1 Warnng
A
Warnng:
Ths ar condtoner uses R32 flammable refrgerant.

Note:
Ar condtoner wth R32 refrgerant, f roughly
treated, may cause serous harm to the human body or
surroundng thngs.
• The room space for the nstallaton, use, repar, and storage of
ths ar condtoner should be greater than 5 m2.
• Ar condtoner refrgerant can not charge more than 1.7kg.
• Do not use any methods to speed up defrost or to clean frosty
parts except for partcular recommended by manufacturer.
• Not perce or burn ar condtoner, and check the refrgerant
ppelne whether be damaged.
• The ar condtoner should be stored n a room wthout lastng fre
source, for example, open flame, burnng gas applance, workng
electrc heater and so on.
• Notce that the refrgerant may be tasteless.
• The storage of ar condtoner should be able to prevent
mechancal damage caused by accdent.
• Mantenance or repar of ar condtoners usng R32 refrgerant
must be carred out after securty check to mnmze rsk of
ncdents.
• Ar condtoner must be nstalled wth stop valve cover.

• Ths product contans fluornated greenhouse gases.
• Refrgerant leakage contrbutes to clmate change. Refrgerant
wth lower global warmng potental (GWP) would contrbute less
to global warmng than a refrgerant wth hgher GWP, f leaked to
the atmosphere. Ths applance contans a refrgerant flud wth
a GWP equal to [675]. Ths means that f 1 kg of ths refrgerant
flud would be leaked to the atmosphere, the mpact on global
warmng would be [675] tmes hgher than 1 kg of CO2, over a
perod of 100 years. Never try to nterfere wth the refrgerant
crcut yourself or dsassemble the product yourself and always
ask a professonal.
• Ensure no followng objects under the ndoor unt:
1. mcrowaves, ovens and other hot objects.
2. computers and other hgh electrostatc applances.
3. sockets that plug frequently.

• The jonts between ndoor and outdoor unt shall not be reused,
unless after re-flarng the ppe.
• The specfcaton of the fuse are prnted on the crcut board, such
as: 3.15A/250V AC, etc.

Meanng of crossed out wheeled dustbn:
Do not dspose of electrcal applances as unsorted muncpal
waste, use separate collecton facltes.
Contact your local government for nformaton regardng the
collecton systems avalable.
If electrcal applances are dsposed of n landflls or dumps,
hazardous substances can leak nto the groundwater and get nto
the food chan, damagng your health and well-beng.
When replacng old applances wth new ones, the retaler s
legally oblgated to take back your old applance for dsposals at
least free of charge.
Ths symbol ndcates that ths product shall not be dsposed
wth other household wastes at the end of ts servce lfe. Used
devce must be returned to offcal collecton pont for recyclng of
electrcal and electronc devces. To fnd these collecton systems
please contact to your local authortes or retaler where the

2 Safety precautons
Set the sutable temperature.
It s recommended that the
temperature dfference between
ndoor and outdoor temperature
should not be too large.
Approprate adjustments
of the settng temperature
can prevent the waste of
electrcty.
If your ar condtoner s not
ftted wth a supply cord and a
plug, an all-pole swtch must be
nstalled n the fxed wrng and
the dstance between contacts
should be no less than 3.0 mm.
• If your ar condtoner s permanently connected to the fxed wrng,
a ant-exploson resdual current devce (RCD) havng rated resdual
operatng current not exceedng 30 mA should be nstalled n the
fxed wrng.
• The power supply crcut should have leakage protector and ar
swtch of whch the capacty should be more than1.5 tmes of the
maxmum current.
• Regardng the nstallaton of the ar condtoners, please refer to the
below paragraphs n ths manual.

3.1 The condtons of unt can’t normally run
• Wthn the temperature range provded n followng table, the ar condtoner may stop runnng and
other anomales may arse.
Coolng Outdoor > 43°C (Apply to T1)
> 52°C (Apply to T3)
Indoor < 18°C
Heatng Outdoor > 24°C < -7°C
Indoor > 27°C
• When the temperature s too hgh, the ar condtoner may actvate the automatc protecton devce,
so that the ar condtoner could be shut down.
• When the temperature s too low, the heat exchanger of the ar condtoner may freeze, leadng to
water leakage or other malfuncton.
• In long-term coolng or dehumdfcaton wth a relatve humdty of above 80% (doors and wndows
are open), there may be water condenses or drppng near the ar outlet.
• T1 and T3 refer to ISO 5151.
3.2 Notes for heatng
• The fan of the ndoor unt wll not start runnng mmedately after the heatng s started to avod
blowng out cool ar.
• When t s cold and wet outsde, the outdoor unt wll develop frost over the heat exchanger whch
wll compromse the heatng capacty. Ths s when the ar condtoner wll start defrost.
• Durng defrost, the ar condtoner wll stop heatng for about 5-12 mnutes.
• Vapor may come out from the outdoor unt durng defrost. Ths s not a malfuncton, but a result of
fast defrost.
• Heatng wll resume after defrost s complete.
3.3 Notes for turnng off
• When the ar condtoner s turned off, the man controller wll automatcally decde whether to stop
mmedately or after runnng for dozens of seconds wth lower frequency and lower ar speed.

3.4 Emergency operaton
• If the remote controller s lost or broken, use force swtch button to operate the ar condtoner.
• If ths button s pushed wth the unt Off, the ar condtoner wll operate n Auto mode.
• If ths button s pushed wth the unt On, the ar condtoner wll stop runnng.

3.5 Arflow drecton adjustment
1. Use up-down swng and left-rght swng buttons on the remote controller to adjust the arflow
drecton. Refer to the operaton manual of the remote controller for detal.
2. For models wthout left-rght swng functon, the fns has to be moved manually.

Move the fns before the unt s n operaton, or your fnger mght be njured.
Never place your hand nto the ar nlet or outlet when the ar condtoner s n
operaton.
