Wichtige Informationen
Lesen Sie bitte die ausführliche Bedienungsanleitung (CD-ROM)
bevor Sie das BENNING PV 1-1 verwenden.
Das BENNING PV 1-1 darf ausschließlich durch ausgebildetes
Fachpersonal bedient werden.
Der Anschluss an den PV-Generator ist ausschließlich gemäß den
Anschlussbildern der Bedienungsanleitung vorzunehmen.
Nicht benötigte Sicherheitsmessleitungen sind von dem
BENNING PV 1-1 zu trennen.
Der PV-Generator darf die maximale Leerlaufspannung von 1000 V,
den maximalen Kurzschlussstrom von 15 A und die maximale DC-
Leistung (P = U x I) von 10 kW nicht überschreiten.
Gemäß DIN EN 62446 sind die Messungen pro PV-Strang durchzu-
führen!
Eine Messung an parallel geschalteten PV-Strängen kann zur Be-
schädigung des BENNING PV 1-1 führen!
Das Prüfgerät BENNING PV 1-1 direkt nach beendeter Prüfung vom
PV-Generator trennen.
Messspitzen nicht berühren! Bei Isolationswiderstandsmessungen
können hohe elektrische Spannungen an den Messspitzen anlie-
gen.
Während der Messung keine Metallteile des Prüfobjektes berühren.
Der PV-Generator muss von der elektrischen Hauptversorgung iso-
liert sein!
Weder Plus- noch Minuspol des PV-Generators darf geerdet sein!
Über die 4 mm Sicherheitsmessleitungen sind Spannungsmessun-
gen an Steckdosenstromkreise möglich. Das BENNING PV 1-1 darf
über die 4 mm Prüfbuchsen nur in Stromkreisen der Überspan-
nungskategorie III mit max. 300 V AC/DC Leiter gegen Erde benutzt
werden. Hierzu sind vorher die PV-Sicherheitsmessleitungen von
den PV-Prüfbuchsen zu trennen.
Vor jeder Inbetriebnahme überprüfen Sie das Gerät und die Leitun-
gen auf Beschädigungen. Ein beschädigtes Gerät nicht verwenden!
Verwenden Sie ausschließlich die im Lieferumfang des
BENNING PV 1-1 enthaltenen Sicherheitsmessleitungen.
Das BENNING PV 1-1 ist ausschließlich zur Messung in trockener
Umgebung vorgesehen.
Ein-, Ausschalten
Gleichzeitiges Betätigen der RPE -Taste und Auto -Taste schaltet das Gerät ein oder
aus. Ohne Tastenbetätigung schaltet sich das Gerät automatisch nach ca. 1 Min.
selbsttätig ab (APO,Auto-Power Off).

Short Instructions
BENNING PV 1-1
Important information
Before using the BENNING PV 1-1 please read the detailed operat-
ing manual (CD-ROM) carefully.
The BENNING PV 1-1 should only be used by suitably trained per-
sonnel.
The connection to the PV generator is made exclusively in accord-
ance with the connection figure of the operating manual.
Disconnect not required safety tests leads from the BENNING PV 1-1.
The PV module/PV string must not exceed the maximum open-
circuit voltage of 1000 V DC, the maximum short-circuit current of
15 A and the maximum DC power (P = U x I) of 10 kW.
According to DIN EN 62446, the measurements have to be made for
each PV string.
Measurements made at PV strings which are connected in parallel
might involve an overload of the BENNING PV 1-1.
Disconnect the BENNING PV 1-1 from the test sample directly after
the test.
Do not touch the measuring probes! During insulating resistance
measurements, high electric currents might be applied to the meas-
uring probes.
Do not touch any metal parts of the test object during measure-
ment.
The PV generator must be isolated from the electric power supply!
Neither the positive nor the negative pole of the PV generator must
be earthed!
Via the 4 mm safety test leads, voltage measurements on mains
supply circuits are possible. Via the 4 mm test sockets, the
BENNING PV 1-1 must be used only in electric circuits of overvolt-
age category III with max. 300 V AC/DC for phase-to-earth measure-
ments. For this please disconnect the PV 1-1 measuring leads from
the PV test sockets before measuring.
Before starting the unit, always check it for signs of damage. Do not
use a damaged BENNING PV 1-1!
Only use safety measuring leads, which are supplied with the
BENNING PV 1-1.
The BENNING PV 1-1 is intended for making measurements under
dry ambient conditions only.

Lisez le mode d’emploi détaillé complètement (CD-ROM) avant d’uti-
liser l’appareil BENNING PV 1-1.
L’appareil BENNING PV 1-1 ne doit être utilisé que par du personnel
spécialiste ayant reçu la formation correspondante.
Le raccordement au générateur photovoltaïque ne doit être effec-
tué que conformément aux schémas de connexion contenus dans
le mode d’emploi.
Les câbles de mesure de sécurité non requis doivent être déconnec-
tés de l’appareil BENNING PV 1-1
Le générateur photovoltaïque ou le string photovoltaïque ne doit
pas dépasser la tension en circuit ouvert maximale de 1000 V DC
ainsi que le courant de court-circuit maximal de 15 A et la puissance
maximale continue de 10 kW pas dépasser (P = U x I).Conformément
à la norme DIN EN 62446, les mesures doivent être effectuées pour
chaque string photovoltaïque.
Une mesure de strings PV parallèles peuvent causer des dommages
à l‘PV1-1 BENNING
Déconnectez l’appareil BENNING PV 1-1 du générateur photovol-
taïque juste après que le contrôle soit fini.
Ne touchez pas les pointes de mesure ! Lors des mesures de la ré-
sistance d’isolement, des tensions électriques très hautes peuvent
être présentes aux pointes de mesure.
Ne touchez pas des pièces métalliques de l’objet de contrôle pen-
dant la mesure.
Le générateur photovoltaïque doit être isolé de l’alimentation élec-
trique principale !
Il ne faut pas mettre à la terre ni le pôle positif ni le pôle négatif du
générateur photovoltaïque !
Les câbles de mesure de sécurité de 4 mm permettent d’effectuer
des mesures de tension aux circuit électriques de prises de courant.
Au moyen des douilles de test de 4 mm, l’appareil BENNING PV 1-1
ne doit être utilisé que pour les circuits électriques de la catégo-
rie de surtension III avec des conducteurs de 300 V AC/DC max.

Información importante
Por favor, lea detenidamente el manual de instrucciones (CD-ROM)
detallado antes de utilizar el BENNING PV 1-1. El BENNING PV 1-1
puede ser utilizado exclusivamente por personal cualificado con la
debida formación.
La conexión al generador fotovoltaico se debe realizar exclusiva-
mente en conformidad con los esquemas de conexión del manual
de instrucciones.
Las líneas de medición de seguridad que no se necesiten se debe-
rán separar del BENNING PV 1-1
El generador fotovoltáico o la fase FV no deben superar la tensión
de circuito abierto de 1000 V CC,la corriente de cortocircuito máxi-
ma de 15 A y la potencia DC (P = V x I) de 10 kW.
Conforme a DIN EN 62446 se deberán realizar las medidas por cada
ramal PV.
Una medida de módulos FV en paralelo puede dañar el
BENNING PV 1-1!
Desconectar el comprobador BENNING PV 1-1 del generador FV
una vez terminada la comprobación.
No tocar las puntas de medición. En casos de medición de resis-
tencias aislantes pueden aparecer tensiones eléctricas elevadas en
las puntas de medición.
No tocar ninguna pieza metálica del objeto de comprobación du-
rante la medición.
El generador FV debe estar aislado del suministro eléctrico principal.
No deben estar conectados a tierra ni el polo positivo ni el negativo
del generador FV.
A través de las líneas de medición de seguridad de 4 mm es posible
realizar mediciones de tensión en circuitos de toma de corriente. El
BENNING PV 1-1 se puede utilizar solamente a través de los casquillos
de prueba de 4 mm de la categoría de sobretensión III con conduc-
tores de máx. 300 V CA/CC contra tierra. Para ello se deben separar las
líneas de medición de seguridad FV de los casquillos de prueba FV.
Antes de cada puesta en marcha, revisar el aparato y las líneas para
determinar si existen daños. No utilizar un aparato dañado.
Emplee exclusivamente las líneas de medición de seguridad inclui-
das en el suministro del BENNING PV 1-1.
El BENNING PV 1-1 está previsto exclusivamente para la medición
en entornos secos.

Informazioni importanti
Leggere le istruzioni (CD-ROM) per l’uso dettagliate prima di utiliz-
zare il BENNING PV1-1.
Il BENNING PV 1-1 deve essere controllato esclusivamente da per-
sonale tecnico qualificato con una formazione adeguata.
Il collegamento al generatore FV deve essere eseguito esclusiva-
mente in base agli schemi di collegamento contenuti nelle istruzioni
per l’uso.
I cavi di misura per verifiche di sicurezza non necessari devono es-
sere separati dal BENNING PV 1-1.
Il generatore FV o la stringa FV non devono superare la tensione
massima a vuoto di 1000 V CC, la corrente massima di cortocircuito
di 15 A e potenza massima CC (P = U x I) di 10 kW.
Ai sensi della norma DIN EN 62446 le misurazioni devono essere
eseguite in relazione ad ogni stringa FV.
Una misura di parallelo stringhe FV può danneggiare il
BENNING PV 1-1!
Separare lo strumento di prova BENNING PV 1-1 dal generatore FV
subito dopo aver terminato la prova.
Non toccare le punte di misurazione! Possono esserci tensioni
elettriche elevate sulle punte durante misurazioni di resistenza di
isolamento.
Durante la misurazione non toccare le parti metalliche dell’oggetto
di prova.
Il generatore FV deve essere isolato dall’alimentazione elettrica
principale!
Il polo positivo e negativo del generatore FV non devono essere
messi a terra!
Attraverso i cavi di misura per verifiche di sicurezza da 4 mm è
possibile eseguire misurazioni di tensione su circuiti di corrente a
presa. Il BENNING PV 1-1 deve essere utilizzato tramite le bussole
di prova da 4 mm solo in circuiti di corrente della classe di sovra-
tensione III con conduttore max. di 300 V CA/CC verso terra. I cavi
di misura per verifiche di sicurezza FV devono essere separati in
precedenza dalle bussole di prova FV.
Prima di ogni messa in funzione controllare che lo strumento e i
cavi non siano danneggiati. Non utilizzare uno strumento danneg-
giato!
Utilizzare esclusivamente i cavi di misura per verifiche di sicurezza
forniti con il BENNING PV 1-1.
Il BENNING PV 1-1 può essere utilizzato esclusivamente per misu-
razioni in ambienti asciutti.

BENNING PV 1-1
Belangrijke informatie
De uitvoerige gebruiksaanwijzing lezen (CD-ROM), voordat u de
BENNING PV 1-1 gebruikt.
De BENNING PV 1-1 mag uitsluitend door opgeleid vakkundig per-
soneel worden bediend.
De aansluiting op de PV-generator mag uitsluitend conform de aan-
sluitschema’s van de gebruiksaanwijzing worden uitgevoerd.
Niet-noodzakelijke veiligheidsmeetkabels van de BENNING PV 1-1
losmaken.
De PV-generator resp. de PV-streng mag de maximale open meet-
spanning van 1000 V DC, de maximale kortsluitingstroom van 15 A en
het maximale DC-vermogen (P = U x I) van 10 kW niet overschrijden.
Overeenkomstig DIN EN 62446 moeten de metingen per PV-streng
worden uitgevoerd!
Een meting op parallel geschakelde PV-strengen kan leiden tot een
overbelasting van de BENNING PV 1-1
De tester BENNING PV 1-1 direct na afloop van de test van de PV-
generator losmaken.
Meetpennen niet aanraken! Bij isolatieweerstandsmetingen kunnen
hoge elektrische spanningen op de meetpennen ontstaan.
Tijdens de meting geen metalen onderdelen van het testobject aan-
raken.
De PV-generator moet geïsoleerd zijn van de elektrische hoofdvoor-
ziening!
Noch de plus-, noch de min-pool van de PV-generator mag geaard zijn!
Via de 4 mm veiligheidsmeetkabels zijn spanningsmetingen op
contactdoos-stroomcircuits mogelijk. De BENNING PV 1-1 mag via
de 4 mm testbussen alleen in stroomcircuits van de overspannings-
categorie III met max. 300 V AC/DC-kabel tegen aarde worden ge-
bruikt. Hiervoor moeten van tevoren de PV- veiligheidsmeetkabels
van de PV-testbussen worden losgemaakt.
Vóór elke ingebruikname het apparaat en de kabels op beschadi-
gingen controleren.
Een beschadigd apparaat niet gebruiken!
Uitsluitend de veiligheidsmeetkabels gebruiken die zich in de leve-
ring van de BENNING PV 1-1 bevinden.
De BENNING PV 1-1 is uitsluitend ontworpen voor meting in een
droge omgeving.
