1.1 General safety
•This appliance complies with

3Usage
3.1 Intended use
The appliance has been designed for household
use and is not suitable for industrial use.
3.2 Attaching/removing the
hose
1. To attach the hose (12) push the hose cap (10)
in the direction of arrow until it is aligned with
the housing.
•The tabs on the hose cap (10) must be seated
correctly.
2. To remove the hose (12) press on the tabs on
the hose cap (10) and pull it.
3.3 Attaching/removing the
telescopic tube
1. Attach the telescopic tube (15) to the handle
(18) (you will hear a "click").
2. Press the release button (17) and pull the
handle (18) to remove the telescopic tube (15).
3. You can adjust the length of the telescopic tube
(15) by pushing the telescopic tube adjustment
ring (16) forwards and sliding the telescopic
tube back and forth.
3.4. Attaching/removing the
EasyDrive™multi-purpose
brush
You can press the adjustment button (14) to
attach/remove the telescopic tube (15) to/from
the EasyDrive brush (13).
3.5 EasyDrive™multi-purpose
brush
There are two hidden casters under your
EasyDrive brush, which has been designed for
easier maneuvers. This brush is suitable for use on
all surfaces.
If you face difficulties moving the brush on the
carpet or hard floors during vacuuming, uncover
the casters with the help of the 4x4 EasyDrive
latch.
Two additional casters hidden under the brush
will show up when you press on the latch. This
way, you can perform 4x4 cleaning on all surfaces
easily.

3.5.1 Adjusting the EasyDrive™
multi-purpose brush
Set the adjustment latch on the EasyDrive™multi-
purpose brush (13);
•To " " for hard floors and parquet.
•To " " for rugs and carpets.
3.6 Operation
1. Plug in the appliance after pulling the power
plug located at the back of the appliance.
2. Press the on/off button (6) to switch on your
appliance.
3.6.1 Adjusting the suction
power
Youcanincreasethesuctionpoweroftheappliance
by turning the suction power adjustment knob (3)
located on the body of the appliance clockwise
according to the type of the surface to be cleaned.
To decrease the suction power, turn the suction
power adjustment knob anti-clockwise.
1. Use level to clean curtains, table clothes
and sofas.
2. Use level to clean dirty carpets.
3. Use level to clean hard floors.
4. Use level to clean extremely dirty hard
floors and carpets.
3.7 Accessories
Crevice tool
Suitable for the cleaning of the
surfaces which are difficult to
clean, such as the areas remaining
under sofas and furniture.
Upholstery tool
Suitable for cleaning the floorings,
stair steps, inside of the cars,
sofas, armchairs etc.
Dust brush
Suitable for cleaning the curtains,
and sensitive and fragile objects.
AWARNING:
Do not make cleaning
by using the handle's (18) end part.
3.8 Hard floor brush
The hard floor brush (19) was developed for use on
hard floors such as tile, ceramic, parquet, wooden
floors etc.
It prevents potential scratches while cleaning hard
floors thanks to its specially-developed soft hair.

3.9 Warnings regarding the
energy label
This is a general-purpose vacuum cleaner. In order
toreachthehighestenergyefficiencyandcleaning
performance class specified in carpet and parquet
cleaning, please use the high-performance
parquet/carpet brush (EasyDrive™multi-purpose
brush) (13). The specified values regarding the
energy label were determined according to the
predefined measurement methods (in line with
EN1-60312).
3.10 Switching off the vacuum
cleaner and parking feature
1. Switch off the appliance with the on/off button
(6) and unplug it.
2. Insert the hook of the EasyDrive brush (13)
into the parking groove (5) located at the rear
section of the appliance.

Switch off and unplug the appliance before
cleaning it.
AWARNING:
Never use gasoline,
solvent, abrasive cleaning agents,
metal objects or hard brushes to
clean the appliance.
4.1 Emptying the dust
container
The light around the suction power adjustment
button (3) turns red from white when the dust
container is full.
1. Press the dust container removal button " "
(7) and remove the dust container (8).
2. Press the dust container release button " "
(1).
– Open the dust container (8) cover and empty
the container.

3. When you have emptied dust, close the dust
container cap (8); a click sound will be heard.
4. Insert the dust container (8) into its place.
4.1.1 Cleaning the cyclone
Open the cyclone lid (11) and empty the cyclone to
remove the dust in it.
4.2 Cleaning the filters
Replace your filters at regular intervals according
to the frequency of use. It is recommended that
you replace the filters every 6 months for average
use.
While you empty the dust accumulated in the dust
container to clean the container, you need to clean
the motor protection filter, the foam filter and
HEPA filter as well.
AWARNING:
Do not use appliances
producing hot air such as hair dryer
or heater to dry the filters.

Do not install the
filters without completely drying
them; otherwise, smell of moisture
may occur during use, water can leak
from the back of the appliance or the
filters may get damaged.

their places after they have dried.

4.2.1 HEPA filter
1. Push down the rear cover opening latch to open
the cover and remove the HEPA filter by pulling
it from its handle.

2. Press the dust container removal button (7) and
remove the dust container (8).
3. Remove the HEPA filter located at the back of
the dust container by pulling it from its handle.

4. You can wash the filters under running water
after shaking them off.
5. If you wash the HEPA filters, dry them at room
temperature (for 24 hours minimum). Do
not use them before ensuring that they are
completely dry.

4.2.2 Foam filters
1. Push down the rear cover opening latch to open
the cover.
2. Remove the HEPA filter by pulling it from its
handle.
3. Remove the foam filter behind the HEPA filter.
4. Press the dust container removal button (7) and
remove the dust container (8).
5. Remove the HEPA filter located at the back of
the dust container by pulling it from its handle.
6. Remove the foam filter behind the HEPA filter.
7. After shaking if off, wash it under running
water, wring it out gently and leave it to dry (for
24 hours minimum).
4.3 Storage
•If you do not intend to use the appliance for a
long time, store it carefully.
•Unplug the appliance.
•Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.
4.4 Handling and
transportation
•During handling and transportation, carry
the appliance in its original packaging. The
packaging of the appliance protects it against
physical damages.
•Do not place heavy loads on the appliance or on
the packaging. The appliance may get damaged.
•Dropping the appliance may render it non-
operational or cause permanent damage.

3Nutzung
3.1 Vorgesehene Verwendung
Das Gerät ist für den Einsatz in Privathaushalten
vorgesehen; es eignet sich nicht für den
professionellen Einsatz.
3.2 Schlauch anbringen und
abnehmen
1. Zum Anschließen des Schlauches (12) schieben
Sie die Schlauch- Anschlußstück (10) in
Pfeilrichtung, bis sie am Gehäuse einrastet.
– Drehen Sie dazu ggfs. das Anschlußstück
leicht links und rechts, da es nur in einer
bestimmten Position einrastet.
•Die Verriegelungsklammern des
Schlauchanschlußstückes (10) müssen richtig
in der Aufnahme des Staubsauger.
2. Zum Entfernen des Schlauches (12), drücken
Sie auf Verriegelungsklammern am Schlauch-
Anschlußstück (10) und ziehen den Schlauch
heraus.
3.3 Teleskoprohr anbringen
und abnehmen
1. Griff (18) am Teleskoprohr (15) anbringen (er
rastet hörbar ein).
2. Zum Entfernen des Teleskoprohrs (15)
Entriegelungstaste (17) drücken und am Griff
(18) ziehen.
3. Sie können die Länge des Teleskoprohrs
(15) einstellen, indem Sie den Teleskoprohr-
Einstellring (16) anfassen, festhalten und das
Teleskoprohr vor- und zurückschieben.
3.4 EasyDrive™-
Universalbürste anbringen
und entfernen
Sie können das Teleskoprohr (15) mit der
Freigabetaste (14) an der EasyDrive-Bürste (13)
anbringen bzw. davon lösen.
3.5 EasyDrive™
Universalbürste
Unter Ihrer EasyDrive-Bürste verbergen sich zwei
Rollen zum einfacheren Manövrieren. Diese Bürste
eignet sich für alle Oberflächen.
Falls Sie beim Saugen Probleme haben, die
Bürste über Teppiche oder Hartböden zu
bewegen, können Sie die Anzahl der Rollen unter
der EasyDriveTM mit Hilfe der 4x4 EasyDrive-
Umschalttaste ändern.
Wenn Sie die Verriegelung drücken, werden zwei
zusätzliche Rollen unter der Bürste ausgefahren.
Auf diese Weise können Sie mühelos eine 4x4-

Universalbürste anpassen
Positionen der äußeren Umschalttaste an der
EasyDrive™-Universalbürste (13):
•Verwenden Sie für harte Böden und Parkett die
Stellung „ “.
•Verwenden Sie für Teppiche und Läufer die
Stellung „ “.
3.6 Bedienung
1. Gerät nach Herausziehen des Netzkabels an der
Rückseite des Gerätes anschließen.
2. Zum Einschalten des Gerätes die Ein-/Austaste
(6) drücken.
3.6.1 Saugleistung anpassen
Sie können die Saugleistung des Gerätes
entsprechend der zu reinigenden Oberfläche
erhöhen, indem Sie den Saugleistungsregler (3)
am Gehäuse des Gerätes im Uhrzeigersinn drehen.
Zum Verringern der Saugleistung drehen Sie den
Saugleistungsregler gegen den Uhrzeigersinn.
1. Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen von Gardinen,
Tischdecken und Sofas die Stufe .
2. Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen verschmutzter
Teppiche die Stufe .
3. Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen von Hartböden
die Stufe .
4. Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen von extrem
verschmutzten Hartböden oder Teppichen die
Stufe .
3.7 Zubehör
Fugendüse
Für den Einsatz zum Reinigen

weichen Borsten aus Rosshaar mögliche Kratzer
beim Reinigen harter Böden.
3.9 Warnhinweise zum
Typenschild
Dies ist ein universeller Staubsauger. Zur Erzielung
der für die Teppich- und Parkettreinigung
angegebenen höchsten Energieeffizienz-
und Saugleistungsklasse sollten Sie die
hochleistungsfähige Parkett-/Teppichbürste (13)
verwenden. Die am Typenschild angegebenen
Werte wurden entsprechend den vorgegebenen
Messmethoden (in Übereinstimmung mit
EN60312-1) ermittelt.
3.10 Staubsauger abschalten
und parken
1. Gerät über die Ein-/Austaste (6) ausschalten
und Netzstecker ziehen.
2. Aufhänge-Vorrichtung der EasyDrive™
Universalbürste (13) in die Parkkerbe (5) an der
Rückseite des Gerätes einsetzen.
3. Zur Reduktion der Kräfte auf diese Vorrichtung
sollte das Teleskoprohr dazu über den
Teleskoprohr-Einstellring (16) weitmöglichst
zusammengeschoben werden.
