Read and follow all instructions.
Lift safety can only be ensured if the lift is installed and
operated according to these instructions.
• NEVER permit children to play on or around the lift
• Do not allow children to use the lift without adult
supervision
• NEVER apply direct water pressure to the electronics
• NEVER use the lift with a dry pool
Check entire box and all packing materials for parts. Before beginning assembly, read the instruc-
tionsandidentifypartsusingtheguresandpartslistedinthisdocument.
It is critical that all parts be carefully inspected prior to installation. If any damage occurred in
transit,AquaCreekProducts,LLCmustbenotiedwithinthreedaysofreceiptofunit.
Proper installation cannot be overstressed, as an improper installation voids Aqua Creek’s war-
ranty and may affect the safety of the user.

The Chest Strap comes in two halves, and is installed with the included hardware as shown above.
Make sure to install the Chest Strap with the hook & loop fasteners facing each other so that the strap
can be secured around the user easily.

#12 X 3/4" PHILLIPS-HEAD SCREW (2)
FLAT WASHER (2)
END FOLDED
NOTE: THE SCREWS ARE SELF-DRILLING
AND NORMALLY DON'T NEED PILOT HOLES.
IF PILOT HOLES ARE DESIRED, DRILL TWO (2)
1/8" HOLES AT SCREW LOCATIONS.
