SAFETY GUIDE
When using this machine basic precautions should always be followed including the fol-
lowing:
DANGER To reduce the risk of electric shock: Always unplug this machine from the
electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning.
WARNING To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury to persons:
1. The machine should never be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from outlet
when not in use, and before putting on or taking off parts.
2. Do not operate with blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause fire,
electric shock, or injury to persons.
3. Supervision is necessary when this machine is used near children, or by or near invalids
or disabled persons.
4. Use this machine only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use at-
tachments not recommended by ZAAZ.
5. Never operate this machine if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working prop-
erly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water. Call the ZAAZ service
number for examination and repair: 888-OMG-ZAAZ.
6. Do not pull on or use the power cord as a handle.
7. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
8. Never operate the machine with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings free
of lint, hair, and the like.
9. Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
10. Do not use outdoors. The machine is intended for home and indoor use.
11. Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is be-
ing administered.
12. To disconnect, press the console OFF switch, turn the power switch off, then remove
plug from outlet.
13. The machine must be kept on level ground.
14. Do not use with wet hands or near water.
15. Do not move the machine if the power is on.
16. Do not use this machine within one hour of meals.
17. Do not use this machine for more than 12 minutes per session, unless following an ap-
propriate program.
18. There have not been enough studies done on the effects of Whole Body Vibration on
children. However since weight training is not supported for kids as their bodies are still
developing, we do not recommend Whole Body Vibration for children. Children and pets
should always be supervised when around Vibration Technology machines.
19. Do not use the machine if you have a pacemaker, an implant, are pregnant or have
an existing medical condition. Please consult your physician first. More information on
contraindications is listed on page 15.
20. If you feel any distress or soreness abandon your exercise immediately.
21. Should your machine malfunction, disconnect it from your power source and call our
service number, listed on page 8. Do not attempt any repairs yourself.

WHAT IS WHOLE BODY VIBRATION?
Whole Body Vibration engages your muscles and accelerates your workout results.
The machine’s platform pivots rapidly in a seesaw-type motion, constantly putting
your body out of balance. Your muscles automatically react in order to regain
stability, and your whole body is engaged as you naturally rebalance. The result? A
more intensive, accelerated workout in a fraction of the time.
The vibration plate moves up to 30 times per second, oscillating on a central axis,
and the body has rectionary muscle contractions as the plate moves from left to
right. Because the plate is moving at high speeds, the gravitational pull on th e
body increases, putting added pressure on every muscle. It’s as if your muscles
are exercising with weights and you’re getting a full-body workout without know-
ing it!

When you do a standard workout, you’re typically exercising one muslce group at
a time. (For example when you do an arm curl, you’re not doing a leg extention
or a sit up.) When you incorporate Whole Body Vibration into that same exercise,
your entire body is engaged in rebalancing. That rebalancing forces all of the
muscles in your body to react and contract the entire time you’re on the machine,
whether you’re doing an exercise or even just standing on it. Plus, your body is
also working under a much greater g-force stress, which accelerates your work-
out results.

REDUCE INJURY
Before exercising, you should always stretch in order to prevent injury and warm
up your muscles. Whole Body Vibration helps with dynamic stretching because
the vibration helps loosen your muscles and warm up your body, allowing you to
reach further into each stretch. On your ZAAZ 50K vibration machine, keep mov-
ing and reaching through your stretches for the best stretch possible.
DYNAMIC VS. STATIC STRETCHING
Most people do static stretching, which is stretching and holding the pose. How-
ever, many studies show that dynamic stretching (gently increasing the reach for
the duration of the stretch) is more effective.

EXERCISE PROGRAMS
The ZAAZ 50K features 12 workout programs, each with 20 exercises that display
on the HD Digital Console’s screen.
The exercises appear on the LCD screen for 36 seconds each, and demonstrate
targeted workout poses for the user to mimic. Exercises can be done with weights
or with ZAAZ adjustable Power Bands for added resistance.
Each workout program runs for a total of 12 minutes- enough to give you a
complete Whole Body Vibration workout! There are also 11 pre-set programs that
provide you with varying vibration frequencies for therapy and massage as well as
illustrated interval diagrams for Max Interval Traininng.

The ZAAZ 50K is the only fitness equiptment that features Max Interval Training.
MAX INTERVAL TRAINING WILL HELP YOU:
Interval training is the infusion of short blasts of high-intensity exercise in your
workout routine. Interval training mixes high-cardio workout segments with
short, anaerobic rest periods. When it comes to achieving rapid results, inter-
val training is a must – it will improve your strength, speed, and cardiovascular
power, and it will help you burn fat faster because the exercise bursts stimulate
your metabolic system.
ZAAZ has taken regular interval training to its peak with Max Interval Training.
Max Interval Training pushes you to exercise for a short amount of time as hard as
you can before recovering at a more moderate workout pace. The ZAAZ 50K of-
fers several interval training programs that each alternate between high-intensity
bursts and equal rest periods, keeping your heart rate elevated the entire time.
The short, high-intensity bursts will push your workout to the max, then the low-

The claims of benefits achieved from Whole Body Vibration are quite extensive.
Can this really be true that you can achieve such wide and varied benefits?
Yes. The claims made are all as a result of studies done across hundreds of re-
search centres worldwide.
Is Whole Body Vibration safe?
Yes. ZAAZ Health distributes Oscillating Vibration Technology, which is consid-
ered the safest form of Vibration, and we are safety-certified and recognized in
Canada and every state of the USA. Like all new exercise programs, it’s important
to consult your health care professional first. Whether you’re physically fit or a
non-exerciser, overweight, suffering from stiffness, aches and pains or recovering
from an injury, almost anyone can enjoy the benefits of this machine.
My doctor/specialist doesn’t know about Whole Body Vibration.
What should I do?
Both nationally and internationally, Vibration Training is becoming more widely
known. The knowledge and know-how on the many applications of Vibration
Training is growing rapidly- not only in the world of health and fitness clubs, but
also in the area of medical care.

Can I exercise all my muscles on a Whole Body Vibration Machine?
Yes. The vibration does not discriminate between different muscle groups, e.g.
quadriceps and hamstrings. They both work together on the WBV machine. The
vibration is highest in the body part that is closest the platform and will dampen
as it travels up the body.
How long do I have to use Whole Body Vibration in any one
session to get a benefit?
You will notice benefits (such as increase range of motion and flexibility) of-
ten after only one minute. A full session should take approximately 10 minutes.
Because this machine combines Whole Body Vibration with Aerobic Exercise and
Max Interval Training, no other machine is requires in your fitness routines. 100%
of your fitness goals can be achieved using this one machine.
Can I reduce cellulite visibility through Vibration Training?
Yes! Studies have shown that cellulite visibility can be significantly reduced
through Whole Body Vibration by reducing undesirable swelling in those areas
of the body affected by cellulite. Note: being properly hydrates will help this
process.

What are massage positions used for?
Massage on a WBV machine stimulates your body considerably, which can be seen
by the slight redness on the skin and felt by an itchy tingly, warm sensation. Mas-
sage significantly contributes to combating cellulite visibility.
Will Vibration Training improve my flexibility?
Yes, one of the first things you will notice is that your body is becoming more
flexible and your range of motion is increasing. Research has shown that stretch
positions with Vibration Training will give a greater increase in flexibility. An extra
bonus is that your muscles are stretched in the same positions as in everyday
movements.
CAUTION! If you have any health risk or existing conditions, please check
