A
Warnng:
Ths ar condtoner uses R32 flammable refrgerant.

Note:
Ar condtoner wth R32 refrgerant, f roughly
treated, may cause serous harm to the human body or
surroundng thngs.

The room space for the nstallaton, use, repar, and storage of
ths ar condtoner should be greater than 5 m2.
•
Ar condtoner refrgerant can not charge more than 1.7kg.
•
Do not use any methods to speed up defrost or to clean frosty
parts except for partcular recommended by manufacturer.
•
Not perce or burn ar condtoner, and check the refrgerant
ppelne whether be damaged.
•
The ar condtoner should be stored n a room wthout lastng fre
source, for example, open flame, burnng gas applance, workng
electrc heater and so on.

Notce that the refrgerant may be tasteless.

The storage of ar condtoner should be able to prevent

Refrgerant leakage contrbutes to clmate change. Refrgerant
wth lower global warmng potental (GWP) would contrbute less
to global warmng than a refrgerant wth hgher GWP, f leaked to
the atmosphere. Ths applance contans a refrgerant flud wth
a GWP equal to [675]. Ths means that f 1 kg of ths refrgerant
flud would be leaked to the atmosphere, the mpact on global
warmng would be [675] tmes hgher than 1 kg of CO2, over a
perod of 100 years. Never try to nterfere wth the refrgerant
crcut yourself or dsassemble the product yourself and always
ask a professonal.

Do not dspose of electrcal applances as unsorted muncpal
waste, use separate collecton facltes.
Contact your local government for nformaton regardng the
collecton systems avalable.
If electrcal applances are dsposed of n landflls or dumps,
hazardous substances can leak nto the groundwater and get nto
the food chan, damagng your health and well-beng.
When replacng old applances wth new ones, the retaler s
legally oblgated to take back your old applance for dsposals at
least free of charge.

wth other household wastes at the end of ts servce lfe. Used
devce must be returned to offcal collecton pont for recyclng of

2 Safety precautons
Set the sutable temperature.
It s recommended that the
temperature dfference between
ndoor and outdoor temperature
should not be too large.
Approprate adjustments
of the settng temperature
can prevent the waste of
electrcty.
If your ar condtoner s not
ftted wth a supply cord and a
plug, an all-pole swtch must be
nstalled n the fxed wrng and
the dstance between contacts
should be no less than 3.0 mm.
•
If your ar condtoner s permanently connected to the fxed wrng,
a ant-exploson resdual current devce (RCD) havng rated resdual
operatng current not exceedng 30 mA should be nstalled n the
fxed wrng.
•
The power supply crcut should have leakage protector and ar
swtch of whch the capacty should be more than1.5 tmes of the
maxmum current.
•
Regardng the nstallaton of the ar condtoners, please refer to the
below paragraphs n ths manual.

3.1 The condtons of unt can’t normally run
•
Wthn the temperature range provded n followng table, the ar condtoner may stop runnng and
other anomales may arse.
Coolng Outdoor > 43°C (Apply to T1)
> 52°C (Apply to T3)
Indoor < 18°C
Heatng Outdoor > 24°C
< -7°C
Indoor > 27°C
•
When the temperature s too hgh, the ar condtoner may actvate the automatc protecton devce,
so that the ar condtoner could be shut down.
•
When the temperature s too low, the heat exchanger of the ar condtoner may freeze, leadng to
water leakage or other malfuncton.
•
In long-term coolng or dehumdfcaton wth a relatve humdty of above 80% (doors and wndows
are open), there may be water condenses or drppng near the ar outlet.
•
T1 and T3 refer to ISO 5151.
3.2 Notes for heatng
•
The fan of the ndoor unt wll not start runnng mmedately after the heatng s started to avod
blowng out cool ar.
•
When t s cold and wet outsde, the outdoor unt wll develop frost over the heat exchanger whch
wll compromse the heatng capacty. Ths s when the ar condtoner wll start defrost.
•
Durng defrost, the ar condtoner wll stop heatng for about 5-12 mnutes.
•
Vapor may come out from the outdoor unt durng defrost. Ths s not a malfuncton, but a result of
fast defrost.
•
Heatng wll resume after defrost s complete.
3.3 Notes for turnng off
•
When the ar condtoner s turned off, the man controller wll automatcally decde whether to stop
mmedately or after runnng for dozens of seconds wth lower frequency and lower ar speed.

3.4 Emergency operaton
•
If the remote controller s lost or broken, use force swtch button to operate the ar condtoner.
•
If ths button s pushed wth the unt Off, the ar condtoner wll operate n Auto mode.
•
If ths button s pushed wth the unt On, the ar condtoner wll stop runnng.

3.5 Arflow drecton adjustment
1. Use up-down swng and left-rght swng buttons on the remote controller to adjust the arflow
drecton. Refer to the operaton manual of the remote controller for detal.
2. For models wthout left-rght swng functon, the fns has to be moved manually.

Never place your hand nto the ar nlet or outlet when the ar condtoner s n
operaton.
