IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read the instructions carefully and in full
before using the appliance.
2. Before plugging the appliance into an
electrical socket, check that your local
voltage corresponds to the voltage used by
the appliance (as indicated on the rating
label).
3. Always disconnect the appliance from the
electricity supply if it is going to be left
unattended and before assembling,
disassembling or cleaning the appliance.
4. Do not plug the appliance into the electricity
supply until it is fully assembled and always
unplug it before disassembling the appliance
or handling the blade.
5. Do not operate an appliance with a damaged
cord or plug or if it malfunctions or is
dropped or damaged in any way. Instead,
deliver the appliance to the nearest
authorised service facility so that it can be
examined and repaired.
6. Do not let the appliance’s cord hang over
the edge of a table or worktop or touch a
hot surface such as the stove.
Basic safety precautions should always be followed
when using any electrical appliance. In particular,
please note the following:

7. The blades are very sharp! Handle them
carefully!
8. Keep hands and utensils out of the container
when blending to prevent potentially severe
injury to persons or damage to the blender.
A scraper may be used but only when the
appliance is switched off.
9. To protect against the risk of electric shock,
do not put the motor unit, cord or plug in
water or other liquid.
10.The appliance should not be used by children
and care should be taken when it is used near
children.
11.Do not touch any moving parts.
12.Do not blend hot liquids.
13.Neither the measuring beaker nor the
chopping bowl is microwave-proof.
14.When blending soft food, operate the
appliance for a maximum of 1 minute at a
time and stop blending for 30 seconds after
5 blending cycles. When blending hard food,
operate the appliance for no more than 15
seconds at a time and stop blending for 30
minutes after 3 blending cycles.
15.To reduce the risk of injury, ensure that the
chopping bowl is properly attached before
installing the s-shaped blade.
16.Ensure the chopping bowl lid is securely locked
in place before operating the appliance.

17.Clean the hand blender with a dry cloth.
18.Misuse of the appliance can result in severe
injury. Care must be taken when handling the
sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and
during cleaning.
19.Switch off the appliance and disconnect it
from the electricity supply before changing
accessories or touching any parts, which
move when the appliance is in use.
20.The appliance is not intended for use by
children or for unsupervised use by others
whose physical, sensory or mental capabilities
prevent them from using it safely.
21.Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance.

• The hand blender is ideal for preparing dips,
sauces, soups, mayonnaise, milkshakes and baby
food as well as to blend food.
• Insert the blender stick into the motor unit until it
locks into place.
• Introduce the hand blender vertically into an
appropriate container. Adjust the inching switch
from 1 to 6 (slow to fast) or switch II (turbo)
based on your requirements. Switch II (turbo)
operates the blender at the highest speed only,
so the inching switch only works with switch I.
Then, press and hold switch Ⅰ or switch Ⅱ.
• You can use the hand blender in the measuring
beaker or another vessel. Always add some water
to your mixture before operating the appliance.
• After use, unplug the appliance and press the
release buttons to remove the blender stick.
Caution: the blade is very sharp!

• The chopper is ideal for chopping hard food such as meat, cheese, onion, herbs,
garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, prunes and so on. Do not chop extremely hard
food such as ice cubes, nutmeg, coffee beans and grains.
• Before chopping, carefully remove the plastic cover from the s-shaped blade.
Caution: The blade is very sharp! Always hold it by the upper plastic section.
• Place the blade on the central pin of the chopping bowl and press down. Only
use the chopping bowl on an anti-slip surface.
• Place the food in the chopping bowl.
• Place the chopping bowl lid on the chopping bowl making sure it is properly
attached.
• Place the motor unit on the chopping bowl lid making sure it locks into place.
• Adjust the inching switch from 1 to 6 (slow to fast) or switch II (turbo) based on
your requirements. Switch II (turbo) operates the blender at the highest speed
only, so the inching switch only works with switch I. Then press and hold switch
Ⅰ or switch Ⅱ. During processing, hold the motor unit with one hand and the
chopping bowl with the other.
• After use, unplug the appliance and press the release buttons to remove the
motor unit. Then, remove the chopping bowl lid.
• Carefully remove the blade.
• Remove the processed food from the chopping bowl.

return and collection options available or contact the retailer from
whom you purchased the product as they will be able to safely
recycle it for you.
MAINTENANCE AND DAILY CARE
1.Always unplug the appliance before cleaning it.
2.Only clean the motor unit and chopping bowl lid with a damp cloth. Do not
immerse the motor unit in water!
3.Other parts (the whisk, SS part without the base, measuring beaker, chopping
bowl without the bowl lid and s-shaped blade) can be cleaned in the
dishwasher. However, you should rinse the blades immediately whenever you
blend very salty foods.
4.Use only the recommended amount of cleaner or decalcifier when cleaning your
dishwasher.
5.When processing food with colour dyes, the plastic parts of the appliance may
become discoloured. Wipe these parts with vegetable oil before placing them in
the dishwasher for an improved clean.
6.The blades are very sharp; please use caution when handling them.
• Only use the whisk to whip cream, beat
eggs and blend ready-mixed desserts.
• Insert the whisk attachment into the whisk
holder, then slot the whisk holder into the
motor unit until it locks into place.
• Place the whisk in a vessel. Adjust the
inching switch from 1 to 6 (slow to fast) or
switch II (turbo) based on your
requirements. Switch II (turbo) operates the
blender at the highest speed only, so the
inching switch only works with switch I.
Then press and hold switch Ⅰ or switch Ⅱ.
• After use, unplug the appliance and press
the release buttons to remove the whisk
holder. Then, pull the whisk out of the
holder for cleaning.
