Improper use and operation might lead to fire or explosion
焊接火花可能导致失火,请确认焊接工位附件无易燃物,并注意安全防火。
Welding spark may lead to fire, please be sure that there is no inflammable nearby
welding post and pay attention to fire safety.
保证有灭火装置在附件,并且有训人员能熟练使用灭火器。
Be sure that fire extinguishing apparatus is available nearby and trained personnel can
operate fire extinguisher skillfully.
请勿对密封燃容器进行焊接。
Please don’t weld sealed combustion vessel.
禁止将焊机作管道解冻之用。
It is forbidden to use welding machine for unfreezing pipeline.

Hot workpiece might lead to severe burn
不要赤手接触热工件,在连续使用焊枪时要有一段冷却时间。
Don’t touch hot workpiece with bare hands, and one period of cooling time is needed in
case of using welding gun continuously.

Installation, debugging and operation
注意:请严格按照以下步骤进行安装与调式!
Notes: Please carry out installation and debugging in strict accordance with
following steps!
电器连接必须在关闭配电箱电源开关后进行!
Electric connection must be carried out after turning off power switch of
distribution box!
本设备防护等级为 IP21,应避免在雨中使用!
Protection grade of the equipment is IP21, and it is necessary to avoid using
in the rain!
安装方法
Installation method:
1:每台机器都装有 4平方一次电源线,应根据焊机的输入电流及电压将一次线接在相应电压
等级大于 34A 的短路器上或连接大于 4平方的电线上。切勿接错电压等级。
1: Each machine is equipped with 4mm2primary power line, it is necessary to connect
primary line with circuit breaker which corresponding voltage class is greater than 34A or
electric wire which is greater than 4mm2in accordance with input current and voltage of
welding machine. Be sure not to connect with wrong voltage class.
2:一次电源要与对应的电源接线柱或插座接触良好,防止氧化。
2: Contact between primary power supply and corresponding power line binding post or
socket shall be good and prevent oxidization.
3:用万用表测量一下输入电压是否在焊机的额定输入电压范围之内。
3: Use multimeter to measure whether input voltage is within the scope of rated input voltage
of welding machine.
4:如果焊机放在倾斜面上应固定好焊机防止其下滑。
4: If welding machine is placed on inclined plane, it is necessary to fixate welding machine
and prevent gliding.
5:每台焊机都装有绝缘手柄,移动焊机时用手提升。
5: Each welding machine is equipped with insulated handle, and use hand to lift when moving
the welding machine.

1:请按照安装示意图正确的连接好焊枪,控制线及地线。所有接头务必连接紧固以防接
触不良造成焊机连接端子损坏。
1: Please connect welding gun, control line and ground wire correctly in accordance with
installation diagram. All connectors must be connected and fastened so as to prevent
damage of terminal block of welding machine due to poor contact.
2:请确保氩气管与焊机连接紧固密封,以防漏气,影响焊点质量
2: Please be sure that argon tube and welding machine are connected, fastened and
sealed so as to prevent air leakage and influencing quality of welding spot.
3:将焊机后面的接地螺丝用大于 4平方的导线可靠接地,防止静电及漏电发生。
3: Use wire which is greater than 4mm2to earth grounding screw behind the wielding
machine so as to prevent occurrence of static electricity and electric leakage.
氩弧焊操作方法:
Operation method of argon arc welding:
1:打开氩气瓶的阀门并调好流量计至所需的流量。
1: Turn on valve of argon gas bottle and adjust flowmeter to required flow.
2:按下焊枪开关,电磁阀工作,枪头开始有氩气流出。
2: Press welding gun switch, solenoid valve starts working and argon gas starts to
outflow from gun head.
3:将钨极与工件距离 2到3个毫米,按下焊枪开关开始引弧,根据工件厚度设置好适当
的焊接电流即可。
3: Adjust distance between tungsten electrode and workpiece to 2~3 millimeters, press
welding gun switch to start striking the arc, set up proper welding current according to
thickness of workpiece.
连续脉冲点焊操作方法:
Operation method of continuous pulse spot welding:
1:在连续脉冲点焊模式下需要设置三个参数:焊接电流,点焊时间,点焊频率用户可根
据工件的厚度设置适当的电流与点焊时间,点焊频率。然后按住枪开关不放以一定的速
度拖动焊枪移动即可焊出鱼鳞状的焊道,要结束焊接,松开枪开关即可。注意:在焊接
薄板时钨针和板的距离应控制在 0.5 毫米以下为佳。
1: Three parameters need to be set up in the mode of continuous pulse spot welding:
welding current, spot welding time and spot welding frequency. User may set up
proper current, spot welding time and spot welding frequency in accordance with
thickness of workpiece. Then press and hold onto gun switch, drag welding gun to
move at a certain speed, weld scaly welding bead, and just loosen gun switch to stop
welding. Notes: when welding thin plate, the best distance between tungsten needle
and plate shall be controlled smaller than 0.5 millimeter.
2:点焊频率与拖动焊枪移动的速度有着密切的关系,点焊频率低焊枪移动的速度应慢,
过快的速度会导致焊点与焊点之间连接不上影响焊接质量。点焊频率高焊枪移动的速度
应加快,频率越高焊道鱼鳞状越密。
2: Spot welding frequency and speed of dragging welding gun are closely related, if spot
welding frequency is low, speed of moving welding gun shall be slow, fast speed will
lead to failure in connection between welding spots and influence welding quality. If
spot welding frequency is high, speed of moving welding gun shall be accelerated,
the higher the frequency, the denser of scaly welding beads.
3:在连续脉冲点焊模式下,用户应根据工件的实际情况对焊接的参数进行多次调式,试
焊,以达到工艺要求为准。
3: In the mode of continuous pulse spot welding, user should repeatedly debug and test

welding parameters in accordance with actual condition of workpiece so as to meet
technological requirements.
4:注:在此下因焊接电流与氩弧焊模式的焊接电流共享,如需要设置焊接电流请转换到
氩弧焊模式下调节好再转换回此模式即可。模式转换方法请参照面板操作与控制说明。
4: Notes: welding current and argon arc welding shares welding current in this mode,
please convert to argon arc mode in case of setting welding current, adjust and then
switch back to this mode. Please refer to panel operation and control description for
conversion method.

Slab splicing, and plane spot welding schematic diagram and operation
method
1:为保证焊接质量,在对工件进行点焊前钨极必须经过研磨,焊枪瓷
嘴应保持清洁。必须使用高质量,纯度高的氩气作为保护气体。
1: In order to guarantee welding quality, tungsten electrode must be
grinded before carrying out spot welding for workpiece, and porcelain
mouth of welding gun shall be kept clean. It is necessary to use high
quality and high purity argon gas as protective gas.
2:钨针申出瓷嘴约 5-8 毫米,钨针与所焊接的平面呈 70-90 度,钨针
尖部与工件的距离在 0.3 到0.4 毫米为佳(注意钨针不能直接和工件直
接接触,钨针与工件的距离过远极容易造成钨针氧化影响焊接质量)

2: Tungsten needle stretches out of porcelain mouth about 5-8 millimeters, angle formed
between tungsten needle and welded plane presents 70-90 degrees, the best distance
between tip of tungsten needle and workpiece shall be 0.3-0.4 millimeter (Notes: tungsten
needle can’t directly contact with workpiece, excessive long distance between tungsten
needle and workpiece may easily lead to oxidization of tungsten needle and influence welding
quality).
3:在对工件进行点焊前必须把两个待焊平面以几个焊点固定好,点焊时把钨针对准之前已固
定好的焊点(注意:一定要从固定好的焊点开始点焊,钨针和焊点的距离越近越好,0.3-0.4 毫
米为佳)按住焊枪开关或脚踏开关不松手,此时钨针和工件之间放电形成一个焊点
3: Be sure to fixate two planes to be welded by several welding spots before carrying out spot
welding for workpiece, and align tungsten needle with welding spot which has been fixated
when carrying out spot welding (Notes: be sure to start spot welding from fixated welding
spot, the longer the distance between tungsten needle and welding spot, the better, the
best distance is 0.3-0.4 millimeter), press and hold onto welding gun switch or foot switch,
then electric discharge appears between tungsten needle and workpiece and one welding
spot is formed.

(注意,在焊接过程焊枪一直要保持在焊点上面停留,以保证有充足的氩气保护焊点。必须等
点焊完成后焊枪开关或脚踏开关才可以松开),按照示意图中的箭头方向移动焊枪(焊枪移动
的距离大概为焊点直径的 1/2 后再次按下焊枪开关或脚踏开关继续下一个焊点。一直重复以上
的操作,以一个焊点压一个焊点的方法进行点焊,直到点焊结束为止。注:初学者在焊接过程
中会经常出现钨针与工件之间经常粘住属于正常现象,熟悉点焊手法后,控制好钨针与工件的
距离即可避免或减少此现象。
(Notes: in the process of welding, welding gun should always stay on welding spot so
as to ensure there is sufficient argon gas to protect welding spot. Welding gun switch
or foot switch can be loosened after finishing spot welding), move welding gun in
accordance with arrow direction in schematic diagram (distance of moving welding gun is
about 1/2 of welding spot diameter), and then press welding gun switch or foot switch again to
continue next welding spot. Repeat abovementioned operation all the time, and carry out spot
welding by means of pressing one welding spot by another welding spot till completion of spot
welding. Notes: beginner usually finds adhesion of tungsten needle and workpiece,
which is normal, and be able to avoid or reduce such phenomenon by controlling
distance between tungsten needle and workpiece well after getting acquainted with
technique of spot welding.

冷焊模式下工件与工件之间的接口处应尽量吻合,实际应用过程中如果需要添加焊丝,建议使
用焊丝的直径不要大于材料的厚度。焊丝添加方法见上图。
Joint between workpieces shall be matching as much as possible in the mode of cold welding,
if it is necessary to add welding wire in the process of actual application, it is recommended
that diameter of welding wire should not be greater than thickness of material. See picture
above for method of adding welding wire.
