EN – Quick start-up guide
This guide describes how to start-up the drive using the First start assistant on the
Hand-Off-Auto control panel. For complete information on start-up, see ACQ580
firmware manual (3AXD50000035867 [English]).
Start-up with the First start assistant on a Hand-Off-Auto
control panel
Safety
Make sure that the installation work is complete. Make sure that cover of the drive and the
cable box/conduit box, if included, are on place.
Check that the starting of the motor does not cause any danger. De-couple the
driven machine if there is a risk of damage in case of an incorrect direction of
rotation.
Hints on using the assistant control panel
The two commands at the bottom of the display
(Options and Menu in the figure on the right),
show the functions of the two softkeys and
located below the display. The commands
assigned to the softkeys vary depending on the
context.
Use keys , , and to move the cursor
and/or change values depending on the active
view.
Key shows a context-sensitive help page.
1 – First start assistant guided settings:
Language, date and time, and motor nominal values
Have the motor or pump name plate data at hand.
Power up the drive.
The First start assistant guides you through the
first start-up.
The assistant begins automatically. Wait until the
control panel enters the view shown on the right.
Select the language you want to use by
highlighting it (if not already highlighted) and
pressing (OK).
Note: After you have selected the language, it
takes a few minutes to download the language
from the drive to the control panel.

Select Start set-up and press (Next).
Set the date and time as well as date and time
display formats.
• Go to the edit view of a selected row by
pressing .
• Scroll the view with and .
Go to the next view by pressing (Next).
To change a value in an edit view:
• Use and to move the cursor left and
right.
• Use and to change the value.
•Press (Save) to accept the new setting,
or press (Cancel) to go back to the
previous view without making changes.
Change the units shown on the panel if needed.
• Go to the edit view of a selected row by
pressing .
• Scroll the view with and .
Go to the next view by pressing (Next).
To give the drive a name that will be shown at the
top, press .
If you do not want to change the default name
(ACQ580), continue by pressing (Next).

Hint: Name the drive, for example, Pump 1.

Refer to the motor or pump nameplate for the following nominal value settings of the motor.
Enter the values exactly as shown on the motor or pump nameplate.
Example of a nameplate of an induction (asynchronous) motor:
Check that the motor data is correct. Values are
predefined on the basis of drive power, but you
should verify that they correspond to the motor.
Start with the motor type. Go to the edit view of a
selected row by pressing .
• Scroll the view with and .
Motor nominal cosΦand nominal torque are
optional.
Press (Next) to continue.
Adjust the limits according to your needs.
• Go to the edit view of a selected row by
pressing .
• Scroll the view with and .
Go to the next view by pressing (Next).
If you want to make a backup of the settings made
so far, select Backup and press (Next).
If you do not want to make a backup, select Not
now and press (Next).
Note: The control panel has space for one
automatic backup. Drive creates an automatic
backup two hours after the last parameter change.
The panel checks for additional parameter
changes at intervals of 24 hours. The new backup
will overwrite the previous backup only when the
last change has passed two hours.

The first start is now complete and the drive is
ready for use.
Press (Done) to enter the Home view.
The Home view shows the monitored values of
selected signals.

2 – Additional settings in the Primary settings menu
Make any additional adjustments, for example,
Start, stop, reference sources, via Primary
settings.
Press (Menu) to enter the Main menu.
Select Primary settings and press (Select)
(or ).
In the Primary settings menu, select Start, stop,
reference and press (Select) (or ).

3 – Hand/Off/Auto operation
The drive can be used in following modes: Auto,
Off, Hand
Auto mode – Drive is controlled remotely from the
I/O or the fieldbus.
Off mode – Drive is controlled locally from the
control panel. This mode indicates that drive is
stopped.
Hand mode – Drive is controlled locally from the
control panel. This mode indicates that drive is
running. With this mode, the initial reference is
copied from the drive reference.

The following diagram shows the state transitions
when you press the Auto, Off or Hand button:
Drive generates the Fault 7081 Control panel
loss if the panel was disconnected from the drive
for more than the communication loss time
defined in the drive (parameter 49.04).
If panel is not connected to the drive, reset signal
should come from I/O or fieldbus, or by
reconnecting the panel.
When panel is reconnected, press (Reset)

Bezpečnost
Ujistěte se, že montážní práce byly ukončeny. Zkontrolujte, jestli kryt měniče a skříňs
kabely / skříňpřivaděče (jestliže jsou součástí) jsou na místě.
Zkontrolujte, jestli spuštění motoru nezpůsobí nějakou škodu. Odpojte hnaný stroj,
jestliže existuje nebezpečí v případěnesprávného směru otáčení.
Rady pro používání ovládacího panelu asistenta
Dva příkazy na dolní stranědispleje (Možnosti a
Nabídka na obrázku vpravo) ukazují funkce dvou
tlačítek a umístěných pod displejem.
Příkazy přidělené k tlačítkům se liší podle
souvislostí.
Použijte tlačítka , , a pro pohyb
kurzoru a/nebo změnu hodnot podle aktivního
náhledu.
Tlačítko zobrazí nápovědu v souvislosti s
kontextem.
1 – Nastavení naváděná asistentem prvního startu:
Jazyk, datum a čas, jmenovité hodnoty motoru
Mějte při ruce štítek s údaji o motoru nebo
čerpadle.
Zapněte měnič.
Asistent prvního startu vás provede prvním
spuštěním.
Asistent začíná pracovat automaticky. Počkejte,
až ovládací panel zobrazí náhled na pravé straně.
Zvolte požadovaný jazyk jeho zvýrazněním
(jestliže ještěnení zvýrazněn) a stiskněte
(OK).
Upozornění: Po zvolení jazyka trvá několik minut,
než se jazyk načte z měniče do ovládacího
panelu.

Zvolte Zahájit nastavení a stiskněte

Pro přidělení jména měniči, které bude zobrazeno

Najděte na typovém štítku motoru nebo čerpadla následující nastavení jmenovitých hodnot
motoru. Zapište hodnoty přesněpodle typového štítku motoru nebo čerpadla.
Příklad typového štítku indukčního (asynchronního) motoru:
Zkontrolujte správnost údajůmotoru. Hodnoty
jsou předdefinovány na základěvýkonu měniče,
ale měli byste ověřit, že odpovídají motoru.
Začněte s typem motoru. Přejděte k náhledu
úprav zvolené řady stisknutím .

Jestliže chcete provést zálohu dosud
provedených nastavení, zvolte Záloha a stiskněte
(Další).
Jestliže nechcete provést zálohu, zvolte Nyní ne
a stiskněte (Další).
Upozornění: Ovládací panel má prostor pro jednu
automatickou zálohu. Měničvytváří automatickou
zálohu dvěhodiny po poslední změněparametru.
Panel kontroluje další změny parametrův
intervalu 24 hodin. Nová záloha přepíše
předchozí zálohu, když uplynou dvěhodiny od
poslední změny.
První start je nyní kompletní a měničje připraven
k používání.
Stiskněte (Hotovo) pro vstup do výchozího
náhledu (Home).
Výchozí náhled (Home) obsahuje sledované
hodnoty vybraných signálů.

2 – Další nastavení v nabídce Primární nastavení
Proveďte všechny dodatečné úpravy, například
Start, stop, referenční zdroje, přes Primární
nastavení.
Stiskněte (Nabídka) pro vstup do Hlavní
nabídky.

ovládacího panelu. Tento režim signalizuje, že
měničje zastaven.

měničběží. S tímto režimem je počáteční
reference zkopírována z reference měniče.
Symbol na horní řaděsignalizuje, že můžete
změnit referenci s a .
Následující schéma ukazuje přechody stavu, když
stisknete tlačítko Automaticky, Vypnuto nebo
Ručně:
Měničgeneruje Porucha 7081 Ztráta ovládacího
panelu, jestliže panel byl odpojen od měniče po
delší dobu, než je doba ztráty komunikace
definovaná v měniči (parametr 49.04).
Jestliže panel není připojen k měniči, resetovací
signál byl měl přijít od I/O nebo aplikační sběrnice
nebo při připojení panelu.
Když je panel znovu připojen, stiskněte

Diese Anleitung beschreibt die Inbetriebnahme des Frequenzumrichters mit dem
Inbetriebnahme-Assistenten des Hand-Aus-Auto-Bedienpanels. Die kompletten

Erstinbetriebnahme mit dem Assistenten des Hand-Aus-
Auto-Bedienpanels
Sicherheit
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Installationsarbeiten abgeschlossen sind. Stellen Sie sicher,
dass die Abdeckungen des Frequenzumrichters und des Kabelanschlusskastens, falls
vorhanden, montiert sind.
Prüfen Sie, dass durch den Start des Motors keine Gefährdungen entstehen.
Koppeln Sie die angetriebene Maschine ab, wenn durch eine falsche
Drehrichtung eine Gefährdung entsteht.
Hinweise zur Verwendung des Komfort-Bedienpanels
Die zwei Befehlsanzeigen am unteren Rand des
Displays (in dem Bild rechts Optionen und Menü),
zeigen die Funktionen der zwei Funktionstasten
und an, die unter dem Display sind.
Die den Funktionstasten zugeordneten Befehlsan-
zeigen sind vom Betriebszustand abhängig.
Mit den Tasten , , und können Sie,
je nach aktiver Ansicht, den Cursor bewegen
und/oder Werte ändern.
Taste zeigt eine kontextsensitive Hilfe-Seite
an.

Der First Start Assistant führt Sie durch die erste
Inbetriebnahme.
Der Assistent startet automatisch. Warten bis das
Bedienpanel die erste Ansicht, wie rechts darge-
stellt, anzeigt.
Auswahl der Sprache, die benutzt werden soll,
durch Markieren dieser Sprache (falls nicht
bereits markiert) und (OK) drücken.
Hinweis: Nach Auswahl der Sprache dauert es
einige Minuten, bis die Sprachdatei aus dem
Frequenzumrichter in das Bedienpanels geladen
ist.
Wählen Sie Grundeinstellung starten und
drücken Sie die Funktionstaste (Weiter).
Datum und Uhrzeit sowie das Anzeigeformat von
Datum und Uhrzeit einstellen.
• Durch Drücken von zur Bearbeitungssicht
einer ausgewählten Zeile wechseln.
• Blättern durch die Ansicht mit den Tasten
und .
Gehen Sie mit Taste (Weiter) zur nächsten
Ansicht.
Ändern eines Werts in der Ansicht Bearbeiten
(Edit):
• Mit den Tasten und den Cursor nach
links und rechts bewegen.
• Mit den Tasten und den Einstellwert
ändern.
•MitderTaste (Speichern) die neue
Einstellung übernehmen, oder mit Taste
(Abbrechen) ohne Änderungen zur
vorhergehenden Ansicht zurückkehren.

falls erforderlich.

Um dem Frequenzumrichter einen Namen zu
geben, der in der Kopfzeile angezeigt wird, die

Wenn der Standardname (ACQ580) nicht
geändert werden soll, direkt mit der Eingabe der
Motor-Nennwerte durch Drücken der Taste
(Weiter) fortfahren.
Informationen zum Bearbeiten von Text enthält

Für die folgenden Einstellungen der Motordaten die Nenndaten vom Motor-Typenschild
verwenden. Die auf dem Motor-Typenschild angegeben Werte genau eingeben.
Beispiel für ein Typenschild eines Asynchronmotors:
Prüfen Sie, ob die Motordaten korrekt eingegeben
wurden. Die Werte sind auf Basis der Frequen-
zumrichtergröße voreingestellt und Sie müssen
sicherstellen, dass sie mit den Daten auf dem
Motor-Typenschild übereinstimmen.
Starten mit dem Motortyp.
Motornenn-cos Φund Motornennmoment sind
optional.
Mit der Taste (Weiter) fortfahren.

Wenn für die bis hier vorgenommenen Einstellun-
gen ein Backup erstellt werden soll, Backup wäh-
len und dann die Taste (Weiter) drücken.
Wenn kein Backup erstellt werden soll, Nicht jetzt
wählen und dann die Taste (Weiter)
drücken.
Hinweis: Das Bedienpanel hat Speicherplatz für
ein automatisches Backup. Der
Frequenzumrichter erstellt zwei Stunden nach der
letzten Parameteränderung ein automatisches
Backup. Das Bedienpanel prüft alle 24 Stunden,
ob weitere Parameteränderungen vorgenommen
wurden. Die neue Sicherung (Backup)
überschreibt die vorherige nur, wenn seither zwei
Stunden vergangen sind.
Die Erstinbetriebname ist nun komplett und der
Frequenzumrichter betriebsbereit.
Die Taste (Fertig) drücken, um zur
Startansicht zu gelangen.
In der Startansicht werden die überwachten Werte
der ausgewählten Signale angezeigt.

Nehmen Sie weitere Einstellungen z. B. Start,

3 – Betriebsart Hand/Aus/Auto
Der Frequenzumrichter kann in den folgenden
Betriebsarten verwendet werden: Hand, Aus, Auto.
Auto – der Frequenzumrichter wird aus der Ferne
über den E/A oder den Feldbus gesteuert.
Aus – der Frequenzumrichter wird vor Ort über
das Bedienpanel gesteuert. Diese Betriebsart
zeigt an, dass der Frequenzumrichter gestoppt
wurde.
Hand – der Frequenzumrichter wird vor Ort über
das Bedienpanel gesteuert. Diese Betriebsart zeigt
an, dass der Frequenzumrichter in Betrieb ist. In
dieser Betriebsart wird der Anfangssollwert von
dem Frequenzumrichter-Sollwert übernommen.
Das Symbol in der oberen Zeile zeigt an, dass

Der Frequenzumrichter meldet Fehler 7081
Panel-Kommunik., wenn das Bedienpanel länger
als die im Frequenzumrichter für eine
Kommunikationsunterbrechung festgelegte Zeit
(Parameter 49.04) vom Frequenzumrichter
getrennt war.
Wenn das Bedienpanel nicht mit dem
Frequenzumrichter verbunden ist, muss das
Rücksetzsignal vom E/A oder dem Feldbus oder
durch Wiederanschließen des Bedienpanels
ausgegeben werden.
Drücken Sie nach dem Wiederanschließen des
Bedienpanels (Quittieren), um die Störung
zu quittieren.
