- Funktion der Entriegelungsmechanismen über Zugschnüre,
- Leichtgängigkeit der Gelenke (vollständiges und selbstständiges Zusammenklappen der
Leiter nach Entriegelung),

- function of rubber spring for a self-dependent folding-in of the ladder parts,
- function of the release mechanisms by means of pull cords,
- smooth running of hinges (complete and self-dependent folding of the ladder after unlocking),

ACHTUNG
Zur fachgerechten Nutzung der Leiter muss die auf jeder Leiter angebrachte Betrieb-
sanleitung beachtet werden.
ACHTUNG
Die Leiter muss nach EN 81-20 mind. 1,10m über die Austrittsstelle hinausragen,
wenn nicht andere gleichwertige Möglichkeiten zum Festhalten vorhanden sind.
In der Schachtgrube muß ein Notbremsschalter vorhanden sein, der vor dem Aus-
klappen der Leiter betätigt werden muß.
Sicherheitshinweise
ACHTUNG
Bei der Montage sind alle entsprechenden Sicherheitsvorschriften und die erforder-
lichen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen für die Aufzugmontage zu beachten.
Montagetätigkeiten im Bereich von Aufzugsanlagen sind nur durch
befähigte Personen nach TRBS 1203 durchzuführen.
TRI-KLAPP 115
ACHTUNG
Entgegen der bisherigen Beschreibung kann die Leiter alternativ auch parallel zur
Schachttüre eingebaut werden. Eine Einschränkung seitens der EN 81 besteht nicht.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Gefahr einer Wiederinbetriebnahme der Aufzuganlage
ohne die Leiter zuvor einzuklappen deutlich höher ist als beim senkrechten Einbau
zur Schachttüre. Grundsätzlich besteht die Möglichkeit, dass die Konstruktionslei-
tung Ihres Unternehmens über die Änderung der Anleitung noch nicht informiert
wurde. Im Zweifelsfall empfehlen wir deshalb Rücksprache mit Ihrem zuständigen
Konstruktionsleiter zu halten. Die Verantwortung für die gewählte Einbauvariante
liegt in allen Fällen beim Anwender.
ACHTUNG
Wenn Leitern in einem Aufzugschacht montiert werden, dürfen diese und ihre Be-
festigungen während der Verwahrstellung nicht in die sich bewegenden Teile der
Aufzugsanlage hineinragen.
Auch muss in der Schachtgrube sowohl bei Verwahr-, als auch bei aufgestellter
Leiterposition, ein Raum vorhanden sein, der bei vollständig zusammengedrückten
Puffern, einem auf einer seiner Seiten ruhenden Quader mit den Mindestmaßen von
0,5m x 0,7m x 1,0m aufnehmen kann.
Diese gilt auch bei unkontrolliertem Absinken des Fahrkorbes.

Für eine Leiter gem. EN 81-20 wird das optionale Leiter-ZUBESET-N benötigt (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten).

1) Montage senkrecht zur Schachttüre wenn:

Befestigen Sie die Kette an der Schachttürschürze so, dass diese von der Schachttüre
aus erreichbar ist. Prüfen Sie vorab, ob der Abstand zwischen Fahrkorb- und Schachttürschürze
mind. 15mm beträgt, ansonsten muß eine alternative Befestigungsmöglichkeit in der Nähe der Aufzugtüre gewählt wer-
den.
Auch muß die Kette an dem Leiterholm befestigt sein, der näher am Schachtzugang liegt. Gegebenenfalls ist
die Kettenbefestigung auf den anderen Holm zu verlegen.

Die Kette ist so zu befestigen, dass keine Stolpergefahr entsteht.

Abschließende Sicherheitsprüfung
Prüfen Sie zum Abschluß nochmals, ob der Abstand zwischen dem Fahrkorb und der Schürze zur
eingeklappten Leiter bei vollständig eingedrückten Puffern ausreichend ist und auch die Hängekabel
nicht mit der Leiter kollidieren. Entstehen bei der Montage Unwägbarkeiten, die einer fachgerechten
Montage im Wege stehen, sind die Arbeiten abzubrechen und Rücksprache mit dem Hersteller zu
halten.
Gelbe Hinweisaufkleber für den Quereinbau:
Kleben sie einen der gelben Hinweisaufkleber mit der
Richtungsanzeige „ Anlegeseite“ auf den oberen Leiterholm.

ATTENTION
If there are no other equal possibilities of holding on to, the ladder must jut out at
least 1.10m beyond the exit, according to EN 81-20.
For safety reasons an emergency stop switch is necessary in the pit. It must be
oprated before unfolding the ladder.

For professional use of the ladder, see the instructions, affixed to every ladder.
ATTENTION
All safety instructions and all safety measures for lift mounting have to be
considered while mounting.
Assembly operations at lift systems have to be accomplished only by qualified per-
sons.

ATTENTION
If ladders are mounted in lift shafts, the ladder and its attachments must not extend
into the moving parts of the lift.
Whether the pit ladder is in use or not, there shall be in the pit sufficient space to
accommodate a rectangular block not less than 0,5m x 0,7m x 1,0m resting on one
of its faces, when the car rests on its fully compressed buffers.
This is also valid for an uncontrolled sinking of the car.
ATTENTION
In opposition to the previous description, the ladder can alternatively be mounted
parallelly to the landing door. There is no restriction mentioned in EN 81.
Please notice that the danger of restarting the lift without having folded in the ladder
before is much higher than in case of vertical installation to the landing door.
Possibly the Head of Construction of your company is not informed yet about the
change in the instruction. In case of doubt we therefore recommend to consult the
Head of Construction.
In either case the user is responsible for the chosen mounting option.

Fix the chain to the landing door apron, so that it is accessible from the landing door.
At first check if the distance between the car and the landing door apron is at least 15mm, otherwise there
has to be chosen an alternative fixing possibility near the lift door.
Also the chain has to be fixed to the ladder beam nearest to the shaft adit. If necessary the chain has to be fixed to the
other ladder beam.

The chain has to be fixed so, that there is no danger of stumbling.

Final safety inspection
At the end check again, if the distance from the car and the apron to the ladder in folded position is
sufficient when the buffers are completely compressed and if the travelling cables are not colliding
with the ladder.
If there accur any imponderabilities while mounting, which get in the way of professional mounting,
the operations have to be cancelled and it is necessary to consult the manufacturer.
Yellow advice label for parallel mounting:
Glue the yellow advice label on the highest ladder beam,
so that the arrow shows into the right direction.
Choose the right label for your requirements.

ATTENTION
Pour utiliser l‘échelle d‘une façon appropriée il faut respecter les instructions de
service fixées sur chaque échelle.
ATTENTION
Selon EN 81-20, l‘échelle doit dépasser au moins 1,10m le point de sortie, s‘il n‘y a
pas d‘autres possibilités pour s‘y tenir.
Il doit y avoir un interrupteur d‘arrêt d‘urgence dans la cuvette qu‘il faut actionner
avant de déplier l‘échelle.
Indications de sécurité
ATTENTION
Pendant l‘assemblage il faut respecter toutes les prescriptions de sécurité et les
mesures de sécurité requises pour l‘assemblage d‘ascenseurs.
Seulement des personnes autorisées d‘après TRBS 1203 peuvent exécuter des
travaux de montage aux ascenseurs.

ATTENTION
Contrairement à la description antérieure, l‘échelle peut être installée aussi paral-
lèlement à la porte palière. Il n‘y a pas de restriction de la part de EN 81.
Veuillez noter que le danger de remettre l‘ascenseur en service sans avoir plié
l‘echelle est beaucoup plus grand que si celle-ci est installée verticalement à la
porte palière. En général il y a la possibilité que les chefs de construction de votre
entreprise n‘ont pas encore été informés du changement de l‘instruction. En cas de
doute nous recommandons de consulter votre chef de construction chargé. La
responsabilité de la variante de montage choisie en tout cas incombe à l‘utilisateur.
ATTENTION
Si des échelles sont installées dans la gaine d‘un ascenseur, ces échelles et leurs fixations
ne doivent pas avancer aux pièces mouvantes de l‘ascenseur quand elles se trouvent dans la
position de repos.
Dans la cuvette il doit y avoir un espace qui peut contenir un parallélépipède rectangle d‘au
moins 0,50m x 0,70m x 1,0m reposant sur une de ses faces en cas d‘amortisseurs
complètement comprimés, et si l‘échelle est montée et si elle se trouve dans la position de
repos.
Cela vaut aussi pour la baisse incontrôlée de la cabine.

Attachez la chaine de traction au garde-pieds de la porte palière de manière que celle-ci est
atteignable de la porte palière. Vérifiez préalablement si la distance entre le garde-pieds de la
cabine et celui de la porte palière est au moins 15mm, sinon on doit choisir une autre possibilité de fixation
près de la porte de la cabine.
La chaine doit être fixée à la barre de l‘échelle qui se trouve plus près de l‘accès à la gaine. Le cas échéant, il faut fixer la
chaine à l‘autre barre.
Important !
La chaine doit être fixée de manière qu‘elle ne cause pas de risque de trébucher.

Inspection de sécurité finale
A la fin, vérifiez encore une fois si la distance de la cabine et du garde-pieds jusqu‘à l‘échelle pliée
est suffisante quand les amortisseurs sont complètement comprimés, et si les câbles pendentifs
n‘entrent pas en collision avec l‘échelle. Si des impondérabilités surviennent pendant le montage,
s‘opposant à un montage professionnel, il faut arrêter les travaux et consulter le fabricant.
Autocollants d‘indication jaunes pour l‘installation transversale :
Collez un des autocollants jaunes avec l‘indication de direction „Côté
d‘appui“ à la barre supérieure de l‘échelle.
Choisissez l‘autocollant pour votre cas.
