Set up your wrist shaker in four simple steps
1 Position your charger unit
Make sure your charger unit:

2 Plug in the charger unit
Plug your charger unit into your power supply. And switch on at socket.
Important: use only the power adapter supplied with your PowerTel 601
otherwise it may not work and it could damage the product.
3 Place the wrist shaker in the charger unit

Your wrist shaker has an internal rechargeable battery which must be charged

for at least 10 hours (make sure the power socket is switched on!).
Note: when fully charged, your wrist shaker’s battery should last ve days.
The larger red light will ash slowly when the battery is low and you will
need to charge it for about another ten hours.
4 Register your wrist shaker to your PowerTel telephone
Important: if you got your wrist shaker separate to your phone, you need to
register it for it to work.
i. Turn on the wrist shaker by pressing and holding the button for about
ve seconds.
ii. Press and hold the CVUUPOBHBJOGPSBCPVUTFDPOETVOUJMUIF

registration for about 1 minute.

iii. Activate registration mode on your PowerTel phone.
If you use a PowerTel 500, 502 or PowerTel 580 phone:
Press and hold the registration key for about ten seconds until the charging

If you use a PowerTel 580 combo:
Press and hold until you see Register on the display.
Note: if you can’t see the registration key , see page 8.

Note: the registration light will ash green and red if your wrist shaker
either isn’t registered or is out of range. Move closer to your PowerTel
telephone to ensure you are within range.
