1.1 General safety
•This appliance complies with international safety
standards.
•Do not use this appliance outdoors and in the
bathroom.
•No liability or warranty claims are accepted
for damage caused by misuse or improper
transportation of the appliance.
•Never try to remove or disassemble assembled
parts of the appliance.
•Use only original parts or parts recommended by
the manufacturer.
•Use the appliance always on a stable, flat, clean,
dry and non-slip surface.
•Do not start the coffee brewing process without
pouring water into the brewing pot.

•Carry out cleaning and maintenance in accordance
with the instructions in the "Cleaning and
Maintenance" section of this manual.
•Do not put anything other than coffee, sugar and
water into the brewing pot.
•The Turkish coffee machine is designed to operate
at 4-37°C and 80% relative humidity.
•Do not use the brewing pot to drink your Turkish
coffee.
•Due to its design features, steam and odor may
occur in the heater of your appliance during first-
time use. This is normal. It will disappear after a
few uses.
•Do not move the appliance when there is liquid in
the brewing pot or when the appliance is hot.
•Avoid contact with hot surfaces. Only hold the
brewing bowl by the handle, otherwise there is a
risk of burns. The brewing pot heats up during use.
•The bottom surface (heating surface), where
the brewing pot is placed, heats up during use.
Therefore, do not touch this area during use and
until the appliance has cooled down.

•Before moving the appliance make sure that it is
off.
•This appliance must be connected to a household-
type circuit leak protection fuse of a maximum of
30 mA for added protection.
•Connect the appliance to a grounded socket
protected by a 16 amp fuse.
•Do not use the appliance if the power cord or the
appliance is damaged.
•Do not use the appliance with an extension cord.
•Dry the brewing pot housing before connecting to
the mains and putting the parts in place.
•Do not immerse the appliance, the power cord or
the plug in water or in any other liquids, do not hold
it under running water.
•Do not touch the appliance or the appliance plug
with damp or wet hands.
•Place the appliance so that the power plug is always
at an accessible position.
•To prevent damage to the power cord, prevent it
from being pinched, crimped or rubbed against
sharp edges. Keep power cord away from heated

surfaces and open flame.
•While using the appliance, make sure that there
is no risk that its power cord is pulled away by
mistake or someone trips on it.
•Unplug the appliance if a malfunction occurs.
•Before cleaning the appliance, unplug it and do not
clean the appliance when it is in use.
•Do not pull on the cord to remove the plug from
the socket and do not wrap the cord around the
appliance.
•Your mains power supply should be in align with
the specified information on the type tag of the
appliance.
•Do not use the appliance near or on flammable or
ignition environments or materials.
•Do not use the appliance near or on heat sources
(furnace, barbecue, radiator, stove etc.).
•Keep the appliance away from sources of steam and
avoid using it in excessively steamy environments.
•Do not use the brewing pot on any heater other
than the appliance (stove, etc.).
•The device is designed for use in homes, in the

kitchens of employees in offices, shops and other
working environments, and in customer rooms
in hotels, motels and other accommodations.
Appliance is not suitable for professional use.
•Do not use the appliance for any purpose other
than its intended use.
•The appliance can only be used to prepare coffee.
•It is recommended to be extremely careful when
using the device near children and people with
limited physical, emotional, or mental capacity.
•Appliance may be used by children above age
of 8, persons with limited physical, perceptual or
mental abilities or persons with a lack of experience
and knowledge if they are supervised or given
instructions on the operation of the appliance and
any relevant risks they may encounter. Children
should not tamper with the appliance.
•Cleaning and user maintenance operations must
not be performed by children unless supervised.
•If you store packaging materials, keep them away
from children.

•Make sure the appliance is kept out of the reach
of children.
•WARNING: Do not move the appliance during
brewing and do not remove the brewing pot.
•This appliance cannot be built-in and is not designed
for use in a cupboard. The coffee machine should
not be placed in the cupboard while it is running.
•Do not operate the appliances with an external
timer or a separate remote control system.
•Do not stir/interfere with the brewing pot using
spoons etc. during the brewing process.
•WARNING: If there is any damage to the cooking
surface (cracks, chips, etc.), immediately disconnect
the appliance from the power supply and do not
use it to protect against the risk of electric shock,
contact an authorized service center.

1.2 Compliance with the WEEE regulations and waste
disposal
This product does not contain the dangerous and prohibited ma-
terials indicated in "Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
Control Regulation" published by Ministry of Environment and
Urbanisation of the Republic of Türkiye. Complies with WEEE
Regulation. This product was manufactured from recyclable and
reusable high quality parts and materials. Therefore, do not dispose of this
product with other domestic wastes at the end of its life cycle. Take it to a
collection point for recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. You
can ask your local administration about these collection points. You can
help protect the environment and natural resources by delivering the used
products for recycling.
1.3 Packaging information
The product's packaging is made of recyclable materials, in ac-
cordance with the National Legislation. Do not dispose of the
packaging waste with the household waste or other wastes,
dispose it to the packaging collection areas specified by local
authorities.

1.5 Plug Wiring
The moulded plug on this appliance incorporates a 13 A fuse. Should the
fuse need to be replaced an ASTA approved BS1362 fuse of the same
rating must be used. Do not forget to refit the fuse cover. In the event of
losing the fuse cover, the plug must not to be used until a replacement
fuse cover has been fitted. Colour of the replacement fuse cover must be
the same colour as that visible on the pin face of the plug Fuse covers are
availabe from any good electrical store.
•Fiting a different plug
•As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this appliance may not
correspond with the coloured markings identifying the terminals on your
plug, proceed as follows:
•Brown cable = L (Live)
•Blue cable = N (Neutral)
•Green/yellow cable must be connected to ground (E) line
•With the alternative plugs a 13 A fuse must be fitted either in the plug
or adaptore or in the main fuse box. If in doubt contact a qualified
electrician.

3Operation
3.1 First operation
Make sure your device stands upright in a balanced, smooth, clean, dry
and non-slip surface. Do not use your product without reading the user
manual completely.
3.2 Filling the water reservoir
Open the water reservoir
by holding the water reser-
voir cap.
Fill the water reservoir by
checking it at the water res-
ervoir level window.
Close the water reservoir
by holding the water reser-
voir cap.
When the water in the water reservoir is empty, the water indica-
tor light on the front panel will flash pink. If this happens, you
cannot brew without adding water to the water reservoir.

3.3 Adjusting the amount of water according to the
cup
Plug the power cord. Bring the On- off button to”
I” position.
Put the brewing pot into the
cooking slot without putting
anything in it.

Press the single-person cof-
fee brewing button.
When the pump stops work-
ing after 4-5 seconds, press
and hold the single-person
brewing button again (3 sec-
onds) to end the process.
Pour the water from the
brewing pot into your habit-
ual cup.

If the amount of water is too little, move the water quantity (cup)
adjustment button to the higher position, if there is too much,
move it to the lower position.
This will result in an audible error signal and the station status
light will flash blue intermittently. This is normal and will stop
when you remove the brewing pot. This shows how much water
the machine automatically takes into the brewing pot.
•You can change the position by inserting the handle of the
coffee measure into the slot on the water quantity (cup) adjust-
ment button and then turning it.
•Adjust the water quantity after purchasing the machine or re-
peat the adjustment when you change the cup size.

Plug the appliance. Bring the

Put single or double per-
son coffee and sugar in the
brewing pot.
Insert the brewing pot into
the machine.
When the position is selected, the machine status light on the
front panel will turn blue.

WARNING: If the water indicator light is flashing pink, add water.
•If the brewing pots are dirty, clean them by washing them
under running water.
•For delicious coffee, make sure that the inside of the brewing
pot is dry and clean.
WARNING: Your product will not work if the brewing pot is
not fully inserted.
Depending on the amount
of coffee you want to make,
press the single or double
person button on the front
panel.
After the brewing process
is complete, your machine
beeps and the station sta-
tus light starts blinking blue.
After the brewing process is
finished, serve your coffee in
a cup.
•The machine beeps and the station status light turns blue.
•Brewing time is 1.5-2 minutes for a single person and 2.5-3.5
minutes for a double person.
•When you use the product at shorter intervals, the brewing
time will be shorter as the heating surface will be hot.

WARNING: For delicious coffee, remove the brewing pot from
the slot without waiting!
•Pour the coffee into the cup quickly so that the foam and
grounds do not remain in the brewing pot.
•You can prepare Turkish coffee for up to 4 people by operating
both brewing pots at the same time.
•To abort brewing for any reason, simply press and hold the
single or double person cooking button for 3 seconds.
WARNING: Do not attempt to brew again without emptying
the brewing pots! It may overflow or your coffee may be wa-
tery because the machine draws water again.
3.5 Amounts
The device is a practical appliance designed for making Turkish coffee.
You can make foamy Turkish coffee to suit your taste using the measure-
ments specified in the table. The following measurements serve only as
a guide. You can adjust these measurements according to your personal
preferences.

* It is recommended to use sugar cubes for easier adjustment of the sugar ratio.
The quantities given are for a single-person coffee. Use the coffee mea-
sure included in the Turkish Coffee Machine to pour coffee. Use fresh
coffee for a delicious and frothy Turkish Coffee.
3.6 Sleep Mode
If you do not use the machine for 3 minutes, it will automatically go into
stand-by mode with a beep sound. When you insert or remove the brew-
ing pot into/from the cooking slot, the appliance energizes with a warning
sound.

4.1 Cleaning
WARNING:
•Do not use benzene, solvents, abrasive cleaners, metal ob-
jects or hard brushes to clean the appliance.
•Do not immerse the appliance or its power cord in water or
in any fluid.

Unplug the appliance before
cleaning.
Wait for the appliance to cool
down.
Remove the brewing pots
from the slot.
Clean the brewing pots un-
der running water.
•Do not clean the heating surface and the bottom surface of
the brewing pot with scratching sponges and wires. Wash off
with a soft sponge. Take particular care not to scratch these
surfaces.
•Only remove the water reservoir completely for cleaning. When
you completely remove the water reservoir for cleaning, some
water may spill onto the base of the product. This is normal.

Remove the water reservoir
completely. Clean the wa-
ter reservoir under running
water.
Use a soft and damp cloth
and a mild amount of clean-
ing agent to clean the exteri-
or of the appliance.
Place the water reservoir
back. Place the brewing pot
back.
You may find it difficult to remove the water reservoir, this is
normal. Holding the water reservoir cover, continue pulling and
remove the water reservoir completely.
WARNING:
•Never wash the brewing pot in the dishwasher.
•Do not wash any part of the appliance except the brewing
pot. You can wipe it off with a damp cloth.
Clean the brewing pot immediately after each session of brew-
ing to ensure that the taste of the coffee does not deteriorate.
Always wipe the doneness detection sensor with a damp cloth
after every 15-20 brewing sessions.
