Care
For your child’s continued safety, periodically inspect the product to
ensure that all connections are securely fastened and that they do not
show signs of wear or abuse. When not in use, you may store the power
cord, MP3 cord and manual in the seat back pocket for safe keeping.
Cleaning your rockaRoo™
• The fabric seat and fabric toys are machine washable. Wash them
in cold water on the gentle cycle. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry
separately on low heat and remove promptly.
• After washing, zip the seat fabric back onto the seat ring so that the
hole for the toy bar is at the top of the seat. Snap the seat fabric into
place at both ends. Do not install the seat fabric upside down.
• The base, metal and plastic seat parts, and toy bar can be wiped
clean using a mild cleaning solution and a soft, damp cloth.
Do not immerse the base, seat parts, or toy bar.
• Disconnect the rockaRoo™from the power supply before
cleaning the base.
Troubleshooting Problems
Unit has stopped and light ring
ashed briey.
The unit doesn’t turn on.
I can’t hear music from an
attached music playing device.
Problem Solution
Check for any obstruction that
may have blocked seat motion.
Clear the obstruction and press
the button to resume. If this
doesn’t resolve the issue, the child
may have been placed too high
or too low in the seat. Adjust the
position of the child and press the
button to resume.
Check that the unit is connected
to a power source.
Try adjusting the volume on the
music playing device. If it still
doesn’t work, check to make
sure the MP3 cord is plugged in
completely on both ends.
Troubleshooting Problems
The toy bar won’t go in
completely
The lever won’t go down when
I press on it
I can’t get the seat ring to
come out during disassembly
The speed does not increase
when I adjust the knob to
the right.
Problem Solution
Make sure the toy bar is pointing
to the side when you place it in
the hole. Press down and rotate
the toy bar to the front. If it still
doesn’t work, try pointing the toy
bar towards the other side before
rotating it to the front.
In order to ensure a secure
connection the lever needs to be
pressed with a certain amount
of force. Try pressing down with
additional force.
Use the end of the MP3 cord to
press into the hole and compress
the round lock feature. With it still
compressed, lift that end of the
seat ring off of the base. Repeat for
the other end.
Check the position of the child in
the seat. If the child is positioned
too far forward or too far back,
adjust their position and wait a few
seconds for the speed to adjust.

Entretien

verrouillage arrondi. En maintenant
la pression, soulevez cette
extrémité de l’anneau de siège de
la base. Répétez de l'autre côté.

le siège. S’il est trop en avant ou
trop en arrière, repositionnez-le et
attendez quelques secondes que
la vitesse s’ajuste.
