2.1Sélectiondel’emplacement
L’appareildoitimpérativementêtreinstalléenextérieuretdisposerd’unespacelibreautour(voir

6.Warranties
Principle
Unlessotherwisestipulated,wecontractuallyguaranteethecorrectoperationofournewProducts.We
guaranteethatourProductsconformtotheirtechnicalspecificationsandthattheyarefreeofmaterialand
manufacturingdefault.Thepresentwarrantyislimited,atourdiscretion,eithertotherepairorexchangefora
neworrepackedProduct,ortotherefundofanyProductsrecognizedasbeingdefectivebyourservices.Shipping
expensesfortherepairedorreplacedProductsdeliveredtotheclientwillbebornebyus.Theguaranteeexcludes
anylabourcosts,traveland/oraccommodationexpensesincurredastheresultofrepairsmadeoutsideof
continentalFranceandexcludesanypaymentofdamages.AllProductreturnsmustfirstbeapprovedand
determinedbyourservices.ReturnssentbytheClientwithoutourpriorapprovalwillnotbeaccepted.In
particular,thesparepartswarrantywillonlybehonouredafteranalysisandinspectionofthereturnedspare
partsbyourcompanyfollowedbythedecisiontoreplacesaidparts.Inallcasestheseller'slegalwarrantywill
continuetoapply.Inordertobenefitfromthewarranty,theClientandtheEndUseragreetorespectthe
followingparametersconcerningthewaterbalanceoftheswimmingpool:pH:6.8<pH<7.6;freechlorine:<3,0
mg/L;totalbromine:<5.0mg/L;stabilisingagent(ifused):<75mg/L;totaldissolvedmetals(iron,manganese,
copper,zinc…):<0.1mg/L.

Generallimitations
ThepresentwarrantydoesnotapplytovisibledefectsthattheClientfailedtoreportuponacceptingdeliveryof
theProducts.Alsoexcludedfromthewarrantyare:defectsordeteriorationduetotheunsuitabilityofthe
ProductwithrespecttotheendUser'sneeds,duetonormalwear,tonegligence,toincorrectinstallationortoa
usethatdoesnotconformtotherecommendationsmentionedintheUserManual,tolackofmaintenance
and/orahandlingaccident,toincorrectstorage,and/orbystudies,instructionsand/orspecificationsmadebyour
Client.AnymodificationsmadebytheClient,bytheEndUserorbyanythirdpartytoourProductswill
automaticallyvoidthewarrantyinfull.Thesamewillapplyiforiginalpartsweretobereplacedwithspareparts
notsoldbyus.OurClientwillberesponsibleforensuringcompatibilityofourProductswithanyotherpool
equipmentitmaybeinstalledwith,bycheckingwiththedifferentmanufacturersconcerned,alsoforensuring
thatallinstallationandoperatinginstructionsandrulesarerespectedinorderfortheoverallsystemtooperate
correctly.Inthecaseofareturnoftheproducttoourworkshop,shippingexpensestoandfrom,willbeborneby
theenduser,exceptforthoseexpensesmentionedunderparagraph2ofthepresentarticle.Immobilisationand
deprivationofuseofanapplianceduetorepairwillnotgivetherighttocompensation.Thiswarrantywill
becomevoidinthecaseofadefaultinpaymentorlatepaymentbyourClientfortheProductconcerned.
Periodcoveredbythewarranty
TheeffectivewarrantystartdateisthedatementionedonthesalesinvoiceforthenewProductasissuedbyour
ClienttotheEndUser.Thisdocumentwillberequiredasproofofpurchaseinorderforthewarrantytobe
effective.Failingthis,ourClientshallbearthefullcostofanyclaimsmadebytheendUserunderthecontractual
warrantyandafteritsexpirydate.
