04 Start-up
* YOURCLEANERROBOT COMESPRE-ASSEMBLED IN THEBOX.
-Our robotsaredesignedto facilitatethe
maintenanceof your pool. However,theyarenot
intended to clean apool full of algaeandleaves
(ex:end of winter period).
In thiscase youmust: usetheleaf skimmer,
cleanthefilter andput back onthefilter and
thepump.
-To removethecleaner fromyour pool,lift the
cableslowly and gently until youcan grabit by
thehandle.Usethehandletofully pull out the
cleaner

4.1 Placeyour power boxto amidpoint between
thetwo endsof your pool and at least 3.50 m
fromtheedgeof thepool.
4.2 Placethe robot in your pool and wait until it is
completely submerged.If necessary,helpit to
sink manually.

4.4 Screw the nut of thefloatingcablefirmly.
4.3 Insert theendof thefloatingcableinto the
socket.Takenoteof theorientationof the
plugand socket.
4.5 Pressthe switchon thehousingof the
transformer under bluelight.Thiswill activate
thepower source.

NOTE:
Leavingtoomuchcableinthepool will limit theeffectivenessof thefloatingrotarycouplingjoint
andresult infaster cableentanglement.

Whenyou connect therobot to thefloating
rotarycoupling,removethesleeveto exposethe
blueplug.
Matchthenotchinthepivot (FigA) Insert and push theblueplug(FigA thenB ).

6.2 To adjust thespeed of therobot,slidethe
redtabat the bottomof outlet cover.
Slidingtotherabbit increasethespeed
and to theturtledecreasesthe speed.
6.1 Toadjust thedirection of the robot,rotatethe
outlet cover.Thedirectionof therobot will be
determined by theposition of the indicator.
Note :withindicator onvertical position,therobot
will go straight ahead. With indicator turned right,
therobot will go left.With indicator turnedleft,the
cleaner will go right.
6.3 For most pools,it isrecommended that theoutlet cover at both endsdo
not sharethesamedirection.
For best performancehaveoutlet at thehingeendof thecleaner be
straight andthentheoutlet at thefront of thecleaner rotated

Thesearerecommendedsettings. Dependingontheshapeandsizeofyour pool,
youmayhavetoplayondirectionandspeedadjustmentstoreachtheoptimizedsettingfor your pool

PROBLEM
Therobot floatson thesurface.
Therobot doesnot clean all areasof the pool.
Therobot doesnot recover debrisduringoperation.
Fineparticles(dust or dirt,pollen...)areejectedby
theimpeller.
- Immersion of the robot in thepool.
- Use of thefinefilter.
-Not enough / too muchcablefloatinginthepool.
- The robot doesnot receive enough power.
- Basket clogged/ full.
- An object isstuck in the impellersor the grids
located in front of theimpeller.
- Debrisare too fine,therobot ismadeto pick up
theparticlesmorethan50microns(with thefine
filter insidethebasket).
CAUSE(S)
-Whenyouput therobot inthepool,let it sink and
reach the floor before youturn it on.
- If you useanoptional finefilter,removethefilter
fromitsplasticwrap,immersethefilter in thewater
so that it isalreadywet beforeyou put it in therobot
andlet therobot settleonthefloor beforeyou
turn it on.
-Makesurethelength of floatingcableintroduced
in the pool isjust the required length.
- Removeany excesscablelength fromthepool and
leave thisexcesslength outsidethepool next to the
power supply box.
- Insert therobot at the center point of thepool.
If your pool isoval or rectangular,thispoint isthe
middleof thelength.
- Check theconnection of the cables.
-Cleanthebag.Clean thefine
filter if you use thisaccessory.
-Checkif thebasket isproperly inserted.(See
chapter Cleaning of thefilter bag).
-Checkthat therearenoforeignobjectsin the
impellersor blockedinthegridinfront of the
impellers
-Checktheattachment of thebasket,pressit if
necessary to lock it.
- Use afinefilter (check item number on theparts
drawing17,sku51390 filters)onthe
other handdo not forget that it isthefiltration of
your swimmingpool whichensuresthecleaningof
theparticlesof lessthan50 microns.
