1SEGURIDAD GENERAL
1.1 SEGURIDAD ELÉCTRICA
-Para efectuar trabajos de montaje y mantenimiento sobre los componentes, desconectar
el equipo de la red de alimentación eléctrica.
-No tocar el agua ni introducirse en el agua mientras el equipo esté conectado a la
alimentación eléctrica.
-Hacer uso de cableado de tipo acuático H07RN-F.
1.2 SEGURIDAD EN USO Y CONTACTO CON AGUA
-El agua de la instalación del equipo debe reunir las siguientes condiciones:

-En el caso de heladas con temperaturas por debajo de 4 °C, vaciar el equipo para evitar
su rotura por la formación de hielo en su interior.

1.3 SEGURIDAD EN OPERACIÓN Y MANTENIMIENTO
-No abrir ni manipular ningún componente del equipo más allá de lo explicado en este
manual.
-No manipular el equipo con las manos húmedas o mojadas.
-El acceso al equipo es únicamente posible a personal autorizado o a técnicos facultados.
No permitir el acceso a personas no autorizadas o técnicamente no preparadas.
2INSTALACIÓN Y MONTAJE
AVISOS:
-Leer atentamente todo el manual antes de proceder a la instalación del equipo.
-Al recibir el equipo, comprobar que se encuentra en buen estado.

-Identificar todos los componentes previo a su instalación.
2.1 FIJACIÓN Y NIVELACIÓN DEL EQUIPO
AVISO: Riesgo de daño al equipo. La altura del agua máxima (⑦) para el funcionamiento del
equipo es de 4 cm por debajo de la obertura de la parte superior de la tapa (①).

1) Fijar los anclajes químicos al suelo.
2) Fijar y nivelar el equipo en cada punto de fijación del equipo con
un conjunto de una tuerca y arandela en la parte superior y
otro conjunto de arandela y dos tuercas (de arriba abajo) en la parte inferior.
2.2 CONEXIONADO
AVISO: Riesgo de daño al equipo. Limpiar todas las tuberías previamente a la conexión y puesta en
marcha del equipo.
AVISO: Riesgo de daño al equipo. Instalar un filtro de 130 µm previo a la entrada de agua en
el equipo.
AVISO: Riesgo de daño al equipo. Realizar todas las conexiones eléctricas con empalmes de
conexión de resina o conectores IP68. Comprobar que todas las conexiones IP68 estén
correctamente cerradas y que impidan el acceso del agua. Los componentes eléctricos
pueden dañarse por inundación y el equipo puede perder su garantía.
AVISO: Riesgo de daño al equipo. Instalar un fusible de 2 amperios en la conexión entre el
relé y el cable positivo de activación del micro-corte.
1) Modelos 66559, 66560, 66561 y 66562: Conectar el cableado de control de
iluminación. Identificación de la etiqueta del extremo del cable: 24 V DC - DMX (③,
conectar al driver DMX).
2) Modelos 66560 y 66562: Conectar el cableado de control de micro-cortes.
Identificación de la etiqueta del extremo del cable: 24 V DC - CUT (①,conectar al relé
de activación del corte).
3) Conectar la entrada hidráulica (②,1”G).

4) Conectar una toma tierra al anclaje del Glassy (⑧, conectar a anclaje). Se debe
asegurar que la toma tierra cumpla la normativa vigente en el país en que se instale el
producto.
3OPERACIÓN Y MANTENIMIENTO
AVISO: Proteja la salida del agua del equipo del viento y no opere con vientos fuertes. Si la
zona de instalación del equipo está ubicada en una zona muy expuesta al viento, es posible
que la salida de agua del equipo se vea afectada y no sea uniforme en todo su recorrido
(incluso con vientos de carácter moderado).
3.1 OPERACIÓN
AVISO: Riesgo de daño al equipo. Utilizar únicamente driver DMX Astralpool compatible con
el proyector led del equipo (referencias driver DMX Astralpool: 66594 y 66595).
El control de la iluminación del equipo se realiza a través del protocolo DMX.
Modelos 66560 y 66562: La activación de los micro-cortes se realizará a través de un relé
dimensionado de acuerdo a las características técnicas del producto.
El rango de inclinación del equipo está entre 30º y 90º (⑤).
3.2 MANTENIMIENTO
Para el mantenimiento de los componentes fabricados en acero inoxidable ver manual
adjunto.
Revisar el estado de las espumas interiores pasados 2 años de la instalación del equipo.
Realizarla misma comprobación de forma semestral después de la primera revisión.
NOTA: Los tornillos de la tapa inferior se deben apretar a 8N (⑨) para segurar estanqueidad.

1ALLGEMEINE SICHERHEIT
1.1 ELEKTRISCHE SICHERHEIT
-Trennen Sie das Gerät vom Stromnetz, bevor Sie Montage- oder Wartungsarbeiten an den
Komponenten ausführen.
-Während das Gerät an die Stromversorgung angeschlossen ist, dürfen Sie es nicht mit
Wasser in Berührung bringen und nicht untertauchen.
-Verwenden Sie das zur Verlegung im Wasser geeignete Kabel H07RN-F.
1.1 SICHERHEIT IM BETRIEB UND IM KONTAKT MIT WASSER
-Zur Installation des Geräts sollte das Wasser folgende Eigenschaften aufweisen:

-Entleeren Sie bei Frost und bei Temperaturen unter 4 °C das Gerät, um innere Schäden
durch Eisbildung zu vermeiden.
-Verändern Sie nichts an den werksseitig montierten dichten Verschlüssen. In derartigen
Fällen könnte die Garantie ungültig werden.
1.2 SICHERHEIT IN BETRIEB UND WARTUNG
-Öffnen Sie keine Gerätekomponente und ändern Sie daran nichts, was über die
Erläuterungen dieser Anleitung hinausgeht.
-Bedienen Sie das Gerät nicht mit feuchten Händen.
-Der Zugriff auf das Gerät ist nur autorisiertem Personal und/oder hierzu berechtigtem
Fachpersonal gestattet. Nicht autorisierten und nicht fachkundigen Personen ist kein
Zugriff erlaubt.

-Prüfen Sie bei Ankunft und Entgegennahme den einwandfreien Zustand des Geräts.
-Bestimmen Sie alle Bauteile vor ihrer Installation eindeutig.
2.1 BEFESTIGUNG UND WAAGERECHTE AUSRICHTUNG DES GERÄTES
HINWEIS: Es besteht die Gefahr eines Schadens am Gerät. Damit das Gerät einwandfrei
arbeitet, darf der Wasserstand (⑦) die Höhe von 4 cm unter der Ausströmöffnung (an der
oberen Abdeckung, ①)
nicht überschreiten.

1) Befestigen Sie die Ankerschrauben am Fußboden.
2) Befestigen Sie das Gerät auf folgende Weise an allen Verankerungspunkten:
mit einer Schraubenmutter und einer Unterlegscheibe am unteren Teil und
mit einer weiteren Unterlegscheibe und zwei Muttern an der unteren Seite (von unten
nach oben).
2.2 ANSCHLÜSSE
HINWEIS: Es besteht die Gefahr eines Schadens am Gerät. Reinigen Sie alle Rohrleitungen,
bevor Sie sie anschließen und das Gerät in Betrieb setzen.
HINWEIS: Es besteht die Gefahr eines Schadens am Gerät. Installieren Sie einen 130-µm-
Filter, bevor Wasser ins Gerät einströmt.
HINWEIS: Es besteht die Gefahr eines Schadens am Gerät. Führen Sie die elektrischen
Anschlüsse mit Harz-Verbindungsmuffen oder mit IP68-Verbindern aus. Vergewissern Sie
sich, dass alle IP68-Anschlüsse korrekt geschlossen sind und kein Wasser durchlassen. Unter
Wasser stehende elektrische Bauteile können Schaden nehmen und die Garantie des Gerätes
kann ungültig werden.
HINWEIS: Es besteht die Gefahr eines Schadens am Gerät. Installieren Sie eine 2-Ampere-
Sicherung in der Verbindung zwischen Relais und Pluskabel zum Einschalten der Mikro-
Unterbrechungen.
1) Modelle 66559, 66560, 66561 und 66562: Schließen Sie die Kabel der
Beleuchtungssteuerung an. Kennzeichnung des Etiketts am Kabelende: 24 V DC - DMX
(③, an den DMX-Driver anschließen).

2) Modelle 66560 und 66562: Schließen Sie die Steuerkabel der Mikro-Unterbrechungen
an. Kennzeichnung des Etiketts am Kabelende: 24 V DC - CUT (①,ans Relais der
Einschalt-Unterbrechung anschließen).
3) Schließen Sie den Hydraulikeingang an (②,1”G).
4) Schließen Sie eine Erdleitung an die Glassy-Befestigung an (⑧, am
Verankerungselement anschließen). Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Erdleitung die im
Installationsland geltenden Vorschriften erfüllt.
3BETRIEB UND WARTUNG
HINWEIS: Schützen Sie den Wasserausgang des Gerätes vor Wind und betreiben Sie das
Gerät nicht bei starken Winden. Wenn Sie das Gerät in einer sehr stark dem Wind
ausgesetzten Zone installieren, kann dieser Umstand den Wasseraustritt beeinträchtigen und
der Strahl ist möglicherweise nicht auf seiner gesamten Länge gleichmäßig
(das kann schon bei mäßigen Winden vorkommen).
3.1 BETRIEB
HINWEIS: Es besteht die Gefahr eines Schadens am Gerät. Verwenden Sie ausschließlich mit
dem LED-Projektor des Gerätes kompatible DMX Astralpool-Driver (Referenznummern dieser
Driver: 66594 und 66595).
Die Beleuchtung des Gerätes wird über das DMX-Protokoll gesteuert.
Modelle 66560 und 66562: Ein gemäß den technischen Eigenschaften des Gerätes
dimensioniertes Relais aktiviert die Mikro-Unterbrechungen.
Das Gerät lässt sich in Winkeln von 30º bis 90º neigen (⑤).
3.2 WARTUNG
Schlagen Sie zur Wartung der Edelstahl-Komponenten in der beiliegenden Anleitung nach.
Prüfen Sie den Zustand der inneren Schaumstoffelemente zwei Jahre nach Geräteinstallation.
Führen Sie die nach dieser ersten Prüfung die nachfolgenden Prüfungen in gleicher Weise
halbjährlich aus.
HINWEIS: Die Schrauben der unteren Abdeckung müssen mit 8N (⑨) festgezogen werden,
um die Dichtheit zu gewährleisten.

maintenance work.
-Do not touch or get into the water while the equipment is connected to the electrical
power supply.
-Use H07RN-F heavy-duty waterproof trailing cable to connect the unit.

2INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY
NOTICE:
-Read the entire manual carefully before installing the equipment.
-When you receive the equipment, check that all items are in good condition.
-Identify all components prior to their installation.
2.1 ANCHORING AND LEVELLING THE EQUIPMENT
NOTICE: Risk of damage to the equipment. The maximum water level (⑦) when the
equipment is in operation is 4 cm below the opening in the upper part of the cover (①).

1) Cement the threaded rods into the pool bottom.
2) Attach the equipment to the threaded rods and level it
use two nuts and a washer below it (with the washer on top)
use one nut and a washer above it.
2.2 CONNECTIONS
NOTICE: Risk of damage to the equipment. Clean all tubes before connecting and starting-up
the equipment.

connections or IP68 connections. Check that all IP68 connections are properly closed so that
no water can get in. The electrical components can be damaged if inundated and this may
void the guarantee.

the relay and the jumping function positive drive cable.
1) Models 66559, 66560, 66561 and 66562: Connect the illumination control cables. ID
label on the cable end: 24 V DC - DMX (③, connect to the DMX driver).
2) Models 66560 and 66562: Connect the jumping control cables. ID label on the cable
end: 24 V DC - CUT (①,connect to the jumping function water cut-off relay).

3) Connect the water supply (②,1”G).
4) Connect an earth wire to the Glassy anchor (⑧, connect to the anchor). Ensure that the
earth connection complies with applicable regulations in the country of installation.
3OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
NOTICE: Protect the water outlet of the equipment from wind and do not operate the
equipment in high winds. If the equipment is installed in an area exposed to winds, the water
outlet may be affected and the water jet may not be regular throughout its trajectory (even
when exposed to only moderate winds).
3.1 OPERATION
NOTICE: Risk of damage to the equipment. Use only an Astralpool DMX driver that is
compatible with the LED light source in the equipment (Astralpool DMX driver references:
66594 and 66595).
The illumination in the equipment is controlled using the DMX protocol.
Models 66560 and 66562: The micro-cuts of the jumping function are controlled by a relay
suitable for the product’s technical characteristics.
The equipment can be inclined at angles between 30º and 90º (⑤).
3.2 MAINTENANCE
See the attached manual for maintenance instructions for the stainless steel components.
Check the condition of the internal foam pieces 2 years after installing the equipment. Repeat
this check every six months following this first check.
NOTE: The screws of the lower cover must be tightened to 8N (⑨) to ensure tightness.

5TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem
Solution
The Glassy water jet is not regular
throughout its trajectory.
The Glassy’s water jet is extremely sensitive
to winds (including moderate winds).
-Protect the Glassy from currents of air.
-Check that the internal foam pieces are
in good condition and do not obstruct
the water flow.
The LED in the Glassy does not turn on.
-Check that the LED is connected
correctly (③).
-Check the installation and programming
of the DMX modules.
The jumping function micro cuts do not
work.
-Check that the water jet cut-off blade is
connected correctly (①).
-If the jumping function is operated
manually, check that the relay is
correctly installed.
