❶ Installaon
1.1 I Selecng the locaon
• When installed with and protected by an appropriate Residual Current Device (RCD) having a
maximum trip current rang of 30mA, the appliance must be installed at 2 metres, minimum,
from the surrounding edge of the pool.
• If an appropriate RCD is not installed with the appliance, the appliance must be installed at a
minimum distance of 3.5 metres from the edge of the pool.

1.3 I Electricity supply connecons
• Before performing any work inside the device, you must disconnect the electrical power
supply to the appliance as there is a risk of electric shock which may cause material damage,
serious injury or even death.
• Only a qualied and experienced technician is authorised to carry out cabling in the equipment
or to replace the supply cable.
• Improperly ghtened wiring terminals can cause overheang of wiring at the terminals, which
can lead to a re hazard. Be sure to ensure that terminal screws are properly ghtened.
Improperly ghtened terminal screws will invalidate the warranty.
• Do not disconnect the electricity supply when the device is running. If the electric power
supply is interrupted, wait a minute before restoring the power.
• Means for disconnecon from the supply mains having a contact separaon in all poles that
provide full disconnecon under overvoltage category III, must be incorporated in the xed
wiring in accordance with the wiring rules.

1.4 I Opon connecons
Connecng the "Heang priority" and "On/o command" opons:
• Before any work inside the appliance, you must disconnect the electrical power supply to
the appliance to the appliance as there is a risk of electric shock which may cause material
damage, serious injury or even death.
• Any incorrect connecon to terminals 1 to 6 may damage the device and cancel its warranty.
• Under no circumstances should the ltraon pump motor be supplied via terminals 5 - 6.
• When intervening on terminals 1 to 6, there is a risk of electrical return current, injuries,
material damage and death.
• Use cables with a secon of at least 2x0.75mm² , H07RN-F type and with a diameter between
8 and 13mm.
• Use the gland to pass the cables into the device. The cables used for the opons and the
supply cable must be kept separate (risk of interference) using a collar inside the device just
aer the glands.

❸ Maintenance
3.1 I Winterizing
• Winterizing is vital to prevent the condenser from being damaged due to freezing. This is not
covered by the warranty.
• To avoid damaging the equipment with condensaon, do not fully cover it; a winterizing cover
is provided.

3.2 I Maintenance
• Before performing any maintenance operaon on the appliance, you must disconnect the
electrical power supply to the appliance as there is a risk of electric shock which may cause
material damage, serious injury or even death.
• Do not disconnect the electricity supply when the device is running.
• If the electric power supply is interrupted, wait a minute before restoring the power.
• It is recommended that the device be general serviced at least on a yearly basis to ensure
proper operaon, maintain performance levels and prevent some potenal failures. These
operaons are carried out at the user's expense, by a technician.
