Intended Use
1. Always perform a risk assessment before starting the specic turning
session in order to make sure the product model is correct and that the
turning procedure is fully understood.
2. Before using the sling, read this IFU and the IFU for the lifting
equipment to be used.
3. When soiled or stained the sling must be replaced immediately.
4. Check the sling for any fraying, loose stitching, attachments or any
deteriorations.
5. Warning: Remember to mark patient name on the care label in order to
avoid cross infection between patients.
6. After use, check sling according to the step 3 and 4 above
7. Store in a dry area.
The sling will assist the caregiver in turning/rolling a patient in a supine
position to perform various tasks such as, inspection of skin, treatment,
and personal hygiene.
Note! The sling is designed for turning and not lifting.
Before and after every use
The sling will t most lifts with standard hangerbars with loop attachment
hooks. Check the lift manufacturers documentation for details.

• Always read the label and check that the sling is in good condition
without signs of tear and wear such as loose seams, frays and
material inconsistency.
• Always make sure not to exceed the SWL (Safe working Load) dened
for the product.
• Always read the IFU for the lifting equipment to perform the turning.
Warning! Do not use the product if there is any signs of deterioration.

should be disposed of if in contact with liquid of any kind.

1. Push the velcro strap by hand between the mattress and the patient´s
hollow at the back.
2. Pull the sling carefully from the other side and attach the strap to the
bed frame to which direction you want to turn the patient. Position the
sling and make sure the sling is not folded or wrinkled. If needed,
adjust the length of velcro strap.
3. Check patient position, especially arm and legs before mounting to the
lifter.
4. Place the loop straps in the hanger bar according to the manual for the
lifter.
5. Carefully raise the hanger bar and perform the turning, while keeping
eye on the patient position.
• Always follow the instructions on the product label and check the
sling for deteriorations.
• Mark the sling with the specic patient name and keep in dry and
clean environment.
• This is a patient specic disposable sling, that must be disposed of
after the patient has been discharged.
The sling shall be checked by authorized personnel according to
ISO10535.
•The service life is expected to be 56 performed lifting sessions,
however this will be subject to the actual conditions during use. The
sling are disposable and designed for single patient use and should
be disposed of after patient hospital stay or when soiled or subjected
to liquid.
•Slings including stiffeners/stabilizers, padding material, any other
textiles or polymers or plastic materials etc. should be sorted as
combustible waste.
•The packaging bag consist of soft plastic and should be recycled
according to local legislations.

The slings should be stored in a dry and clean environment and the shelf life
is 5 years in original packaging. Store in temperatures between 0 - 40°C
(32 - 104°F).

Utilisation prévue
1. Procédez toujours à une évaluation des risques avant de commencer toute opération
de levage spécifique afin de vous assurer d’avoir choisi le bon modèle de produit et
parfaitement compris la procédure de rotation.
2. Lisez la présente notice d’utilisation ainsi que la notice d’utilisation de l’équipement de
levage choisi avant d’utiliser le harnais.
3. Remplacez immédiatement le harnais s’il est souillé ou taché.
4. Vérifiez que le harnais ne présente aucun effilochage et aucune couture ou fixation
défaite ou autre détérioration.
5. Avertissement ! N’oubliez pas d’inscrire le nom du patient sur l’étiquette de consignes
d’entretien afin d’éviter toute contamination croisée entre patients.
6. Après utilisation, vérifiez le harnais conformément aux étapes 3 et 4 ci-dessus.
7. Rangez-le dans un endroit sec.
Le harnais aide le soignant à retourner/faire rouler un patient allongé pour effectuer
diverses tâches, par exemple pour inspecter sa peau ou lui dispenser un traitement ou
des soins d’hygiène.
Remarque: le boucles harnais de rotation est conçu pour la rotation, pas pour le levage.

Le harnais est compatible avec la plupart des lève-personnes munis de berceaux
mobiles standard avec crochets de fixation à boucles. Reportez-vous à la documentation
fournie par le fabricant du lève-personne pour de plus amples informations.

1. Avec la main, poussez la sangle avec velcro entre le matelas et le creux du dos du
patient.
2. Tirez avec précaution sur le harnais depuis l’autre côté et attachez la sangle au
sommier du côté vers lequel vous souhaitez tourner le patient. Positionnez le harnais
et assurez-vous qu’il n’est ni plié ni froissé. Si nécessaire, ajustez la longueur de la
sangle avec velcro.
3. Vérifiez la position du patient, et en particulier ses bras et ses jambes, avant de le
faire monter sur le lève-personne.
4. Placez les sangles à boucles dans le berceau mobile conformément aux instructions
du manuel du lève-personne.
5. Levez le berceau mobile avec précaution et procédez à la rotation, tout en surveillant
la position du patient.
• Suivez toujours les instructions gurant sur l’étiquette et assurez-vous que le harnais
est en parfait état.
•Inscrivez le nom du patient sur le harnais et conservez-le dans un endroit sec et propre.
•Ce harnais est destiné à un patient particulier et doit donc être jeté une fois que ce
dernier a quitté l’établissement.
Le harnais doit être inspecté par du personnel agréé conformément à la norme
ISO10535.
•Ce produit a une durée d’utilisation prévue de 56 procédures de levage. Celle-ci
dépend toutefois des conditions d’utilisation e󰀨ectives.
Les harnais sont jetables et conçus pour être utilisés sur un seul patient. Ils doivent
être mis au rebut lorsque le patient quitte l’établissement ou en cas de tache ou de
contact avec un liquide.
•Les harnais (y inclus les parties rigides et stabilisateurs), la matière de rembourrage,
les autres textiles, polymères, ou matériels plastiques, etc. doivent êtres triés comme
des déchets inflammables.
•Le sac d’emballage est composé de plastique souple et doit être recyclé suivant les
législations locales.

Le harnais doit être stocké dans un endroit sec et propre. Il peut être conservé jusqu’à
5 ans dans son emballage d’origine. Conservez-le à une température comprise entre 0
et 40°C.
