The massager should not be used in an excessively humid environment such as the bathroom or
in a heavily dusty or caustic environment.
User Conditions

electronic devices in their body such as pacemakers should consult their doctor before use.
Pregnant or menstruating women and people under doctor’s orders for medical rest should also
consult their doctor before using a massaging device designed for home use.

Do not use the massager if the fabric cover is torn or parts are missing.

Avoid standing, sitting or putting excessive weight on the massager.
Do not insert metallic or flammable materials into the main body as this may result in
electric shocks, short circuits and possible fires.
Avoid covering the massager during operation to prevent motor overheating.
While cleaning the massager avoid using paint thinner, benzene or alcohol to avoid color
changes and deformation.
Do not use the massager while sleeping or drunk. The suggested usage time is 15
minutes.
Power off the massager immediately if:
oWater is spilled on it
oSevere or abnormal pain is felt
oIf any malfunction or other abnormal condition is detected
oThere is a power failure
oThere is lightning
Notes:
The massager must only be serviced and repaired by the service center. Users should avoid
disassembling or repairing the massager.
Check that the voltage corresponds with the specification indicated.
If the cord is damaged avoid operating the massager.

Thanks for choosing the 3Q MG-F22 Foot Massager. Please read this manual carefully before
using. Keep this manual for future reference.
Overview
Our extraordinary and ergonomically designed massager activates joints to maximize relaxation
and helps release tension though the complicated network of nerves in your feet. This foot
massager perfectly mimics the practiced and strong hands of an expert to deliver a completely
new level of massage functionality. Emulating the techniques used by chiropractors and
massage therapists it simultaneously provides an invigorating massage to the feet and ankles. Its
strong kneading action penetrates deeply into the muscles to reach the pressure nodes located
under the soles of your feet to relive tension and improve circulation. You can enjoy the soothing
benefits of a professional grade foot massage in the comfort of your own home.

Control Panel and Available Programs
Auto Mode
The foot massager has four auto programs with different massage speed, strength, direction for
the different areas and acupoints of foot. Using the principles of foot reflexology this massager
delivers an AcuPressure massage that is perfect for helping to relax and soothe your tired,
aching feet and relieve tightness.

P1: General massage. With medium - high speed
with clockwise and anticlockwise rotation. (Figure 1)
The following three programs concentrate on
the areas of the foot that correspond to the
following reflex point in the body:
P2: Head, neck, lumbar spine, shoulders and head
P3: Intestinal track, liver and stomach
P4: Legs, reproductive and urinary system
Note: you can rarely feel the difference between P1 to P4
because it simply adjusts its speed, strength and direction
on its reflex points only.

Personalized Programs: By clicking on the “Feature”
button you can choose between Heating, Vibration and
Heating + Vibration modes. (Figure 2)
Note: If the control panel doesn’t have a heating
indicator then the massager doesn’t have a
heating function and if the control panel doesn’t
have a vibration indicator then the massager
doesn’t have a vibration function.

Manual Control: The massager speed and direction
can also be manually controlled by clicking on the
“Manual Settings” button then clicking either
“Speed” or “Direction” to adjust the speed and direction.

Using the Massager (Figure 3)
To Start
Connect the massager to a properly grounded wall outlet.
Press the power button to turn the machine on. Then the massager begin to work on
Auto mode at default massage program P1.
Choose auto program P2, P3 or P4 by pressing the Auto Button.
Choose personalized programs, press the Manual button.
The Vibration and Heating can be used for any modes.
Its default massage program is P1. And the massager is programmed to run for 15 minutes.
Auto Mode
Simply press the Auto button to choose programs, from P1 to P4. Each program lasts for 15
minutes. You’ll hear an alert sound when you choose different programs (from P1 to P4).
Its pre-set massage time is 15 minutes for each program you choose (P1 to P4).
Manual Mode
The Manual button is just like a switch for you to turn on the Speed and Direction function.
The "Speed" and "Direction" function can be used only after you choose "Manual" button.
After you press the Manual button, you can then press Speed and Direction to choose
massage speed intensity and massaging directions for moving clockwise or anti-clockwise.
* You can focus on foot reflex zone’s massage in a period of time when massage acid, up, pain
and other sensory areas.

Turning off the Massager
Turn off: Hold down the Power Button for approximately two seconds to shut down the
Massager.
Five minutes after automatic procedures without any operation, the massager will
automatically shut down.
Temporary stop: Press the Power Button to stop massager and press Power Button
again to continue massaging during massaging procedure.
The massager will shut down automatically if there is no action for 10 minutes in stop
condition.
When you want to clean the fabric cover or the massager, you must unplug the power
cord from power socket first.
Note: Never pull out the plug during operation; unplug the power cord after shutdown.

Care and Maintenance
Turn off and unplug the unit before cleaning.
Clean the main unit with a damp cloth or a neutral cleanser and then wipe with a dry
cloth.
Unzip and remove the FOOT BED liners from the unit and spot clean with a damp cloth.
IMPORTANT: Allow FOOT BED liners to dry completely before reattaching to the main
unit.
FOOT BED liners are NOT machine washable.
Do not expose the unit to heaters, fires, and direct sunlight. Keep the unit away from
environments where it’s humid and dusty.
Do not use volatile liquids such as benzene, thinner or gasoline for cleaning.
Do not wrap cord around the appliance when storing and untwist before use.
Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.

Troubleshooting
The unit does not turn on.
Ensure the device connect to the adapter properly
Ensure the Power Cord is connected to the electrical outlet.
The unit stops during operation.
The 15 minute auto shut off is engaged. There’s no problem.
Turn the main power off and do not operate the unit for at least 30 minutes to let the
unit cool down. The unit is overheating by working continually.
One Year Limited Warranty
The product comes with one-year factory limited warranty. We warrant that for a period of one
year from the date of the original purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and
workmanship. We will repair or replace this product or any component of the product found to
be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new or
remanufactured product or component. This is your exclusive warranty.
This warranty is valid of the original purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not
transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty
performance. 3Q dealers, service centers, or retail stores selling 3Q products do not have the
right to alter, modify or change the terms and conditions of this warranty.
This warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear on upholstery or damage resulting from any
of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use on improper voltage or current, use
contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than
3Q or an authorized 3Q service center.
Further, the warranty does not cover: Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes and tornadoes.
For purchasing thru internet, buyer is responsible for both-way shipping costs (returning and
resending).
