Installation Environment

1.1. With 86x86 mm embedded junction box in the wall
Fix the wall-mounting box on to
the 86 embedded box with two
M4x30 crosshead screws.
Device Installation
Step1: Wall-mounting Bracket Installation
Take down two M4x30 crosshead
screws and wall-mounting box.
1.Wall Mounting
Mark the four holes of
the wall-mounting box
on the wall.
Fix the wall-mounting box with
four ST4x20 crosshead screws and
two M4x30 crosshead screws.
Use a hand drill with 6mm
diameter bit to make holes in the
marked positions.
Insert the plastic wall
anchors into the holes.

Use a hand drill with 6mm diameter bit to
make the hole in marked positions.
*Please note the relative position in the left
figure and the maximum error should less
than 5mm.
Mark the six holes of the wall-mounting box
on the wall.
Insert the plastic wall anchors into the holes
you drilled before.
1.2. Without 86 embedded box in the wall
Fix the wall-mounting box with six ST4x20
crosshead screws.

Step2: LTE Module Installation
Remove the six M3x8 crosshead
screws on the device's rear cover
using cross screwdriver and keep the
screws.
Remove the device's back cover.
Warning: Do not open the back cover
when the SIM card is installed otherwise it
might cause the damage to the device.
Insert the LTE module connecting
fingers into the interface as
indicated in the drawing and press
down the other end of module to line
up the left screw hole with the lower
screw column.
Lock the module on to the
screw column of the device
with the M2x6 crosshead
screws.

Connect the main RF cable and the div RF cable
to the module as indicated in the dotted green
circle. While the other ends of the two cables
are already connected to the main-board.
Note: The two cables are distinguished by the
labels attached.
Put the back cover to the device and tighten the
cover using the six M3x8 crosshead screws that
are removed before.

Step3: LTE SIM Card Installation
Push the card against the slot base
using the back end of the tweezers
until you hear a clattering sound when
the SIM card will be pushed out.
Insert the SIM card to the card slot at
the bottom and push the card all the
way in using the back end of the
tweezers attached with the module
until you hear a clattering sound.
Plug the SIM card slot using the silicone
plug attached.
Remove the SIM card rubber plug at
the bottom of the device.
Take out the SIM card from the slot
using the tweezers tips.
Please follow the steps if need to remove the SIM card

Use four M3x5 crosshead screws to fix the
wiring cover.
Make cables go through the wiring cover,
connecting to the corresponding interfaces of
the main board. Choose a suitable size rubber
plug to compress cables, then fasten sealing
pressing plate with two ST1.7x4 crosshead
screws.
For convenient wiring, hang device on the
wall-mounting box with rope. Then insert the
sealing ring into the groove.
