To reset the system after an alarm event, first enter your [security code].
Then, to view the event, press the [Options] button until the display shows [Alarm Memory, Enter
Code] + your [security code].
Security Codes
You can program up to 91 additional security codes for use by other users, however only the Master user
can assign user codes to users.
To add a user code using the Standard keypad, press [OPTIONS] + [3] +[security code] + [new user
number] + [new user code]. They keypad will beep in confirmation.
To add a user code using the Premium keypad, press and hold the [OPTIONS] button until the
display reads [AUXILIARY CODES, ENTER MASTER CODE], then enter your [security code] + [new
user number] + [new user code]. They keypad will beep in confirmation.
To delete a user code using the Standard keypad, press [OPTIONS] + [3] + [user number] +
[CANCEL]. They keypad will beep in confirmation.
To delete a user code using the Premium keypad, press and hold the [OPTIONS] button until the
display reads [AUXILIARY CODES, ENTER MASTER CODE], then enter your [security code] + [user
number] + [CANCEL]. They keypad will beep in confirmation.
The Master Code cannot be changed at the keypad. Please contact Customer Care for assistance.

Trouble Conditions
Your security system is able to automatically test itself for power failures, low batteries, nonworking
sensors, and communication troubles with the central monitoring station. In the event that your system
does have a trouble condition, refer to the tables below to identify the trouble code and resolve your
issue.
To silence trouble beeps, press [CANCEL] twice.

Volume
The volume on the BHS 3000C is not adjustable.
