WARNING
Risk of tipping over - Avoid overload and keep heavy load close to the loader. Keep
load close
to the ground whenever driving, especially during turns and uneven
terrain.
Pay attention that a heavy load or long distance between the loader and the
centre of gravity of the load will affect the balance and handling of the loader. The use of
additional
counterweights is recommended especially when operating smaller loader
models. With heavy loads, the telescopic boom must be kept retracted while moving with
the loader. Always wear seat belt.
If the loader is not equipped with the boom self levelling:
WARNING
Prevent material from falling on you -
Monitor the position of the attachment during
lifting.
When lifting material, the attachment must be simultaneously tilted to prevent the
load from falling from the attachment on the loader or the operato
r. Fitting the loader with
the boom self levelling option makes repeated loading work easier.
6.4 Rated Operating Capacity
Always follow the operator's manual of the loader to determine the Rated Operating Capacity of each loader
model. A load diagram is presented in the operator's manual of each loader model. With the diagram, the load
handling capacity of the loader can be evaluated according to the distance of the load hook from the loader.
The hook of the Jib boom is at 1200 mm front from the quick coupling plate of a loader.
The Rated Operating Capacity applies, when
the standard counterweights of the loader are installed
adding or removing counterweights can change the rated operating capacity significantly
the loader is operated on smooth and calm manner
abrupt movements of the loader or its boom can cause the loader to tip over
swinging of the load can cause the loader to tip over
the ground surface is firm, level, and smooth
recommended tyre pressures are followed.
Always remember that the actual load carrying capacity varies according to operating conditions. Especially
inclines and unevenness of the surface of operating area has a great effect. The indicated values apply only
on level, smooth surfaces. Be especially careful when the load sensor indicator is activated, if your loader is
fitted with a load sensor system.
How to read the load charts in this manual:
This manual shows the Rated Operating Capacity for loaders that are manufactured during or after 2018. It
also applies to other loader models, as long as their axle weight and principal dimensions are the same.
The Rated Operating Capacity depends on the horizontal distance of the load from the front axle of the loader.
The load charts show the values in the extreme positions of the telescopic boom, and in two positions
between the extremes:
1. Telescopic boom of the loader is in fully retracted position
2. Telescopic boom of the loader is extended about 1/4
3. Telescopic boom of the loader is extended about 3/4
4. Telescopic boom of the loader is in fully extended position
The load charts in this manual show the Rated Operating Capacity, which is defined as 50 % of the tipping
load of the loader at each position.
