Connect XPLORA with the app:
1. Enter the phone number of
the XPLORA.
2. Enter 4 digit code displayed
on XPLORA screen.
Activate app:
1. Enter your mobile phone number
(NOT XPLORA phone number), wait
for 4 digit code by SMS and enter.
2. Start XPLORA app and create an user
account and password.
Install the XPLORA Care App
from the App Store for iPhone,
or from the Google Play Store if
you use an Android smartphone.
PS: select XPLORA Care in Grey
colour icon.
Press power button on
the right side 2-3 seconds
to switch XPLORA on.

Spring bar to connect the wristband

Battery of the XPLORA
Remove the stickers from the charging station and the bottom of the
XPLORA. Connect the micro USB cable to the cradle and nd the metal
contacts on the XPLORA and the charging station.
Place the XPLORA on the charging station so that the metal contacts on the
watch and the charging station touch each other. The charging station has a
built-in magnet to help you position the watch correctly.

When the XPLORA is properly connected to the charging station, the charging
process starts and a red LED lamp lights up. If the LED does not light up,
please check the connection between the USB cable and the charging station.
Make sure that the XPLORA is correctly placed on the cradle and that the USB
cable is connected to a power source. XPLORA will charge faster if you turn o
the clock before charging.

Replacing the XPLORA Wristband
1. Slide the strap at the joint
slightly aside so that you can
see the spring bar.
2. Slide the spring bar with
a suitable tool together, around
the strap from the joint to
release.
3. Take the spring bar out
from the strap and put it in
the new strap inside.
4. Put the new strap with
the spring bar on one side
into the joint of the XPLORA.
5. Press the spring bar
together around the strap
as well as the other side
to connect in the joint.

Turn On/O
XPLORA Power ON
Hold the button on the right for a few seconds, to turn on the XPLORA.
Turn OFF XPLORA
Turn o the XPLORA by pressing the button on the right hold for about
5-10 seconds. It will display the progressing bar until XPLORA is turned
o. It ensures that the XPLORA doesn’t turn o accidentally.

Your XPLORA has a touch screen. Touch the screen and swipe the
screen left / right and up / down to nd Menu. You can use the touch
screen as follows:
1. If the screen is o, press one of the buttons on the side of your XPLORA to
turn on the screen.
2. Swipe the screen left to see other menus.
3. Swipe right or left to see the various menu items allow.
4. To return to the home screen with the clock displayed, either briey press
the SOS button or swipe from top to bottom across the screen.

1. Swipe the screen from right to left to display the phone icon and tap it.
2. Swipe the screen left or right between contacts until you nd the contact.
Tap the icon of the contact you want to call.
End Call: Tap the red handset icon to end the call.
Volume control: During the call, tap on the speaker symbol will adjust
the volume.
Call SOS-Button
If SOS button is pressed down for at least 4 seconds, XPLORA will automatically
contact one of the primary guardian.
1. Hold the SOS button for 4-6 seconds.
2. The location of XPLORA is automatically sent to the primary guardian and it
makes a call to the primary guaridan.
3. If the primary guardian does not answer the phone, XPLORA will automatically
call the secondary guardian. If the secondary guardian does not answer the
phone, the XPLORA will again call the primary guardian. Please note that if a
voice mail is enabled, it may not work.
4. XPLORA will call the guardians until one accepts the phone.

1. If you receive SMS, it will appear on the screen.
2. Tap “Read” to open message.
3. You will nd all messages under “Messages”. You can see the
message by swiping left or right.
4. To make a call the sender of the message, swipe from the bottom
to up and tap the phone icon below the message.

1. During the watch ringing, you can
answer the call by tapping the
telephone icon.
2. After the call, you can tap the red icon
to nish the call.

down to display the volume control.
2. Use the slide bar to adjust the volume.
3. Tap the bottom of the screen to go
back to the main menu.

View message
1. Swipe across the screen from left to right to access the Messages menu.
2. Tap the Messages icon to go to Inbox for new message.
3. You can scroll through the received message by swiping to the left or right.
1. Select a message you want to delete and swipe from the bottom up.
2. Tap the trash icon to open the delete menu. Touch “Delete”.
3. Delete “all” and conrm with “Yes” deletes all messages.

Send location
“Send Location” is a feature that send its current location to
XPLORA app. XPLORA app can quickly nd the location of
the watch.
1. Swipe left or right to select “Send Location”.
2. Tap “Send location” to send the XPLORA location.
3. Tapping” Send location” to send the latest location update to the guardians.
1. Swipe left or right to open the menu item “My Watch” on your XPLORA.
2. Tap “Information” to view, for example, phone number, serial number,
software version, or network status.
3. To check if your XPLORA has the latest software version installed, click
“Update Software” at the bottom of the information menu.
4. When you tap Update Software, it checks and download & install the latest
Software version if available.
- XPLORA may need at least 75% or be connected to a power source.
During the update, the device may be able to turn o and on several time.
When the power becomes low and it may be o. In this case, please
connect your XPLORA to a power source before contining the software
upgrade.

You can nd the XPLORA Care app by visiting the Google Play Store
or App Store and search by “XPLORA Care”.
1. Tap “Install” and accept the terms of use.
2. Open the app then tap “Start”.
The app does not work on tablets or iPods.

1. Enter the mobile number of your smartpone and tap on “continue”. You will now receive a 4-digit
code via SMS.
2. Enter the code in the eld, and tap Next. If it’s time outs or enter the incorrect code four times,
you have to request a new code.

Create an account in the XPLORA app
If you already have an account:
1. Enter your username and your password.
2. Then tap on “Log in”.
If you have not set up an account yet,
click on “Create account”.

1. Choose an account name at least 6 characters
long.
2. Choose a password that is at least 6 characters
long.
3. Conrm your password by clicking it Re-enter.
4. Tap on “Create account”.

Pair XPLORA with the app
1. Make sure the XPLORA is charged and turned on.
2. Enter the phone number of the XPLORA in the app. If you bought with SIM included version,
please nd the phone number of XPLORA from the email that may be sent to you or contact
our support team. Tap on “continue”.
3. You will receive a 4-digit code on your XPLORA, enter it in the app and your XPLORA is already
paired with the app.

manage multiple XPLORAs and add new.
2. XPLORA system messages: information about updates etc.
3. Last known location of XPLORA.
4. Phone number and name of the XPLORA user.
