LIMITED WARRANTY
1-Year Limited Warranty for Manufacturing Defects
Please read all of the following Warranty information carefully. To ensure your
Warranty remains in effect, please adhere to all of the conditions below.
This warranty is for manufacturing defects only and does not cover or include
damages that result from misuse of the product.
1. Your product includes a 1-year Warranty covering all manufacturing defects.
The Warranty is effective beginning on the date of purchase. It’s important to
keep your original sales receipt, as without this, we will not be able to process
your Warranty. This warranty and all financial responsibility thereof are limit-
ed to the product itself.
2. Manufacturing defects include circumstances where the product has broken
under normal and proper use. Please use your unit safely and only for the
purpose of which is intended. Improper use may result in injury or damage to
other property. Do not allow children to play or climb on this product.
3. This Warranty is effective only when the product has been used as recom-
mended, by a consumer who purchased the product from an authorized
dealer, and only covers products that were purchased in New condition.
Proper use means using this product on a level surface with an equal distribu-
tion of weight. In the event that the product was not properly used or was
abused by the consumer, this warranty will be voided. This warranty does not
constitute an agreement to replace other parts.
4. If the product fails due to manufacturing defects, the manufacturer will, at
its discretion, repair or replace the product. The manufacturer reserves the
right to substitute comparable materials or models and does not guarantee
the replacement.
5. In the event that the product needs to be inspected by the manufacturer to
determine warranty claims,all transportation or shipment cost will be
assumed by the consumer.

Power ON/OFF -
Press this button to enter auto mode by default.
Menu - Press the Menu button two times located at the top right to enter the menu
page. You can press the up or down button to choose from auto, airbag
manual, or other modes and settings.
Auto Mode - Default time setting is 15minutes. No heating in auto mode.
If you want to extend the massage period or use heating, please switch to
manual mode.
Zero Gravity Mode - In ON status, press this button, massage chair will go into
zero-gravity position,press it again to return to default position.
OK Button
Directional Buttons- Direction button has 4 buttons, they are up, down
left and right. In menu interface they serve as navigation buttons.
User can press up or down to choose in menu,and press left or right to
enter previous or next menu.
Leg Down - keep pressing this button, legrest goes down, release it
legrest stop moving.
Leg Up - keep pressing this button, legrest goes up, release it,
legrest stop moving.
Backrest Down -Backrest Down - keep pressing this button,
backrest goes down, release it, backrest stop moving.
Backrest Up - keep pressing this button, backrest goes up,release it,
backrest stop moving.

How to Use Bluetooth:
1. Bluetooth is automatically activated when you power up the massage chair.
2. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth and connect to the chair.
3. Play and enjoy music of your choice during your massage.

Connect the Controller
Insert the power plug into port located at the massage chair's inner left side
(as shown in the picture).

FUNCTIONS
AUTO Mode
There are six automatic modes for users to select:
1.full body; 2. sport relax; 3. stretch lacing; 4. relaxed body; 5. lunch break; 6.
master select.
Auto program and manual program can be switched freely. To switch to manual
mode interface, press the Menu button two times located at the top right, back to
menu interface and select manual mode.
Manual Mode:
Manual program in the menu interface:
1. Massage method: Kneading, Tapping, Knocking, Shaitsu, Combination, Rolling
2. Massage speed: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
3. Massage width: wide, medium and narrow
4. Massage range: overall, partial and fixed (Note: Shiatsu and rolling are not
available in fixed mode. They are available in overall and partial mode.)
5. Air intensity: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, off
6. Airbag ON/OFF: Shoulder, arms, waist, buttocks, legs, feet
7. Roller intensity: off, 1,2,3
8.Heat ON/OFF: off,1,2,3
Airbag intensity, heat and roller can be adjusted when using manual mode. Mode
indicator is on the LCD screen.

Body scanning function provides precise massage based on height.
Users should lift the pillow cushion before sitting on the chair to get a precise
height measurement. Auto mode will automatically start after body scanning
completes.

WARNING
1.When placing your massage chair, be sure to leave at least 2-inch (5cm) of space
in the back and 20-inch in the front. This will allow a full range of reclining move-
ment.
2.Keep the massage chair out of damp areas (e.g.: bathroom) to avoid electrical
damage or shock.
3. Keep the massage chair away from sources of high temperatures (e.g.: stove) to
avoid fire or damage to upholstery.
WHERE TO USE THE UNIT
When using the massage chair, ensure there are no people, pets, or objects within
20 inches of the chair to allow the footrest to extend safely.
Do not expose the chair to direct sunlight, high temperatures, or high humidity.
This could cause fading or other damage to the upholstery. Place the unit on a mat
or rug to prevent floor damage.

INSTALLATION AND PLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Unpacking the Massage Chair
Remove from packaging and detach the protectors. Take out the instruction
manual, power cord, and other accessories.
Moving your Massage Chair
This massage chair has been designed with casters for quick and easy relocation.
Just follow these steps:
1. Stand behind the massage chair and push down on the backrest to tilt back the
chair at an approximate 45° angle and lift the front side.
2. Make sure that the footrest is elevated off the floor at all times. Roll the chair on
the rear casters to move it elsewhere.
3. To prevent floor damage, place a protective mat or rug under the massage chair
during and after moving it.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Basic precautions should always be followed when using an electrical unit,
including all of the precautions in this instruction manual. Please ensure that you
read all the instructions before using this massage chair.
DANGER
To reduce the risk of electric shock, always unplug this unit from the electrical
outlet immediately after using and before cleaning.
WARNING
1.We recommend that people with following conditions should consult with their
physicians before use:
(a) Women who are pregnant, people who are ill, or are in poor physical condition.
(b) People who suffer from back, neck, shoulder, or hip pains.
(c) People who use a pacemaker, defibrillator, or other personal medical devices
that's prone to electrical interference.
(d) People with heart disease.
(e) People who should not receive massages due to thrombosis or aneurism, acute
varicose veins, or other circulatory conditions.
(f) People with acute lumbar disc herniation and spine problems.
(g) People who suffer from a loss of heat sensation.
2. To reduce the risk of burns, fires, electric shocks, or personal injury:
● Always insert the power plug all the way into the outlet to reduce the risk of short
circuit and fire.
● The unit should never be left unattended when plugged in.
● People who cannot move or communicate on their own should avoid use.
● Only use the unit for the purpose described in these instructions.
● Do not stand on the unit.
● Always return the seat to an upright position and fully retract the legrest. Do not
obstruct the legrest while it is retracting.
● Keep children and pets away from the unit. Cleaning and user maintenance shall
not be made by children without supervision.
● Never operate the unit if it has a damaged power cord or plug.
● Contact customer service for assistance if the unit does not work properly, if it has
been dropped or damaged, or if it has been immersed in water.
● Keep power cords away from heated surfaces.
● Do not move or carry the unit by the power cord.
● Never block the air openings during operation and make sure that all air openings
are kept free of lint and hair, etc.
● Do not drop or insert anything into any openings of the unit.
● Do not use the unit on top of heat sources, such as electric carpets, etc.
● Do not operate the unit under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating may occur
and cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
● Do not use the unit in bathrooms or other damp areas because doing so may
cause electric shock or product malfunction.
● Do not spill water or other liquid onto the controller.
● Do not use the unit outdoors.
● Do not use or operate where aerosol spray products are being used or where
oxygen is being administered.
● To disconnect, turn all controls to OFF position, then remove the plug from the
power outlet.
● Do not use the unit with a transformer as this may lead to malfunction or electric
shock.
● Do not use power supply that is beyond the specified electric voltage, as this may
cause fire or damage to the massage chair.
● Persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge should only use the unit after they have been given
supervision or instructions concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved.

TROUBLESHOOTING AND REPAIRS
Immediately turn the power off and
contact customer service.
Smoke or abnormal odors are
noticed during the use of the unit.
Problems
The massage chair doesn't turn on.
Remote control does not work and/or
has a blank display.
The massage chair stops working
suddenly.
Odd, abnormal, or unusually loud
sounds coming from the chair.
There is a mechanical malfunction.
In the case of any other abnormalities
contact customer service immediately.
Never attempt to repair the product
yourself.
The set time has been reached.
The chair has overheated and has
automatically shut down to protect the
motor - Turn the power off for 30 minutes
and then power on the chair and try again.
The chair may have a damaged fuse,
replace if necessary.
Make sure the chair is plugged in and
the power switch is in the "on” position.
Check to see if the power cord has
been damaged.
Check the fuse and replace it if necessary.

3. Sit down slowly after checking positions of massage heads.
4. To avoid injury, never insert any body part between the massage heads. Never
put your fingers or feet in the gaps between the backrest and seat, the backrest
and armrest, the seat and armrest cover, and beneath the legrest.
5. Do not use the unit against bare skin, as doing so may cause skin irritation.
6. Do not use when wearing anything hard on your head such as a hair accessory.
7. Do not apply massage roller directly on the head, elbow or knee joints, torso, or
abdomen.
8. Do not use excessively strong massage on the back of your neck.
9. This chair conducts precise massages based on your height. Lift the pillow
cushion before sitting on the chair to get a precise height measurement.
10. If the massage pressure is too strong, press the STOP button to take a break.
11. Do not fall asleep during massage session.
12. Do not operate after consuming pain killers, sedatives, or alcohol.
13. Do not sit on the seatback when it is in a reclined position. Also do not sit on
the legrest or with your legs on the headrest, or the unit may tip over.
14. Do not unplug the unit or turn it off during operation. Unplug the unit
immediately if there is a power outage.
15. Always leave the unit in an upright and closed position after use.
16. Only one person should use the unit at any given time.
17. Take off hard objects, such as false fingernails, wristwatches or rings when
massaging hands or arms. Empty your pockets when massaging your legs and
thighs.
18. Do not have “heated” massage heads linger on the same area of your body,or
low temperature burns may occur.
19. Do not clean using diluent, benzene, alcohol or detergent to avoid risk of
fading or other damage. Clean with a dry cloth and specialized leather detergent.
