4. The system will initially be set a
350 ºF for 4 hours. Adjustments
(see Operators Manual) to the
time may be required depending
on the types of solvents, type of
paint, the painter’s waste levels
and the desired consistency of the
Waste material.
5. Assure there is an empty 5-Gallon
metal can under the tube coming
from the Condenser.
WARNING! Make sure the
ground strap is attached.
6. Push the Red button. The cycle is now
initiated. The system display will show Set
Time, Set Temperature, & Elapsed Time.
7. We recommend not opening the unit until it
shows 200ºF or 1 – 3 ½ Hours (depends on
Temperature, Time settings & the amount of
waste) after the cycle has completed. This
allows the unit to cool down.
8. The resulting ‘Still Bottom’
will range in consistency from
slurry to a marshmallow. All
of this is again dependant on
the types of solvents, type of
paint, the painter’s waste
levels, and Recycler settings
(Time & Temperature).
