3. Functional Description
3.1 Board Architecture
The AETINA M3N950M-JN is based on MXM 3.1 Type A form factor.

3.2 General Purpose Graphics Processing Unit
The AETINA M3N950M-JN is based on GeForce GTX 950M GPU from NVIDIA. 640
CUDA core enabled. Base core clock is 914MHz. The M3N950M-JN is compliant with
NVIDIA’s CUDA compute capability 5.0.

3.3 Display Interface (Optional)
The M3N950M-JN provides five digital and one analog output channels. Four
channels can be active at same time.

3.3.2 Digital Output
The M3N950M-JN supported 5x digital outputs via MXM connector.
DP_A/DP_B/DP_C/DP_D; dual-mode DisplayPort; maximum resolution
over digital port: 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz.
LVDS; single-link or dual-link LVDS; maximum resolution over digital port:
1920 x 1200.
3.3.4 Analog Output
The analog output channels have provision for RED, GREEN, BLUE,Horizontal-Sync
and Vertical-Sync. Display resolutions up to 2048 x 1536 x 30 bpp at 75 Hz are
available on RGB analog output channel and rout to MXM connector.
3.3.5 DDC/AUX
The M3N950M-JN supports DDC for VGA monitor and AUX for DisplayPort monitor.
3.3.6 Hot Plug
The M3N950M-JN supports Hot Plug detect for digital monitors.
3.4 PCI Express
The GeForce GTX 950M supports a native x16 PCI Express Gen3/2/1 bus interface
and also supports x8, x4, x1 lane widths.
