3. Akkus und Batterien / Batteries
Achten SIe auf korrekte Polung +/-
Bei mehrtägiger Nichtbenutzung
entnehmen Sie die Batterien aus
der Fernsteuerung.
Bitte legen Sie 8 AA Batterien in das Batteriefach ein / please insert 8x AA batteries to the battery tray
Bedienungshinweise / Usage notice:
- niemals auadbare Akkus mit Trockenbatterien mischen / never mix up chargeable batteries with non chargeable ones
- niemals volle mit halbleeren Akkus/Batterien mischen / never mix up full with half fully batteries
- niemals Akkus verschiedener Kapazität mischen / never mix up batteries of dirent capacity
- versuchen Sie niemals Trockenbatterien zu laden / never try to charge non-crageable batteries -caution re !
- achten Sie auf korrekte Polarität / caution -take care of correct polarity
- defekte Akkus / Batterien im Sondermüll entsorgen / please put defective batteries in special wastage

close the battery tray Please think of inserting with correct polarity +/-.
Non usage for several days: please remove batteries.

Stecken Sie das Ladegerät wie gezeigt in die 220V Steckdose ein und verbinden den Akku mit
dem Ladekabel. (weißer Tamiya Stecker -verpolgeschützt)
Please connect the charger with the 220V power plug and connect the battery cable with the
charging cable like shown below.

Ladezeit = (Kapazität des Akkus in mAh) / (Ladestrom in mA) * 1.3
Ladezeit= 3000mah / 500mah*1.3 = 7,8 Std.
charge time = (battery capacity in mAh) / (charge current in mA) * 1.3
charge time= 3000mah / 500mah*1.3 = 7,8 h
Für schnellere Ladezeiten benötigen Sie ein stärkeres Ladegerät.
For faster charge you might need a stronger charger.

4. Die Fernsteuerung / The Transmitter

Hinweis / notice:
Throttle/Brake/Reverse: adjust throttle trim , so that car almost will run forward.
Then throttle can initialize correctly and reverese function can be used.
Steering trim: adjust, so that the car is running straight.
Dual rate function: minimize the steering minus 10% -this increases live time of drive shafts.

5. Inbetriebnahme / Starting up
Entfernen Sie die vorderen Karosserieklammern
Remove the front body clips
Entfernen Sie die hinteren Karosserieklammern
Remove the rear body clips
Heben Sie die Karosserie von den Befestigungen Heben Sie die Karosserie wie gezeigt vom Chassis
verbinden Sie die beiden Stecker

Important: The steering has a servo saver. This is an overload protection (until a dened force -then the
plastic gears will be destroyed). 2 pieces grab into each other, they are pressed together by a spring -
the connection opens by a shock against the steering. The spring is settable in force by the nut, please
adjust it, so the servo saver will open even on small impacts.
