1.1 General safety
•Keep the nstructon manual for future use. Should
a thrd party be gven the applance, please ensure
the nstructon manual s ncluded.
•Never use the applance n the bath, shower or
over a wash basn flled wth water; nor should t
be operated wth wet hands.
•Do not mmerse the applance n water or let t come
nto contact wth water, even durng cleanng.
•Clean all parts before usng the applance for the
frst tme. “Cleanng and mantenance” secton, see
detals.
•Man swtch should always be at “0” poston when
no water s avalable n the kettle or when t s not
used.
•Amount of water nsde the kettle shall be between
tap level and maxmum sgn (0,5 to 3 L). Excessve
water may overflow whle bolng. Ensure that the
water level s not below tap level, add more water
when t s reduced.

•When you want to pour the water boled n the
applance to another vessel, swtch off and pull
out the plug frst then remove the upper crcle and
hold the applance from both handles and pour the
water to the tap sde takng care as the water shall
be hot.
•Never put anythng other than water nsde the
kettle.
•Protect your hands from the vapor of bolng water
and always hold the applance from ts handles.
•If not already present, for addtonal protecton
t s recommend to nstall a resdual-current-
operated protectve devce (RCD) wth a rated
resdual operatng current not exceedng 30 mA
n the electrcal crcut of your bathroom. Ask your
plumber for advce.
•Ensure that the ar-nducton and output openngs
are not covered durng operaton.
•The applance s equpped wth an overheatng
protecton system.

•Pull out the power plug after use. Do not dsconnect
the plug by pullng on the cable.
•Never use the applance f t or the power cord s
vsbly damaged.
•If the power cord s damaged, t must be replaced
by the manufacturer, ts servce centre or a smlarly
qualfed person to prevent danger arsng.
•When the bolng swtch s open ( poston),
teapot or ld shall always be avalable on the kettle
compartment. Otherwse, the applance wll fal
to sense the bolng of the water and shall not
return to energy savng poston wth bolng stll
contnung.
•Donotopentheapplanceunderanycrcumstances.
No warranty clams are accepted for damage
caused by ncorrect handlng.
•Never place the applance on soft cushons or
blankets durng operaton.
•The applance s desgned for household use only.
•Always keep the applance out of the reach of
chldren.

8 years and above and persons wth reduced
physcal, sensory or mental capabltes or lack
of experence and knowledge f they have been
gven supervson or nstructon concernng use
of the applance n a safe way and understand the
hazards nvolved. Chldren shall not play wth the
applance. Cleanng and user mantenance shall not
be made by chldren wthout supervson.
•Poston the Teapot so that steam s drected away
from the handle.
•Do not remove the Ld/ Teapot whle the water s
bolng. Ensure that kettle contaner covered by Ld
and Teapot properly.

and Electronc Equpment Regulaton and
dsposal of the applance.
This product do not include any hazardous and/or prohibited
materials defined in the Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment Regulation issued by the Ministry of Environment and
UrbanPlanning. Complieswith theWaste Electricaland Electronic
Equipment Regulation. This product is manufactured with high
quality components and materials that can be recycled and reused. For
this reason, do not dispose of this product together with domestic or
other wastes. Instead, leave the appliance in a recycling collection point
designed for electric and electronic equipments. Ask the local authority
about such collection points. You can contribute protection of the
environment and natural resources by delivering used electronic products
for recycling.

accordance wth the natonal legslaton. Do not dspose of
packagng wastes together wth domestc or other type of
wastes; leave them to the packagng collecton ponts
