METHOD1:Bendastiffwireorwirecoathanger
intoasmallhookasshownandrunthehook
through theBurnerTubeand inside theBurner
severaltimes toremovedebris.
METHOD2:Use abottlebrush withaflexible
handleandrunthebrushthrough theBurner
Tube andinsidetheBurnerseveraltimesto
remove anydebris.
METHOD 3:Useanairhose toforceairthrough
eachBurnerTube.Theforcedairshouldpass
debrisorobstructionsthroughthe Burnerandout
thePorts.

Removethe screwsfromthe rear ofeachMainBurner
using aPhillipsheadscrewdriverorwrench.

3/16"x3/8"andtightensecurely(SeeFig.1).
Attach TransformertotheTransformerBracketbyinserting thefourstud boltson theTransformerinto
thefourkeyholes on theTransformerBracket. Press theTransformerdownwarduntil itrestsfirmlyin
place.(SeeFig.2)
Insert theTransformer-Plug intotheTransformer-Socketand tighten securely.(See Fig.3)

connectorshouldbeinstalledvisiblewhenopening thedoor.
Ontheproperlocation,drill2holesontheislandleftsidepanelforinstallingthe regulatorbracket.Then
installtheregulatorusing 2PanHeadScrews3/16"x3/8"and tightensecurely.
Ontheproperlocation,drill 3holes on theisland left bottompanelforinstalling thetank trayset.Then
install tank traysetusing 3PanHeadScrews3/16"x3/8"and tightensecurely.
Connectthestainless steelflexibleconnectortothe manifoldand regulator,thenuse aclamptofixthe
stainlesssteelflexibleconnectorasshowntosecure.
Place theLPgastank intothetanktrayset. Makesurethetank valvefacing the rightrearcornerofleft
island.Tightenthewing bolttosecuretheLPgastank.(SeeFig.5)
ConnecttheLPregulatorontotheLPgastank.
CAUTION: Thereshallbe aminimumclearanceof 2inches(50.8mm)betweenthefloor oftheLP-gascylinder
enclosureandthe ground.

The LPGastankmustbeconstructed andmarkedin
accordancewiththeSpecificationsforLP-Gas Cylinders
oftheU.S.DepartmentofTransportation (D.O.T.) orthe
NationalStandardofCanada,CAN/CSA-B339,Cylinders,
SpheresandTubes forTransportation ofDangerous
GoodsandCommission;as applicable.
TheLPGastank musthave ashutoff valve,terminating
inanLPGas supplytank valveoutlet, thatiscompatible
withaType1tank connection device.The LPGas tank
mustalsohaveasafetyreliefdevicethathasadirect
connectionwiththevaporspaceofthe tank.
The tank supplysystemmustbearrangedforvapor
withdrawal.
The LPGas tankmusthaveacollartoprotectthetank
valve.
NeverconnectanunregulatedLPgastank toyourgas
grill.The gas regulatorassemblysuppliedwithyourgas
grillisadjustedtohave an outletpressureof11"water
