The Freedom®Pure was developed to meet safety and durability requirements. We recommend that
you attentively read the manual and watch the videos available to you. These instructions will show you
how to use the Freedom®unit safely and protect you from danger or damaging the unit.
We hope that you will enjoy using aquama®solutions.
Notice for customers in the countries applying EU or EPA Directives. This product has been approved,
tested and standardized, and it meets all the criteria of the EU, EPA and CE directives.

2.1 Specications
• Freedom®Pure unit (activation 1000ml / 1 litre).

2.2 Utilisation
• Disinfection – Eradicates approximately 99.99% of micro-organisms including
bacteria, bacilla, salmonella, pneumonia, legionnella, mildew, viruses, etc.
• Deodorization – will remove odors from hard surfaces and fabrics.
• Cleaning – All water-resistant surfaces such as:
plastics, glass, glass ceramic hobs.
• Stain removal – Cleans any type of fabric.
• Totally safe to use – non-toxic, 100% biodegradable, non-allergenic.
•
The electric activation of the water and aquama®salt mixture
generates a sodium hypochlorite solution with an electrical charge
of between 600 and 1,100mV (improving its bactericidal and even
virucidal actions), depending on the desired degree of effectiveness.
• This device makes it possible to create your own detergent
and disinfectant solution with up to 240 ppm of (active)
sodium hypochlorite in 5 minutes.
• “LOW“ mode (an impulse) :
its activation time is three minutes.
Use low mode if you wish as a degreaser to clean
a surface with a lower level of disinfection.
• “HIGH” mode (two pulses) :
its activation time is ve minutes.
Use high mode if you wish a better quality of
disinfection, always with a degreasing action.

3.1 Caution: use only as directed
• Use only for hands, surface and fabric cleaning, disinfection and deodorization.
• Do not spray into your eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty
of water and seek medical advice.
• Do not use this unit and activated solution near re.
3.2 Directions for Safe Use
• Check that the inside of the base and the underside of the jug are completely dry before inserting the jug.
• Regularly descale the bottom of the jug.
• When not producing solution, never leave the jug, whether empty or full of solution, on the base.
• Remove the jug from the base for at least 5 minutes between each activation cycle, and disconnect
the socket from the base to enable the machine to cool more rapidly.
• Respect the recommended amount of salt (bactericide solution):
- 0.6L spray bottle 1x level white spoonful.
- 1L jug 2x level white spoonfuls.
• 2 to 3 cycles may be activated successively.
• For professional use: use on the day produced. Cannot be stored (standards not met).
• Reactivate the solution every 7 days (without adding salt).
• Do not ll the Freedom® Pure jug too high - Observe water volume marks.
• No need to add an excess of aquama®salt - The device will not start if there is excess.
• Use only the aquama® salt intended for this purpose in the suggested quantities.
• Do not move the unit during operation.
• Stock the solution safely (do not keep it in the refrigerator, since it could be confused with water).
• Unused solutions can be disposed in a sink. Unused solutions can also be reactivated,
restoring thedisinfection, cleaning and deodorizing power.
• Disconnect the electrical plug of the device after use.
• Do not leave the device in the sun.
• If the surface is excessively dirty or soiled, remove the excess dirt or soil rst.
• Do not use ground water, polluted water or excessively hard water to ll the bottle or jug.
• Use water of temperature ranges from 5°C to 40°C.
A failure to observe the usage instructions can nullify the machine warranty.

• Connect the aquama
®
device base to the adapter. The base beeps and the button lights up.
• Fit the jug onto the base.
For 1 litre of water:
• Fill the jug to the ll line with tap water.
• Dosages: - 1 level white spoonful of aquama
®
Indigo salt with 1x activation, LOW mode,
for a very light disinfection.
- 2 level white spoonfuls of aquama
®
Indigo salt with 1x activation, HIGH mode,
for an intense disinfection.
• Stir the saline solution 7 to 8 times with the blue spoon.
If the salt does not dissolve, the machine will not operate.
• Close the lid of jug.
• Push the power button to activate the solution. A urry of bubbles is generated in the jug and
the solution goes cloudy, a sign that the process is correctly underway.
The operation takes a few minutes (5 minutes in “HIGH” mode, 3 minutes in “LOW” mode)
• The device beeps 1x to indicate the end of the operation. The LED switches off.
• Place the pure generated solution into the spray bottle. Your aquama
®
solution is ready for use!
• Disinfecting action: Spray the solution directly onto the surface in question, leave on for at least
5 minutes for an anti-bacterial action or 15 minutes for a fungicidal action, and then wipe.
• After 7 days, if any unused solution remains, you may reactivate it by pouring it back into
the Freedom
®
Pure device (without adding salt).
5.1 Important information
• Do not use Rock Salt as the additive. The unit may be damaged.
• If the device does not function, see page 10.
• Do not overuse additives
• The unit may not work properly if additives are not completely dissolved.
• After each activation, a 3 minute pause is automatically programmed to allow the module to cool down.
The unit will beep to inform you that you can resume the process.

If the device does not function, call your nearest distributor or aquama®.
5.2 Water quality
• You may use tap water with average hardness.
• Use water with a pH range of pH6 - pH8, and a hardness of less than 200 ppm.
• Low calcium water is recommended.
• Do not use ground water, polluted water or excessively hard water.
• Water temperature range: 5°C to 40°C only.

7.1 Maintenance
Observe the precautions for use point 3.2.
7.1.1 Cleaning
Wipe the body and inside of jug with a warm damp cloth.
Do not use any chemicals or detergent.
Do not separate the black seal from the rest of the jug. Clean with a reasonable amount of force.
CAUTION: It is recommended to regularly descale the device before a limescale lm forms
on the seal at the bottom of the jug. Use a food-quality descaling solution (such as vinegar)
without activation.
7.1.2 Drying
Empty the jug and dry it before storing.
Pass an aquama® microber to dry the module.
7.1.3 Storage
Store dry, at room temperature, protected from direct sunlight.
7.2 Warranty
Your Freedom®Pure is covered by a warranty, except for problems resulting from incorrect handling
or a failure to follow the usage instructions.
In observance of the device instructions, your aquama®Freedom Pure®is covered by a two-year warranty.

It is possible to increase the disinfection level by repeating the hydrolysis operation a second
or even a third time after the rst activation cycle.
CAUTION: A cooling phase is automatically programmed into the device between each cycle.
➔Remove the jug from the base for at least 5 minutes, and disconnect the socket from its base
to enable the machine to cool more quickly.
The unit will beep to inform you that you can resume the process.
• To increase the detergent effectiveness, you may add Booster salt, sold separately.
• Diluting the pure solution with water reduces the disinfection power and streaks.
Before diluting the solution, reactivate the hydrolysis process a second time.
• If the surface to be cleaned is soiled, rst remove the excess dirt.
• Use aquama®microber cloths with the aquama®solution for tough stains.
• All types of ooring: First, wash the oor directly with the pure solution (2gr of salt/L, preferably
Booster salt) regularly over 4 to 8 weeks to remove the chemical biolm left behind by traditional
cleaning products. Then dilute 50% of the pure solution with 50% water.
• Shiny surfaces: glass ceramic - stainless steel - shiny tiles: wipe the surface with a dry cloth to
avoid leaving streaks. Window glass: Pour 200 ml of pure solution into the spray bottle and ll
the rest (400ml) with tap water.
