Load Paper in Trays 2-6
•Pull out the required tray until it stops.
•Remove any paper in the tray that is a different size.
•
Slide the length and width guides out

•Fan the stack of paper to release sheets that may be
stuck together, and then align the edges of the stack on
a level surface.
NOTE: Do not load paper above the Maximum Fill Line.

Jam clearance – jam in paper tray 2
NOTE: When a paper jam occurs, an error will be displayed on
the Control Panel as well as video instructions on clearing the
jam.
Jammed paper should be removed in the normal direction of
travel whenever possible. Make sure to remove any torn pieces of
paper from the printer.
Remove any paper from PaperTray 1, and then close the tray.
The tray is located on the right side of the printer.

If necessary remove any partially fed creased or jammed paper

Maintenance – replace toner cartridge
NOTE:Amessage will be displayed on the Control Panel when a Toner (Dry
Ink) Cartridge needs to be replaced.Avideo of the replacement procedure is
viewable on the Control Panel as well.

from your skin or clothing. This will set the Toner and make it difficult to
remove. If any Toner gets on your skin or clothing, use a brush to remove
the Toner, or wash it off with cold water and mild soap.
Open the front door.
Gently pull theToner Cartridge straight out of the printer.
CAUTION: Be careful not to spill any Toner when handling the cartridge.
NOTE: You can dispose of the used cartridge in the box that the new cartridge
came in.
Before unpacking the new Toner Cartridge, gently shake it 3 or 4 times to
distribute the Toner and remove the cartridge from its packaging.
Align the arrow on the cartridge with the arrow on the printer, and then push the
cartridge in slowly until it stops.

Close the front door.
