1 Important safety and environmental instructions
•Carry out cleaning and maintenance in accordance
with the instructions in the "Cleaning and
Maintenance" section of this manual.
•Do not put anything other than coffee, sugar and
water into the brewing pot.
•The Turkish coffee machine is designed to operate
at 4-37°C and 80% relative humidity.
•Do not use the brewing pot to drink your Turkish
coffee.
•Due to its design features, steam and odor may
occur in the heater of your appliance during first-
time use. This is normal. It will disappear after a
few uses.
•Do not move the appliance when there is liquid in
the brewing pot or when the appliance is hot.
•Avoid contact with hot surfaces. Only hold the
brewing bowl by the handle, otherwise there is a
risk of burns. The brewing pot heats up during use.
•The bottom surface (heating surface), where
the brewing pot is placed, heats up during use.
Therefore, do not touch this area during use and
until the appliance has cooled down.
