*BED LINERS / BEDRAIL COVERS
WARNING
Installing the anchor with liner
material interfering can cause
the brackets and the load to fall
away from the vehicle, resulting
in property damage, personal
injury, or death.
Determine where the
brackets will be
installed on the truck
bed rails.
Clean surfaces
where brackets
will be installed.
All surfaces must be
free of grease or
debris.
Position bracket
tube inside
truck bed.
Position anchor
under bed rail.*
Some bedliners or bedrail covers may
require alteration. It may be necessary
to cut away a section of the liner on the
underside of the bedrail.
•Peel pad from
backing material.
The bracket and bolt anchor
surfaces must be flat against the
bedrail, completely free of gaps.
If not flat, move along
the bedrail until flat.
ATTACH WASHER
AND NUT.
Tighten with a 3/4”wrench
just until brackets are held
in place.
Cover end
of bolt with
cap.
It is possible
that the
brackets may
not sit at four
corners of bed
due to
obstructions or
bedrail shape.
APPLY PADS TO INSIDE OF BRACKETS.
•Be sure to match pad size
to surface size.

CENTER THE BAR.
INSTALL THE CROSSBAR (purchased separately).
Tighten the
clamps until the
bar cannot
rotate.
ATTACH END
CAPS.
PERFORM A FINAL TIGHTENING.
TIGHTEN THE
BAR CLAMPS. TIGHTEN THE ANCHOR BOLTS SECURELY.
Use the wrench
to loosen the
clamps if needed.
CHECK THE INSTALLATION: Lift and pull.
Lift the bar upward.
Pull the strut from
front to back.
Tighten again if anything is loose!
If the bar appears to be at an awkward
angle to the rack, loosen the anchor
bolt slightly to permit loading.
INSTALL SECOND BRACKET.
Match the position of the first bracket.
Measure from edge of bed to the bracket for best results.
Do not tighten second bracket until crossbar is installed.

Maximum Weight Limit
300 lbs. / 135 kg
BRACKETS PAIRED WITH ANOTHER SYSTEM:
Always follow the weight limit of
the lighter system.
SYSTEM LOAD LIMITATIONS
Secure front and rear of long
loads to ends of vehicle for
safe transport. Failure to do so
can result in property damage,
personal injury, or death.
