AVVERTENZE IMPORTANTI
LEGGERE ATTENTAMENTE QUESTE ISTRUZIONI
Usando apparecchi elettrici è necessario prendere le opportune precauzioni, tra le quali:
• Assicurarsi che il voltaggio elettrico dell’apparecchio corrisponda a quello della vostra rete
elettrica.
• Lavare con cura tutti gli accessori prima dell’utilizzo.
•NON IMMERGERE IN ACQUA O IN ALTRO LIQUIDO IL BLOCCO MOTORE (BASE), LA SPINA
E IL CAVO DI ALIMENTAZIONE.
• Non trasportare l’apparecchio quando è in funzione.
• Staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente quando l’apparecchio non è in uso, prima di pulirlo e
prima di montare o smontare parti e accessori.
•EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE IL CONTATTO CON LE PARTI IN MOVIMENTO.
• Non tirare il cavo di alimentazione per togliere la spina.
• Non usare l’apparecchio se il cavo elettrico o la spina risultano danneggiati, o se l’apparecchio
stesso risulta difettoso; in questo caso portatelo al più vicino Centro di Assistenza Autorizzato.
• L’uso di prolunghe elettriche non autorizzate dal fabbricante dell’apparecchio può provocare
danni ed incidenti.
• Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, esso deve essere sostituito dal Costruttore o dal suo
servizio assistenza tecnica o comunque da una persona con qualifica similare, in modo da pre-
venire ogni rischio.
• Il cavo di alimentazione non deve essere lasciato penzolare dal bordo del tavolo o del piano di
appoggio. Evitare altresì il contatto del cavo con superfici calde.
• L’apparecchio è concepito per il SOLO USO DOMESTICO e non deve essere adibito ad uso
commerciale o industriale.
• L’uso di accessori non consigliati nel manuale d’uso può comportare il rischio di incendio e
lesioni personali.
• Non collocare l’apparecchio sopra o in prossimità di fonti di calore, elementi elettrici. Non posi-
zionarlo sopra altri apparecchi.
• Non utilizzare l’apparecchio a vuoto.
• Non usare l’apparecchio all’aperto.
• Per evitare infortuni e danni all’apparecchio tenere sempre le mani e gli utensili da cucina lon-
tano da lame e rulli in movimento.
•QUESTO APPARECCHIO DEVE ESSERE TENUTO LONTANO DALLA PORTATA DEI BAMBINI.
• Le lame dei rulli sono affilate e devono essere maneggiate con precauzione, afferratele sempre
sulla parte in plastica.
• Per evitare infortuni, non montare mai i rulli sulla base senza aver preventivamente montato
la tramoggia.

• Assicurarsi di aver montato bene la tramoggia, il rullo sull’innesto e di aver inserito il convoglia-
tore o l’accessorio per sminuzzare prima di inserire la spina ed avviare l’apparecchio.
• Non introdurre mai gli alimenti spingendoli con le mani utilizzare sempre l’apposito premi-
cibo.
• Non abbandonare l’apparecchio quando è in funzione.
• Non lasciare l’apparecchio incustodito quando è collegato alla rete elettrica, disinseritelo dopo
ogni utilizzo.
• Non rimuovere mai il rullo quando l’apparecchio è in funzione.
• Non sovraccaricare la tramoggia, non inserire mai più di un pezzo alla volta.
• Per evitare di surriscaldare l’apparecchio RISPETTARE IL TEMPO DI USO CONTINUO MAX 5
MINUTI, dovendo eseguire lavorazioni in successione, effettuare sempre delle pause control-
lando che l’apparecchio si sia raffreddato fra una pausa e l’altra
• Non utilizzare l’apparechio per tritare alimenti aventi una eccessiva consistenza, (per esempio
cubetti di ghiaccio).
• Questo apparecchio deve essere utilizzato solo per tagliare la verdura e/o frutta.
• Questo apparecchio è conforme alla direttiva CEE 89/336 relativa alla compatibilità elettromagnetica.

PRECAUZIONI PRIMA DELL’USO
• Verificare che la targhetta dati posta sulla base dell’apparecchio riporti il corretto voltaggio.
• Prima di qualsiasi utilizzo lavare con acqua corrente le parti che andranno a contatto con i cibi.
•Non immergere in acqua o altro liquido la base contenente il motore. Per la pulizia di que-
sta parte utilizzare un panno umido e quindi asciugare perfettamente.
•Prima di assemblare e/o disassemblare l’apparecchio verificare che la spina non sia inse-
rita nella presa di corrente.

•Maneggiare i rulli prestando attenzione in quanto sono taglienti e potrebbero procurare
ferite.
COME SI USA
- Assemblare la tramoggia (2) con la base (1) contenente il motore.
Dopodichè inserire il rullo desiderato nella tramoggia (2) e tenendolo premuto sull’innesto (3),
ruotare di 1/4 di giro in senso antiorario fino a battuta (fig.1).
Inserire il convogliatore (F) facendo attenzione che la scanalatura dell’anello esterno sia rivol-
ta verso l’alto e che le alette del convogliatore rimangano esterne alle tacche sulla tramoggia
(fig.2). Uno scatto segnalerà l’aggancio.
- Inserire la spina nella presa di corrente, premere l’interruttore (5) per mettere in funzione l’ap-
parecchio.
- Durante l’utilizzo dell’apparecchio è consigliato servirsi della spatola (13) in dotazione per
favorire l’uscita dei cibi tagliati (fig. 7).
- Utilizzare sempre l’apposito pressino (4) per spingere i cibi nella tramoggia.
Attenzione: non utilizzare mai le mani o oggetti diversi dall’apposito pressino (4).
IMPORTANTE: non esercitare troppa forza sul pressino per evitare il rallentamento del moto-
re e/o l’impastamento dei rulli.
COME SI USA L’ACCESSORIO PER SMINUZZARE
Solamente sul rullo per tagliare a listarelle (D) può essere montato l’accessorio per sminuzza-
re (E), quindi inserire il rullo (D) e successivamente inserire l’accessorio per sminuzzare (E)
con le lame posizionate verso l’alto. Uno scatto segnalerà l’aggancio. (fig.3)
DOPO L’USO
Smontare l’apparecchio tirando il covogliatore verso l’esterno (fig.4), ruotare a motore spento
di circa 1/4 di giro in senso orario la ghiera dentellata utilizzando la spatola (13) come indicato
in figura 5, poi tirare verso l’esterno la tramoggia e successivamente estrarre il rullo (fig. 6).
ATTENZIONE: qualora lo smontaggio del rullo risultasse difficile poichè bloccato, è sufficiente
riavviare per pochi istanti l’apparecchio e successivamente riprovare a smontarlo.
CONSIGLI UTILI
Tagliare i cibi per poterli inserire più facilmente nella tramoggia.
- Per ottenere piccoli pezzi inserire i cibi verticalmente (non più di un pezzo per volta).

- Per ottenere pezzi o fette più lunghe e sottili inserire i cibi orizzontalmente.
I migliori risultati di utilizzo si ottengono con cibi sufficientemente duri.
Qualora i cibi da trattare non siano duri a sufficienza si consiglia di tenerli in freezer il tempo
necessario al loro indurimento. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio per tritare alimenti aventi un’ecces-
siva consistenza (esempio: cubetti di ghiaccio).
Il blocco motore e/o l’impastamento dei rulli potrebbe verificarsi per l’impiego di cibi trop-
po molli e/o l’esercizio di una pressione troppo elevata o intenso utilizzo continuo.
In questo caso fermare immediatamente l’apparecchio premendo l’interruttore (5), togliere
la spina dalla presa di corrente, togliere il convogliatore ed il rullo e pulirlo perfettamente.

* Questi alimenti devono avere una sufficiente consistenza altrimenti intaseranno il rullo ed
il convogliatore.
PULIZIA
Per rendere la pulizia più facile risciacquare le parti immediatamente dopo l’uso.
Tutti gli accessori tranne la base motorizzata (1) possono essere lavati in acqua oppure diretta-
mente il lavastoviglie, nel cestello superiore La base motorizzata deve essere pulita con un
panno leggermente umido ed asciugata perfettamente.
Nel caso in cui il prodotto rimanga macchiato dopo l’uso, si consiglia di pulirlo con olio
vegetale e/o maionese.

PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
When using electrical appliances, the following elementary precautions must be observed:

• Wash all the accessories thoroughly before use.

• Do not move the appliance when it is in use.
• Unplug the appliance from the mains when it is not in use, before cleaning and before attach-

• Do not remove the disc while the appliance is in use.

• To avoid overheating the appliance OBSERVE A MAXIMUM TIME OF 5 MINUTES CONTINU-
OUS USE. When the appliance is to be used several times, allow a pause between operations.
Check that it has cooled down before it is used again.
• Do not use the appliance to cut up foodstuffs which are very hard (for example, ice cubes).
• This appliance must only be used for cutting vegetables and/or fruit.
• This appliance conforms to EU directive CEE 89/336 regarding electromagnetic compatibility.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Check that the technical data plate located on the base of the appliance shows the correct volt-
age.
- Before use, wash the parts which come into contact with food in running water.
-Do not immerse the base containing the motor in water or other liquid. To clean this assem-
bly, use a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
-Before assembling and/or dismantling the appliance, check that it is unplugged from the
power supply.
- Fit the bowl (2) to the base (1) containing the motor.
Now fit the required disc into the bowl (2) and, keeping it pressed down on the disc holder (3),
rotate it a 1/4 turn anti-clockwise until it locks (fig.1).
Insert the food guide (F) taking care that the groove in the external ring faces upwards and that
the wings of the guide are outside the notches on the bowl (fig. 2). A click signifies correct
attachment.
- The dicing accessory (E) can only be fitted to the disc for finely chipped vegetables (D).

To fit it, just place it directly on the disc with the blades to the top. A click indicates that it is
locked in position (fig.3)
- To remove the food guide, the disc and the bowl, just pull the food guide outwards (fig. 4) and
with the motor switched off rotate the toothed wheel 1/4 turn clockwise using the spatula (13)
as shown in fig. 5, then pull out the bowl and then the disc (fig. 6)
- N.B. If dismantling proves difficult because the disc is jammed, restart the appliance for a few
seconds and proceed with dismantling again.
-Handle the disc carefully, as it is very sharp and could cause injury.
- Plug the appliance into the power supply and press the switch (5) to start the appliance.
- When the appliance is in use, it is recommended that the spatula (13) provided is used to
remove the chopped food more easily. (fig. 7)
- Always use the press (4) to push food into the bowl.
- N.B. To avoid slowing the motor and/or clogging the discs, do not use excessive pressure on
the food press.
N.B. Do not use the hands or any object other than the press supplied (4).
USEFUL HINTS
Cut the food up so it can be placed in the bowl more easily.
- To obtain small pieces, insert the food vertically (not more than one piece at a time).
- To obtain longer, thinner pieces or slices, insert the food horizontally.
The best results are obtained with food which is not too soft.
If the food is not quite hard enough, place it in the freezer until it reaches the necessary con-
sistency. Do not use the appliance to cut very hard foods (for example, ice cubes).
The motor may be stopped and/or the disc clogged by using food which is too soft and/or too
much pressure on the food or intensive continuous use.
In this case, stop the appliance immediately by pressing switch (5), unplug it from the
mains, remove the food guide and disc and clean thoroughly.
The discs are marked on the back with a letter to indicate use:

CLEANING
To make cleaning easier, rinse the parts immediately after use.
All accessories except the motorised base (1) can be washed in water or in the upper compart-
ment of a dishwasher.
The motorised base must only be cleaned with a damp cloth and dried thoroughly.
If the appliance is stained after use, cleaning is recommended with vegetable oil or mayon-
naise.

Bei Gebrauch von elektrischen Geräten müssen geeignete Vorsichtsmaßnahmen getroffen wer-

geprüft werden, dass der Einfülltrichter richtig angebracht, die Trommel richtig aufgesteckt
und die Zuführung oder das Zubehör für Würfel richtig eingesetzt sind.
• Lebensmittel nie mit den Händen in das Gerät füllen. Stets den entsprechenden Speisen-
drücker verwenden.
• Das Gerät während des Betriebs nicht unbeaufsichtigt lassen.
• Das Gerät nicht unbeaufsichtigt lassen, solange es am Stromnetz angeschlossen ist. Nach
Gebrauch immer den Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen.
• Die Trommeln nie während des Gerätebetriebs ausbauen.
• Den Einfülltrichter nie zu stark füllen. Nie mehr als jeweils ein Teil einführen.
• Um ein Überhitzen des Geräts zu vermeiden, DIE MAXIMALE DAUER-BETRIEBSZEIT VON 5
MINUTEN EINHALTEN und das Gerät bei längerem Einsatz vor erneutem Gebrauch abkühlen
lassen.
• Das Gerät nicht zum Zerkleinern von besonders harten Lebensmitteln benutzen (z. B. Eiswürfel).
• Das Gerät nur zum Schneiden von Gemüse bzw. Obst verwenden.
• Dieses Gerät entspricht der EWG-Richtlinie 89/336 (elektromagnetischer Verträglichkeit).

BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG
- Prüfen, ob die Netzspannung den Angaben auf dem Typenschild am Motorteil entspricht.
- Vor jedem Gebrauch alle Teile, die mit den Lebensmitteln in Berührung kommen, unter
fließendem Wasser abspülen
-Das Motorteil nie in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten tauchen. Das Motorteil mit einem
feuchten Tuch reinigen und anschließend gründlich abtrocknen.
-Vor dem Zusammensetzen bzw. Zerlegen des Gerätes stets den Netzstecker aus der
Steckdose ziehen.

- Den Einfülltrichter (2) mit dem Motorteil (1) zusammensetzen.
Anschließend die gewünschte Trommel in den Einfülltrichter (2) einsetzen, auf den
Trommeleinschub (3) drücken und 1/4 Umdrehung gegen den Uhrzeigersinn bis zum
Anschlag drehen (Fig. 1).
Beim Einsetzen der Zuführung darauf achten, dass die Nut des äußeren Rings nach oben zeigt
und dass die Rippen der Zuführung außerhalb der Markierungen am Trichter bleiben (Fig. 2).
Die Verbindung muss hörbar einrasten.
-Das Zubehör zum Zerkleinern (E) kann nur auf der Trommel zum Schneiden von Stäbchen
(D) angebracht werden.
Zum Einbau einfach mit den Klingen nach oben in die Trommel (D) einsetzen. Ein
Schnappgeräusch zeigt an, dass das Zubehörteil richtig eingerastet ist. (Fig.3)
- Zum Ausbau der Lebensmittel-Zuführung, der Trommel und des Einfülltrichters die Zuführung
(Fig. 4) herausziehen. Den gezahnten Gewindering bei ausgeschaltetem Motor um 1/4
Umdrehung in Uhrzeigersinn drehen, dazu den Spachtel benutzen, wie in Abbildung 5 gezeigt,
dann den Trichter und anschließend die Trommel herausziehen (Fig. 6).
- ACHTUNG: Falls der Ausbau der Trommel Schwierigkeiten bereitet, das Gerät für wenige
Augenblicke einschalten und anschließend erneut den Ausbau versuchen.
- Vorsicht beim Umgang mit den Trommeln. Die Trommel sind scharf, es besteht
Verletzungsgefahr.
- Zum Einschalten des Gerätes den Stecker in die Steckdose stecken und den Ein-/Aus-Schalter
(5) betätigen.
Beim Betrieb des Gerätes empfiehlt es sich, den mitgelieferten Spachtel (13) zu verwenden,
um das Austreten der geschnittenen Lebensmittel zu erleichtern (Fig. 7).
- Zum Drücken der Lebensmittel stets den entsprechenden Drücker (4) verwenden.
- WICHTIG: Den Drücker nicht mit zu viel Kraft einsetzen, sonst wird der Motor langsamer
und/oder die Trommeln verkleben.
Achtung: Niemals Lebensmittel mit den Händen oder anderen Gegenständen als dem Drücker
(4) einführen.
NÜTZLICHE HINWEISE
Die Lebensmittel klein schneiden, so dass sie leichter in den Einfülltrichter gefüllt werden kön-
nen.
Die Trommeln sind auf der Rückseite mit einem Kennbuchstaben markiert:

- Möchten Sie kleine Stücke erhalten, müssen die Lebensmittel senkrecht eingeführt werden
(jeweils ein Stück zur Zeit).
- Um längere oder dünnere Teile oder Scheiben zu erhalten, die Lebensmittel waagerecht ein-
führen.
Die besten Ergebnisse werden mit ausreichend harten Lebensmitteln erzielt.
Sind die Lebensmittel nicht ausreichend hart, können solange im Tiefkühlfach aufbewahrt wer-
den, bis sie hart sind. Das Gerät nicht zum Zerkleinern von besonders harten Lebensmitteln
benutzen (z. B. Eiswürfel).
Bei zu weichen Lebensmitteln bzw. bei zu starkem Druck oder zu langem Einsatz kann der
Motor blockieren bzw. die Trommel verkleben.
In diesem Fall muss das Gerät sofort über den Ein/ Aus Schalter (5) ausgeschaltet und der
Netzstecker aus der Steckdose gezogen werden. Den Einfülltrichter und die Trommel aus-
bauen und gründlich reinigen.

PFLEGE
Die Teile können leichter gereinigt werden, wenn sie sofort nach Gebrauch abgespült werden.
Alle Zubehörteile, mit Ausnahme des Motorteils (1), können in Wasser oder direkt im oberen
Fach der Geschirrspülmaschine gewaschen werden.
Das Motorteil muss mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch gereinigt und anschließend gründlich abge-
trocknet werden. Falls nach der Benutzung Flecken zurückbleiben, wird empfohlen, das Gerät
mit Pflanzenöl und/oder Majonäse zu reinigen.

MODE D’EMPLOI
- Vérifier que le voltage correct figure sur la plaquette des données située sur le socle de l’ap-
pareil.
- Avant l’emploi, laver sous l’eau courante les pièces qui seront au contact des aliments.
-Ne pas immerger dans l’eau ni dans aucun autre liquide le socle contenant le moteur. Pour
le nettoyer, utiliser un chiffon humide puis sécher parfaitement.
-Avant d’assembler et/ou de désassembler l’appareil, vérifier que la fiche n’est pas bran-
chée.
- Assembler la trémie (2) et la base (1) contenant le moteur.
Après quoi, placer le rouleau souhaité dans la trémie (2) et en le maintenant enfoncé sur l’em-

brayage (3), tourner de 1/4 de tour en sens inverse horaire jusqu’à la butée (fig.1).
En outre, suivant l’aliment à couper, il pourrait s’avérer utile de monter le convoyeur pour ali-
ments (F), Ceci permettra de mieux diriger l’aliment vers le plat sans gaspillages.
Monter le convoyeur en veillant à ce que l'anneau externe soit tourné vers le haut et que les
ailettes du convoyeur restent à l'extérieur par rapport aux encoches sur la trémie (fig.2). Un
déclic signalera l'accrochage.
-On peut monter l’accessoire pour hacher (E) uniquement sur le rouleau pour couper en
bandelettes (D).
Pou le monter, il suffit de l’introduire avec les lames dirigées vers le haut directement sur le
rouleau (D). Un déclic signalera l’accrochage. (fig.3)
- Pour démonter le convoyeur pour aliments, le rouleau et la trémie, il suffit de tirer le convoyeur
vers l'extérieur (fig.4), de tourner le moteur d'environ 1/4 de tour en sens horaire la bague
dentelée avec une spatule (13) d'après la figure 5 puis tirer la trémie vers l’extérieur et extra-
ire le rouleau. (fig. 6).
ATTENTION: si le démontage du rouleau est difficile étant donné qu'il est bloqué, il suffit de
faire fonctionner l'appareil pendant quelques instants puis d'essayer de le remonter.
-Manipuler les rouleaux en faisant très attention car ils sont coupants et pourraient provo-
quer des blessures.
- Brancher la fiche, appuyer sur l’interrupteur (5) pour mettre l’appareil en marche.
- Pendant l'utilisation de l'appareil, se servir de la spatule (13) fournie pour favoriser la sortie
des aliments coupés (fig. 7).
- Toujours utiliser le poussoir (4) pour pousser les aliments dans la trémie.
IMPORTANT: ne pas exercer une force trop importante sur le poussoir pour éviter le ralentis-
sement du moteur et/ou l'empâtement des rouleaux.
Attention: ne jamais utiliser les mains ni aucun autre objet autres que le poussoir (4).
CONSEILS UTILES
Couper les aliments pour pouvoir les introduire facilement dans la trémie.
- Pour obtenir de petits morceaux, introduire les aliments verticalement (pas plus d’un morceau
à la fois).
- Pour obtenir des morceaux ou des tranches plus longs et minces, introduire les aliments hori-
zontalement.
Les rouleaux sont marqués à l'arrière d'une lettre d'identification:

On obtient les meilleurs résultats avec des aliments suffisamment durs.
Si les aliments utilisés ne sont pas suffisamment durs, on recommande de les placer au freezer
le temps nécessaire pour leur durcissement. Ne pas utiliser l’appareil pour hacher des aliments
ayant trop de consistance (exemple: glaçons).
Le moteur peut se bloquer et les rouleaux peuvent s’empâter en raison d’aliments trop mous
et/ou d’une pression trop importante ou une utilisation continue intense.
Dans ce cas, arrêter immédiatement l’appareil en appuyant sur l’interrupteur (5), débran-
cher la fiche, enlever le convoyeur ainsi que le rouleau et le nettoyer parfaitement.

NETTOYAGE
Pour faciliter le nettoyage, rincer immédiatement les pièces après l’emploi.
Tous les accessoires sauf la base motorisée (1) peuvent être lavés à l’eau ou directement dans
le lave-vaisselle, dans le panier supérieur.
La base motorisée doit être nettoyée avec un chiffon légèrement humide puis parfaitement
séchée.
Si le produit reste taché après l'emploi, on recommande de le nettoyer avec de l'huile végé-
tale ou de la mayonnaise.

Usando aparatos eléctricos es necesario tomar algunas precauciones, entre otras:
