1.Features
1.1 BatteryCapacity Test
Thistester isdesignedforchargingand dischargingofawiderangeofbatteries,including
NiMH, NiCd, LiPo, LiFeand Pb, as well as thecapacitytest.
1.2 PortablePower Bank Test
This tester supports chargingand dischargingofportablepowerbanks, aswell as capacitytest.

3.1 TestingPorts
Thetester hasfourbananajacks whichconnectwithA+/V+/V-/A-.A+and A- portsare
connectedwiththepositiveand negativepolesofthetestobjects, workingasthecurrent
channelincharginganddischarging.V+and V-portsare connectedwiththepositiveand
negativepolesofthetestobjects, workingasthevoltagechannelinvoltagetests. Thiswayof
usingfourindividualcableswill helpeliminatetheeffectofwiresonthetestresult and
improvethetestprecision.
3.2 PC Connection
Thetester can beconnected with acomputer through adesignated USB-TTLcable.
3.3 InputPower:
Thetesterworks onapower supplyofaboveDC12V/3.5Aand interface specification of
5.5/2.1 (insidepositiveand outsidenegative).
4. Display and setting
4.1 Buttons

Thefirstlineshows testingmode, voltageand current.Testingmodes include:
²CC constantcurrentdischarging
²CP constantpower discharging
²NiNiMH/NiCd charging
²LiLiPo/LiFecharging
²Pbplumbicacid batterycharging
²CV customconstantvoltagecharging
²PW fixed voltageoutput(5V/2A)
Thesecondlineshowsworking process, workingtime(inminute) andcapacity(automatic
switch between 0000mAh and 00.00Ah).
Workingprocess reads OFF whentheteststopsand DSCorCHG intesting.ItshowsAT1 if
you chooseautomaticcharging/dischargingand 1 means thestep 1 ofcurrenttesting.
Ashortpress on the “SET”button and thedisplaychanges to power and energy.
Inautomatic “charging-discharging-charging”test,you canchecktestresultsofeachstepbya
shortpress on “INC”or “DEC”buttons.
Press the “ON”button to starttestingand onemorepress to stop.
You canopensettinginterface bypress on the “SET”button for2seconds inthestop state
(This function is invalid when thetester beingconnected with thePC software).
4.3 SettingInterface
Thecursordefault ison modesetting.Press the “SET”button tomoveit tothevalueyouwant
tosetup. Onepress on “SET”and thecursormovesonedigitaltowardright.Press the “INC”
and “DEC”buttons tomodifythevalue.Press the “ON”button themovetothenextitem.It
will go back to thelimit valueifyoursettingexceeds theallowed range.

Second line:batteriesnumbers(plumbicacid:2Vforeachbattery),chargingtime(no time
limit ifbeingset0)and auto modesetting:
²NOR normalmode, chargingwill finish soon.
²AUTO automaticallyfinish the “charging-discharging-charging”process.
Whencursorison AUTO,along press on “ON”and you will movetothesecond stepofauto
dischargingsetting.
Thefirstparameter:dischargingcurrent; thesecond parameter:cut-offvoltage;thethird
parameter:intervalbetweenstepswitches(a 5-10minutewaitingtimeissuggestedinaswitch
betweenchargingand dischargingto coolthebattery).
4)Customcharging
Firstline:modeand chargingcurrentsetting
Second line:CVvoltage,cut-offcurrent(testing stops whenthevoltagereachesbelowthis
value, can besetabove0.06A) and automaticmodesetting(samesettingasstandard charging).
5)Fixed voltageoutput
Select “CHG-PWR”forfixedvoltageoutputanddon’tneedtosetanyother parameter.The
modeturns offifthecurrentbecomes 0 within 10 seconds oftesting.
In settingmode,alongpress on “SET”button to savedataand return to testinginterface.
When settingcompletes, press “ON”button on thetestinginterface and testingstarts.
