[. DESCRIPTION
This Alemite hand gun (see Figure 1) is designed to provide clean, fast, efficient fitting lubrication.
Anrong its quaiityconstruction features area heav;--gauge steelcylinder, long narrow design - to permit
on:-handed :,peration of the gun - and a carefully fitted high pressure piston.
Smooth interior surfacing on the c',-Iinder g'.rarantees long and correct functioning life to follower cup
Ieathers (see F. Figure 2). .
All parts 9f this hand gun can easil5 be replaced, when worn.

A. Fillrng the Gun -with Semi-Solia lrrUricant, or

1. Remove cap a4d plunger assembly (see G,
Figure 2) from cylinder "8" .
t. Using a iadle or gun f iller, pack the proper
gradeof lubricanr- into the cytinder, taking care to
avold the fomarion of air pockets. FilI the cylin-
, der to within I iZ den of its opening.

CAUTION: Donot use healry cup or f ibre lubricant.

C. Holding the cylinder (see E, Figure 2) in one
hand, push the handle "H" as far in as it witl go.
This action forces piston "D" forward, driving
lubricant into booster chamber "C " and out through
coupler " A" .
D. Now, pull the handle out as far as it will go,
creating a vacLlum in booster chamber (see C, Fig-
ure 2), and drawing in a new charge of lubricant.
Atmospheric pressure holdp the follower in place
as lubrication continues.
E. Repeat C and D until fitting is lubricated.
NOTE: If the gun does not deliver lubricant, anci
is not empty, there is probabl-v an air pocket in the
lubr.icant. To remove the air pocket, tap gun coup-
Ier on a block of wood as in step A-3, section [[.
F. When the fitting is lubricated, remove the hand
gun by pulling it to one side and off - thus easily
breaking conta,ctbetween the ccupler jaws (see B,
Figu re 2) and the f itting. If the grin cannot be pulled
tlo a s ide, push in on glJn handle "H'', and break
the eonnection with a quick jerk.
