DPA-MRMDS setting manual
Use the DPA-MRMDS you can extend the Door Station or CCTV camera up to 4, in one
building. By using the DPA-MRMDS users can receive video call from each Door Station of monitor
each CCTV camera. Read and follow this instruction to set up the system

2. Ports and Specifications
■VD/IN: Video input from Door Station
■VD/OUT: Video output to the Monitors(or Distributors)
■VD/NT: Video output to the Guard Unit
■VD/2ND: Video output for other usages
■CAM-1: Video input from Camera NO.1(or the second Door station)
■CAM-2: Video input from Camera NO.2(or the third Door station)
■CAM-3: Video input from Camera NO.3(or the fourth Door station)
■DC 12V: DC output for the Cameras
■SWITCHER: to set the address for the DPA-MRMDS, if there is only one MR- MDS
used in the building, set to 1
■A1,P-,D1,D2: connect to the A1,P-,D1,D2 of the Door Station
■P+, P-: connect to the power supply

3. Settings on the Door Station(s)
Settings must be made to all the Door Stations which connected with the MR-
MDS.
Step.1 Enable the DPA-
MRMDS

1. When the Door Station is on
standby mode, press #8009 on the
keyboard, then input the password(the
default password is 66666666)

2. Then you will see the Advance
Config page as show at right. Press
5 on the key board to enter the HMC
setting page

3. Then you will see the HMC setting
page as show at right. Press 2 on the
keyboard and then press # key on the
keyboard to save the modification

4. After you press the # key, a
'Updata' hint will show as right,
that means the change have save
successfully, then the screen will
return to 'Advance Config' page. If not
successful(or press the * key), the
screen will show 'Ignore Change' and
then return back

Step.2 Modify the settings of DPA-MRMDS
1. After enable the DPA-MRMDS, the
screen will return to the Advance Config
page, as show at right.

■ The 'Addr[ ]' is for the MR-MDS
address setting, if there is only one
DPA-MRMDS apply the the system,
press
1 the set the address to 1.
■ The 'Ch1T[ ]' is for the monitor time
setting of the Door Station, can be
set from 0~30 seconds.

■ The 'Ch2T[ ]' is for the monitor time
setting of the first CCTV(which
connect to the CAM-1)or the second
Door Station, can be set from 0~30
seconds.
■ The 'Ch3T[ ]' is for the monitor time
setting of the second CCTV(which
connect to the CAM-2)or the third
Door Station, can be set from 0~30
seconds.
■ The 'Ch3T[ ]' is for the monitor time
setting of the second CCTV(which
connect to the CAM-3)or the fourth
Door Station, can be set from 0~30
seconds.

NOTE: Set to 00 if the video channel
is not connect to any CCTV camera
of Door Station

Example 1:
The system is using one DPA-MRMDS,
and connected with one Door Station
and one CCTV camera. The Door
Station is connected to VD/IN, the
CCTV is connected to CAM-1,.
You want to set 20 seconds for the Door
Station monitoring time, and 20 seconds
for the CCTV.

Example 2:
The system is using one DPA-
MRMDS, and connected with two
Door Station and one CCTV camer
a. The first
Door Station is connected to VD/IN,
the second Door Station is connected
to CAM-1,the CCTV is connected to
CAM-2.
You want to set 15 seconds for the

NOTE: The two Door Stations have the
same setting for the DPA-MRMDS
function, that's the same setting from
step.1 and step.2
