Install Rope Anchor(16) to one of the Base Tube(18) using 2 pieces Flat Washer Φ13.5*Φ24*2.5(39),2
pieces Nut M12(41) and 2 pieces Carriage Bolt M12*70(44).
Assemble 2 pieces Base Tube(18),1 piece Rear Base Plate(20) and 16 pieces Fix Plate 200*165*4 (21)
using 16 pieces Flat Washer Φ13.5*Φ24*2.5(39),8 pieces Nut M12(41) and 8 pieces Hex Bolt
M12*100(43).
Please do not tighten the bolts and nuts.

Assemble 4 pieces Upright Tube(19),1 piece Rear Base Plate(20) and 6 pieces Fix Plate 200*165*4
(21) using 16 pieces Flat Washer Φ13.5*Φ24*2.5(39),8 pieces Nut M12(41) and 8 pieces Hex Bolt
M12*100(43);
Assemble 1 piece Rear Top Crossbar(3),4 pieces Upright Tube(19) and 2 pieces Square Fix Plate
130*75*4(22) using 8 pieces Flat Washer Φ13.5*Φ24*2.5(39),4 pieces Nut M12(41) and 4 pieces
Hex Bolt M12*100(43).
Please don’t tighten bolts and nuts.

Assemble 2 piece Top Connect Tube(1),4 pieces Upright Tube(19) and 4 pieces Square Fix Plate
130*75*4(22) using Flat Washer Φ13.5*Φ24*2.5(39),Nut M12(41) and Hex Bolt M12*100(43);
Assemble 2 piece Top Connect Tube(1) and Multi Handle Frame(2) using Flat Washer
Φ13.5*Φ24*2.5(39),Big Flat Washer Φ13*Φ37*3 (40),Nut M12(41) and 4 pieces Hex Bolt
M12*100(43).
Please tighten all the bolts and nuts.

Install Barbell Holder(15) to Base Tube(18) using Flat Washer Φ13.5*Φ24*2.5(39),Nut M12(41) and
Hex Bolt M12*100(43);
Install Band Peg(17) to Base Tube(18) and Top Connect Tube(1) using Big Flat Washer Φ9*Φ24*2(38)
and Hex Bolt M8*25(42) .
V VI
Put Long Safety Arm(4&5),Dip Bar(6&7),J-Hook(8&9) and Safety Bar(10&11) on right position as
your required.
Note,please fix Safety Bar(10&11) using 2 pieces Pin (12).
