WATCH COMPONENTS
Note:
1. Long press the power button to turn
on/off the watch.
2. Please fully charge the watch before using
it. And keep the watch screen facing
down when charging. The charging time is
about 2 hours.
INSTALL WATCH
1. One side of the spring
bar should be inserted into
the hole of your watch at
first.
2. Simply slide right the pin

at the strap slot with your fingernail.
3. Align the other side of the spring bar with
the other hole of your watch.
4. Release the pin and attach the strap.
CHARGING WATCH
Attach the supplied charger
to charging sensors on the
back of watch, and insert
the other end of the
charger into USB wall
charger (not over 5V/2A) or USB interface of
computer.
DOWNLOAD ONWEAR APP
1. Search and download
OnWear through the app
store.
2. Scan the QR code on the
watch with your mobile phone (Settings - QR
code) to download the APP or scan the QR
code shown on the left to download.
For IOS: Apple App Store
For Android: Google Play Store
Note: This Manual User takes "OnWear" app
as default app. If you find that "OnWear"
app is not compatible with your phone,
please download another backup app
"FitCloudPro".
CONNECT WATCH
1. Open OnWear APP, then click the third
small icon below [Device].
2. Click"Connect Device"-->"Click to search
for devices".
3. Select the Bluetooth signal of the watch
(Device LW31-xxx) to connect. Then the app

the watch with
your smart phone
directly in your
phone's Bluetooth
settings.
will take 1-2 minutes to sync the date/time
and your info.

BASIC NAVIGATION
The home screen is the clock.
Swipe DOWN to access quick settings.
Swipe UP to check notifications.
Swipe LEFT to check interfaces: Activity
data, heart rate and sleep tracking.
Swipe RIGHT to enter the main menu to
view all the apps on your watch.
Press the tactile button on the right side
of the watch to return to the clock face.
Press and hold your finger on the clock
face customize the watch dial.

MAJOR FUCTIONS
Daily Activity Data
To view the number of steps you've walked,
distance and calories burned in a day.
Workout
11 sports modes for choice. You can select a
sport mode and check the exercise time,
heart rate, calories burned, etc.
Sleep Tracking
To monitor your sleep data, including sleep
time, sleep stage, and sleep quality. The data
will sync to OnWear app once you get up.
Notification Reminders
The watch will vibrate when you receive
notifications.
Note: The watch only can choose to reject
calls. It CANNOT call or reply messages.
Heart Rate Monitor
Continuously track your heart rate for 24
hours. Data can sync to the OnWear app.
Weather
To check the weather conditions in your
area.
Music
Easily control your music play on the watch
