Fig. 19 Place bearing on an arbor
press being sure to support the inner
race, insert threaded end of the
spindle and press in until it stops.
Fig. 20 Install bearing into front plate
and place on press bearing side
down being sure to support the inner
race of bearing. Insert threaded end
of the rotor and press in until it stops.
Front end plate should spin freely.
Fig. 21 Hold spindle in vise tightly and
tighten collet body onto spindle using
½” wrench and turning clockwise.
Fig. 22 Hold rotor in vise tightly
and lay Belleville washers on top of
bearing taking note of the orientation
(See diagram) Lay spacer on top of
them and install snap ring on top
of the spacer. Tighten spindle onto
rotor by turning collet body with a ½”
wrench clockwise.
Fig. 23 Slide spindle into spindle
housing and install snap ring into
groove (may be easiest with 90* snap
ring pliers) Then slide all the way
forward.
Fig. 24 Stand tool motor side up and
install vanes.
Fig. 25 Install cylinder. Fig. 25 Give a drop of oil to each
vane.
