Installation
Us your turntabl and motor controll r (unit) only in clos d,
dry rooms.
T mp ratur rang in us should b within 10 – 40° C. Do
not us it n ar sourc s of h at (stov s, h ating v nts, .g.).
Mak sur that no wat r or humidity is clos to th unit.
Prot ct it against p n tration of liquids and solid obj cts.
Put your unit on an v n and stabl surfac .
Mak sur that th bas can carry at l ast 40kg / 88lbs.
Mak sur that th unit has suffici nt v ntilation. Allow at
l ast 10cm cl aranc from top and all sid s.

Preparation
To avoid transport damag s th Double X Neo

400x600mm² / 16x24 squar inch for s tup.
First, tak out th chassis and plac it on th
d signat d op rating plac .
Levelling
Aft r placing th chassis, you can l v l th turn-
tabl by turning th 3 f t. Us a suitabl bubbl
l v l for adjustm nt ( . g. Acoustic-Signatur s
dual axis bubbl l v l, s pictur b low).

(z. B. Acoustic-Signatur s Dopp l-Wass rwaag ,
si h Bild unt n) ausricht n.

Mounting the platter
Tak away th cov r strip ov r th b aring hol .
Ins rt th platt r car fully into th b aring. Tak
car that it slid s in slowly and asily.
Do not let the platter drop into the bearing
hole, as this may damage the bearing.
Turn th platt r by hand to mak sur it spins
asily.
Now plac th b lt around th platt r and motor
pull y.
Finally plac th provid d l ath r mat onto th
platt r.

Fitting a tonearm
Now you can start to mount th ton arm and
cartridg (if not suppli d alr ady mount d) ac-
cording to th s tup manual of th manufactur r.
W provid appropriat armboards for a wid
rang of ton arms. Pl as contact us for furth r
information.
Ins rt your chos n armboard into th fixtur , if
n c ssary, align it and tight n it with th 3 radial
s t scr ws. Apply only light forc , wh n tight n-
ing th s t scr ws.
Connecting the power supply
Simply ins rt th round DC-plug in th sock t on
th backsid of your Double X Neo and th
mains cabl to your wall sock t. That’s all.
If n d d, us th attach d ground scr w to
conn ct your Double X Neo to th ground of
your amplifi r.
Tonarm einbauen
Nun könn n Si d n Tonarm und Tonabn hm r

Operating the Double X
Operation

tons mark d with ON/OFF and 33/45.
Simply pr ss th ON/OFF - button for starting th
Double X Neo.
By pr ssing th 33/45 – button you can switch
b tw n th sp d. Th actual sp d is display d
via LED.
Cleaning
Cl an th surfac s of your turntabl and Pow r
adaptor only with a dry cotton or microfib r cloth
(or slightly damp, only if n c ssary). Don’t us
any cl aning d t rg nts.
