und der Anlegewand 70 cm betragen. Auch muß
die Kette an dem Leiterholm befestigt sein, der näher am Schachtzugang
liegt. Gegebenenfalls ist
die Kettenbefestigung auf den anderen Holm zu verlegen.
Wichtig!
Die Kette ist so zu befestigen, dass keine Stolpergefahr entsteht.
Der Abstand zwischen Anlegewand und Boden-
Befestigungsbügel muss 70cm betragen.
In diesem Fall darf die Hebelmechanik der Leiter nicht umgelegt werden.

Gelbe Hinweisaufkleber für den Quereinbau:
Kleben sie einen der gelben Hinweisaufkleber mit der
Richtungsanzeige „ Anlegeseite“ auf den oberen Leiterholm.
Wählen Sie den für Ihren Fall richtigen Aufkleber
Überwachungsschalter
Installieren Sie den Schalter zur Überwachung des untersten Leiterteiles und der Bodenhebelmechanik fachgerecht in Reihe
zum Notbremsschalter im Sicherheitskreis der Aufzugsteuerung.
Der Schalter hat einen Bemessungsbetriebsstrom von 3A bei AC15 250V/50Hz und 3A bei DC13 24V.
Abschließende Sicherheitsprüfung
Prüfen Sie zum Abschluß nochmals, ob der Abstand zwischen dem Fahrkorb und der Schürze zur eingeklappten
Leiter bei vollständig eingedrückten Puffern ausreichend ist und auch die Hängekabel nicht mit der Leiter kollidieren.
Entstehen bei der Montage Unwägbarkeiten, die einer fachgerechten Montage im Wege stehen, sind dieArbeiten
abzubrechen und Rücksprache mit dem Hersteller zu halten.

Attention
If there are no other equivalent possibilities of holding on to, the ladder must jut out
at least 1m beyond the exit, according to §22 pt 2 of AAA ladders and treads.

For professional use of the ladder, see the instructions, affixed to every ladder.

All safety instructions and all safety measures for lift mounting have to be
considered while mounting.
Assembly operations at lift systems have to be accomplished only by qualified per-
sons.
Attention
If ladders are mounted in lift shafts, the ladder and its attachments must not extend
into the moving parts of the lift.
Whether the pit ladder is in use or not, there shall also be sufficient space in the pit
to accommodate a rectangular block not less than 0,5m x 0,6m x 1,0m resting on
one of its faces, when the car rests on its fully compressed puffers.
This is also valid for an uncontrolled sinking of the car.

so that the ladder can be put up with the required rake of 65°-75°.

Fixing the safety hooks
After screwing the ladder to the ground with both dowels, fold it out and lean it against the door sill again.
Remove the protection film from the safety hooks and affix them, according to the local height of the shaft door.
Important!
The hooks have to be mounted to the inner side of the ladder beam.
Fix the hooks additionally with the enclosed tapping screws.
Use the enclosed drill for pre-drilling into the aluminium ladder beam.
Every hook has to be fixed with at least three tapping screws.
Pay attention that the

Fixing the chain

Fix the chain to the landing door apron so that it is accessible from the landing door.
At first check if the distance between the car and the landing door apron is at least 15mm, otherwise
you must choose an alternative fixing possibility near the lift door.
Important!
The chain has to be fixed so that there is no danger of stumbling when the ladder is folded out.
The distance to the door sill must be
at least 3cm and max. 8cm.
2) Mounting in parallel to the landing door, also if pit width is max. 1m, when:
-pit depth is less than 1,3m
-vertical mounting is not possible.
In this case the floor lever mechanics must not be turned over.

Wall where the ladder is put up
The distance between the wall where the ladder is put
up and the ground fixing clamp must be 70cm.
The mounting is to be effected like in 1), but the distance between the ground
fixing clamp and the wall where the ladder ist put up has to be 70cm. Also the
chain has to be fixed to the ladder beam nearest to the shaft adit. If necessary
the chain has to be fixed to the other ladder stringer.
Important!
The chain has to be fixed so that there is no danger of stumbling if the ladder is
folded out.

Yellow advice label for parallel mounting:
Glue the yellow advice label on the highest ladder beam,
so that the arrow shows into the right direction.
Choose the right label for your requirements.
Control switch
Install the switch for monitoring the bottom part of the ladder and the floor lever mechanics professionally in series to the
emergency-brake-switch in the safety circuit of the lift control system. The switch has a rated operational current of AC15
3A at 250V and DC13 3A at 24V.
Final safety inspection
At the end check again if the distance from the car and the apron to the ladder in folded position is sufficient when the
buffers are completely compressed and if the travelling cables are not colliding with the ladder.
If some imponderabilities occur while mounting, which get in the way of professional mounting, the operations have to be
cancelled and it is necessary to consult the manufacturer.

Attention
Pour utiliser l`échelle d`une façon appropriée il faut respecter les manuels de ser-
vice qui sont visibles sur chaque échelle.

Pendant l`assemblage il faut respecter toutes les prescriptions de sécurité et les
mesures de sécurité requises pour l`assemblage de l`ascenseur.
Seulement des personnes autorisées d`après TRBS 1203 peuvent exécuter les acti-
vités d`assemblage dans le secteur des installations.

Attention
Si des échelles sont installées dans une gaine d`ascenseur, ces échelles et leurs fixations
ne doivent pas avancer aux pièces de l`ascenseur en mouvement pendant leur position de
repos.
Un secteur dans la cuvette doit exister qui peut contenir un parallélépipède rectangle d`au
moins 0,50m x 0,60m x 1,0m reposant sur une de ses faces en cas des amortisseurs comp-
lètement comprimés.
Attention
D`après $ 22 paragraphe 2 des échelles et des pas du AAA l`échelle doit déborder
1m au moins sur le point de décharge, s`il n`y pas d`autres possibilités équivalentes
pour l`attachement.

Il faut adosser l`échelle et l`appuyer conformément à la position d`établissement souhaitée.
D`abord il faut cheviller unilatéralement

Fixation des crochets de sécurité
Après que l`échelle est attachée au sol avec les deux chevilles, vous mettez l`échelle dans
l`état basculé contre le seuil de porte
Enlevez la feuille de protection du crochet de sécurité et collez cette feuille de protection conformément à la
hauteur de la porte locale palière.
Important
Les crochets doivent se trouver à l`intérieur de traverse.
Attachez les crochets en plus avec des vis de tôle ci-jointes.
Utilisez le foret ci-joint pour le sondage dans la barre d`aluminium.
Il faut attacher chaque crochet avec trois vis de tôle au moins
Veillez à ce que les cro-

2) L`assemblage parallèlement à la porte de la gaine, si:
- la profondeur de la gaine est plus basse que 1,3m
- l`assemblage vertical n`est pas possible
Attachez la chaîne à la garde pieds de la porte palière, pour que la chaîne soit accessible de la porte palière. Examinez
d`abord si la distance entre la gaine et la garde-pieds de la porte palière est au moins 15 cm, autrement vous devez choi-
sir une possibilité de fixation alternative à proximité de la porte d`ascenseur.
Important!
La chaîne doit être attachée de telle sorte qu`il n`y a aucun danger de trébuchement pendant que l`échelle est basculée.
La distance au seuil de porte doit s`élever 3 cm au
moins et 8 cm au maximum.
L`assemblage s`effectue comme 1,) toutefois la distance entre la poignée
de la fixation du sol et la paroi d`établissement doit être 60cm. La chaîne
doit être attachée à la traverse de l`échelle, qui se trouve plus étroitement à
l`ouverture palière. Il faut éventuellement transférer la fixation de la chaîne à
l`autre traverse.
La distance au seuil de porte doit s‘élever 70cm au moins.
Dans ce cas la mécanique de levier ne peut pas être mise.

Autocollants d‘indication jaunes pour l‘installation transversale:
Collez un des autocollants jaunes avec l‘annonce de direction „Place
de la fixation“ sur l‘échelon supérieur.
Choississez l‘autocollant correct pour votre cas.
Commutateur de surveillance:
Installez le commutateur d`une façon appropriée en série au commutateur d`urgence pour surveiller la mécanique du levier
du sol dans le cercle de sécurité de la commande d`ascenseur.
Le commutateur a un courant de service de 3A pour AC15/ 250V/ 50HZ et 3A pour DC13C/24V.
Dernier examen de sécurité
Examinez encore une fois à la fin si la distance entre la gaine et la garde-pieds est suffisante vers l`échelle enfoncée en
cas des amortisseurs complètement comprimés et si les câbles pendentifs n`entrent pas en collision avec l’échelle.
S`il y a des impondérabilités pendant l`assemblage qui entravent un assemblage approprié, il faut interrompre les tra-
vaux et un entretien avec le fabricant est nécessaire.
