DESTINAZIONE D’USO
- La pistola per gonaggio pneumatici è destinata al seguente uso:
• gonaggio e controllo della pressione dei pneumatici sulle autovetture, moto cicli, camion, veicoli movimento terra
• utilizzo con aria o azoto
- Non sono consentite le seguenti operazioni:
• è vietato l’utilizzo per gonare o controllare la pressione di pneumatici contenenti liquidi anti-foratura
• è vietato bloccare i pulsanti di azionamento con nastro adesivo o fascette
• è vietato l’uso per tutte quelle applicazioni diverse da quelle indicate
SICUREZZA DELLA POSTAZIONE DI LAVORO
Impedire che bambini o visitatori possano avvicinarsi alla postazione di lavoro mentre si sta operando con la pistola per
gonaggio di pneumatici. La presenza di altre persone provoca distrazione.
Prestare attenzione al pericolo di inciampamento nel tubo essibile dell’aria.
SICUREZZA DEGLI UTENSILI PNEUMATICI
- Controllare i raccordi di collegamento e le tubazioni di alimentazione. Tutti i gruppi, i giunti e i tubi essibili devono essere
installati conformemente ai dati tecnici relativi alla pressione e al usso d’aria. Una pressione alta può causare danni e/o
lesioni.
- Evitare di piegare o stringere i tubi essibili. Evitare l’uso di solventi e di spigoli taglienti. Proteggere i tubi da calore, olio e
parti rotanti. Sostituire immediatamente un tubo essibile danneggiato. Una tubazione con un’alimentazione difettosa può
provocare movimenti incontrollati del tubo dell’aria compressa. Polveri oppure trucioli sollevati dall’aria possono provocare
lesioni agli occhi. Accertarsi che le fascette per tubi essibili siano sempre ben ssate.
INDICAZIONI PER LA SICUREZZA DEL PERSONALE
- Si raccomanda la massima attenzione avendo cura di concentrarsi sempre sulle proprie azioni.
- Non indirizzare il usso di aria verso sé stessi, altre persone o animali. Evitare di puntare verso gli occhi.
- L’aria utilizzata nella pistola per gonaggio potrebbe contenere acqua, olio, particelle metalliche ed impurità. Questi elementi
possono provocare pericoli.
UTILIZZO ACCURATO DELL’UTENSILE PNEUMATICO
- Non sottoporre la pistola per gonaggio a sovrappressioni
- Controllare che la pistola per gonaggio sia in buone condizioni: accertarsi che non vi siano parti danneggiate. Vericare
sempre l’integrità della pistola per gonaggio.
- Non utilizzare il prodotto se i pulsanti/leve di azionamento sono difettosi. Uno strumento che non può più essere arrestato o
avviato è pericoloso e deve essere riparato.
- Interrompere sempre l’alimentazione dell’aria prima di effettuare qualsiasi tipo di operazione sulla pistola per gonaggio.
- La pistola per gonaggio non deve essere modicata. Le modiche possono ridurre l’efcacia delle misure di sicurezza ed
aumentare i rischi per l’operatore.
- Far riparare la pistola per gonaggio solo ed esclusivamente da personale specializzato. Utilizzare pezzi di ricambio originali.

Nota: Se la tensione è inferiore a 2,4 V, il segnale di batteria scarica in alto a sinistra lampeggerà continuamente,
per ricordare all'utente di sostituire la batteria.
Collegamento alimentazione dell’aria
Per un utilizzo corretto della pistola per gonaggio pneumatici rispettare sempre la pressione massima di 15 bar, misurata
all’ingresso dello stesso. Alimentare l’utensile con aria pulita e priva di condensa. Una pressione troppo elevata o la presenza
di umidità nell’aria di alimentazione possono causare danni allo strumento.
UTILIZZO
Inserire il connettore della pistola sulla valvola del pneumatico da controllare.
Premendo il tasto on/unit/light per attivare lo strumento.
Il display indicherà la pressione rilevata.

Regolazione della pressione del pneumatico
• per sgonare premere delicatamente la leva, no a metà corsa circa. Rilasciare la leva per visualizzare sul display la
pressione dei pneumatici.
• per gonare premere la leva, no a ne corsa. Rilasciare la leva per visualizzare sul display la pressione dei pneumatici.
Luce display
Dopo aver acceso lo strumento premere nuovamente il tasto on/unit/light per attivare l’illuminazione dello schermo.
L’illuminazione si disattiverà dopo 5 secondi di inutilizzo dello strumento.
Selezione unità di misura
Per selezionare l’unità di misura premere per più di 3 secondi il tasto on/unit/light e successivamente premere il tasto per
selezionare l’unità desiderata tra: PSI, BAR, KPA, KGF visualizzate sul display.
Autospegnimento
Dopo 90 secondi di inutilizzo lo strumento si spegne automaticamente. Per riattivarlo premere il tasto on/unit/light.
Alla riaccensione lo strumento sarà impostato sull’ultima unità di misura selezionata.
MANUTENZIONE
Gli interventi di manutenzione e di riparazione devono essere eseguiti solo ed esclusivamente da personale specializzato. Per
tali interventi potete rivolgervi al centro riparazioni di Beta Utensili S.P.A. attraverso il nostro rivenditore Beta di ducia.
SMALTIMENTO
Il simbolo del cassonetto barrato riportato sull’apparecchiatura o sulla confezione indica che il prodotto, alla ne della sua vita
utile, deve essere smaltito separatamente dagli altri riuti urbani.
L’utilizzatore che intendesse smaltire questo strumento può:
- Consegnarlo presso un centro di raccolta di riuti elettronici od elettrotecnici.
- Riconsegnarlo al proprio rivenditore al momento dell’acquisto di uno strumento equivalente.
- Nel caso di prodotti ad uso esclusivo professionale, contattare il produttore che dovrà disporre una procedura per il corretto
smaltimento.
Il corretto smaltimento di questo prodotto permette il riutilizzo delle materie prime in esso contenute ed evita danni all’ambiente
ed alla salute umana.
Lo smaltimento abusivo del prodotto costituisce una violazione della norma sullo smaltimento di riuti pericolosi, comporta
l’applicazione delle sanzioni previste.
GARANZIA
Questo utensile è fabbricato e collaudato secondo le norme attualmente vigenti nella Comunità Europea. E’ coperto da garanzia
per un periodo di 12 mesi per uso professionale o 24 mesi per uso non professionale.
Vengono riparati guasti dovuti a difetti di materiale o di produzione mediante ripristino o sostituzione dei pezzi difettosi a nostra
discrezione.
L’effettuazione di uno o più interventi nel periodo di garanzia non modica la data di scadenza della stessa.
Non sono soggetti a garanzia difetti dovuti ad usura, ad uso errato od improprio e a rotture causate da colpi e/o cadute. La
garanzia decade quando vengono apportate modiche, quando l’utensile pneumatico viene manomesso o quando viene inviato
all’assistenza smontato.
Sono espressamente esclusi danni causati a persone e/o cose di qualsiasi genere e/o natura, diretti e/o indiretti.

CAUTION
Store the safety instructions with care and hand them over to the users.
PURPOSE OF USE
- The tyre inator can be used for the following purposes:
• inating and checking tyre pressure in cars, motorcycles, lorries, earth moving vehicles;
• use with air or nitrogen.
- The tyre inator must not be used for the following operations:
• use to inate or check the pressure of tyres containing anti-puncture liquids;
• locking the operation buttons with adhesive tape or clamps;
• use for any applications other than recommended ones.
WORK AREA SAFETY
Keep children and bystanders away from your workplace while operating the tyre inator. Distractions from other people
can cause you to lose control over the tool.
Beware of the danger of tripping over the air hose.
PNEUMATIC TOOL SAFETY
- Check the connections and the air supply lines. All units, couplers and hoses should conform to the product specications in
terms of pressure and air volume. Too high pressure can cause damage and/or injury.
- Do not bend or tighten any hoses. Avoid using solvents and sharp edges. Keep the hoses away from heat, oil and rotating
parts. Immediately replace any damaged hose. A defective feed pipe may cause uncontrolled movements of the compressed
air pipe. Raised rust or chips may cause eye injury. Make sure that the hose clamps are always secured rmly.
PERSONNEL SAFETY
- Stay alert; watch what you are doing.
- Do not point the air ow to yourself or other people. Compressed air can cause serious injury.
- The exhaust air of the pneumatic tool can contain water, oil, metal particles and impurities, which may cause hazards.
PNEUMATIC TOOL USE AND CARE
- Check that the tyre inator is in good condition: make sure that no parts have been damaged.
- Always check that the tyre inator is intact.
- Do not use the product if the operation buttons/levers are defective. A tool that can no longer be stopped or started is
dangerous and must be repaired.
- Always disconnect the air supply before making adjustments on the tyre inator.
- Do not modify the tyre inator. This can reduce the effectiveness of safety measures and increase operator risk.
- Have the tyre inator repaired through trained staff and only using original replacement parts.

Note: If voltage is lower than 2.4 V, the at battery signal on top left will be blinking, to remind the user that the battery
should be replaced.
Air supply connection
For optimal use of the tyre inator, always keep to a maximum pressure of 15 bar, as measured at the tool inlet. Feed the tool
with clean, condensate-free air. Excessively high pressure or humidity in supply air may damage the tool.
USE
Fit the inator connector onto the valve of the tyre to check.
Press the on/unit/light key to operate the tool.
The display will show the measured pressure.

• Tyre pressure adjustment
• - To deate, gently press the lever to approximately half stroke. Release the liver to display tyre pressure.
• - To inate, press the lever to stroke end. Release the liver to display tyre pressure.
Display light
After turning on the tool, press the on/unit/light key again, to enable the screen light.
If the tool is not used for 5 seconds, the light will be disabled.
Measurement unit selection
To select the unit of measurement, push and hold the on/unit/light key longer than 3 seconds; then press the key to select the
required unit of measurement from those displayed - PSI, BAR, KPA, KGF.
Auto power off
If the tool is not used for 90 seconds, it will turn off automatically. To turn it on, press the on/unit/light key.
When the tool is turned on, it will be set to the latest unit of measurement.
MAINTENANCE
Repair and calibration must be carried out by trained personnel only. For this operations, you can contact Beta Utensili S.P.A.'s
repair centre.
DISPOSAL
The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on the equipment or packaging means that the product should be collected separately from
other types of urban waste at the end of its useful life.
Any user who is going to dispose of this tool can:
- deliver it to an appropriate collection facility for electronic or electrotechnical equipment;
- return it to the dealer upon purchase of a new, equivalent item of equipment;
- in case of a product for professional use only, contact the manufacturer which will arrange for the product to be properly
disposed of.
Proper disposal of this product allows the raw materials contained in it to be reused and prevents damage to the environment or
human health. Illegal disposal of this product is a violation of the provision concerning the disposal of hazardous waste and will
give way to the application of such nes as provided for under current regulations
WARRANTY
This tool is manufactured and tested in accordance with current EU regulations, and is covered by a 12-month warranty
for professional use or a 24-month warranty for nonprofessional use. We will repair any breakdowns caused by material or
manufacturing defects by xing the defective pieces or replacing them at our discretion. Should assistance be required once or
several times during the warranty period, the expiry date of this warranty will remain unchanged. This warranty will not cover
defects due to wear, misuse or breakdowns caused by blows and/or falls. In addition, this warranty will no longer be valid if any
changes are made, or if the pneumatic tool is forced or sent to the customer service in pieces. This warranty explicitly excludes
any damage to people and/or things, whether direct or consequential.

We hereby declare, assuming full responsibility, that the described product complies with all the relevant provisions
of the following Directives:

ATTENTION

DESTINATION D’UTILISATION
- Le pistolet pour gonage de pneus est destiné à l'usage suivant :
• gonage et contrôle de la pression des pneus sur les automobiles, les motocycles, les camions, les
véhicules de terrassement ;
• utilisation avec de l'air et de l'azote.
- Les opérations suivantes ne sont pas autorisées :
• il est interdit d'utiliser le pistolet pour goner ou contrôler la pression de pneus contenant des liquides anti-crevaison ;
• il est interdit de bloquer les touches d'actionnement avec du ruban adhésif ou des colliers ;
• il est interdit de l'utiliser pour toutes les applications non envisagées dans les présentes instructions.
SÉCURITÉ DU POSTE DE TRAVAIL
Empêcher que des enfants ou des visiteurs s'approchent du poste de travail pendant les opérations avec le pistolet de
gonage pour pneus. La présence d'autres personnes est source de distraction.
Faire attention à ne pas trébucher sur le tuyau exible de l'air.
MESURES DE SÉCURITÉ POUR LES OUTILS PNEUMATIQUES
- Contrôler les branchements et les câbles d'alimentation. Tous les groupes, les raccords et les tuyaux exibles doivent être
installés conformément aux données techniques relatives à la pression et au débit d'air. Une forte pression peut provoquer
des dommages et/ou des lésions.
- Éviter de plier ou de serrer les tuyaux exibles. Éviter l’utilisation de solvants et de bords coupants. Protéger les tuyaux
contre la chaleur, l’huile et les pièces tournantes. Remplacer immédiatement les tuyaux exibles endommagés. Un tuyau
d’alimentation défectueux peut provoquer des mouvements incontrôlés du tuyau d’air comprimé. Les poussières ou les
copeaux soulevés par l’air peuvent causer des lésions aux yeux. S’assurer que les colliers pour tuyaux exibles soient
toujours bien xés.
RECOMMANDATIONS POUR LA SÉCURITÉ DU PERSONNEL
- La plus grande attention doit être apportée aux actions effectuées.
- Ne diriger en aucun cas le débit d’air vers soi ou en direction d’autres personnes. L’air comprimé peut provoquer de graves
lésions.
- L’air d’échappement de l’outil pneumatique peut contenir de l’eau, de l’huile, des particules métalliques et des impuretés qui
peuvent représenter des risques.
UTILISATION CORRECT DU PISTOLET DE GONFLAGE POUR PNEUS
- Ne pas soumettre le pistolet de gonage pour pneus à des surpressions.
- Contrôler que le pistolet de gonage pour pneus soit dans de bonnes conditions : s'assurer qu'il ne présente pas de pièces
endommagées.
- Vérier systématiquement l'intégrité du pistolet de gonage pour pneus.
- Ne pas utiliser le produit si les touches/leviers d’actionnement sont défectueux. Un instrument qui ne peut pas être arrêté ou
mis en marche est dangereux et doit être réparé.
- Interrompre systématiquement l'arrivée d’air avant d’effectuer tout type d’opération sur le pistolet de gonage..
- Le pistolet de gonage pour pneus ne doit pas être modié. . Les modications peuvent réduire l’efcacité des mesures de
sécurité et augmenter les risques pour l’opérateur.
- Faire réparer le pistolet de gonage pour pneus seulement et exclusivement par un personnel spécialisé et en utilisant
uniquement des pièces de rechange originales..

Note : Si la tension est inférieure à 2,4 V, le signal en haut à gauche de batterie déchargée clignote en continu pour
rappeler à l’utilisateur de remplacer la pile.
Branchement à l'arrivée d'air
Pour une utilisation correcte du pistolet de gonage pour pneus, respecter toujours la pression maximum de 15 bar mesurée
à l'entrée. Alimenter l'outil avec de l'air propre et sans condensation. Une pression trop élevée ou la présence d'humidité dans
l'air d'alimentation peuvent causer des dommages à l'outil.
UTILISATION
Introduire le connecteur du pistolet sur la soupape du pneu à contrôler.
Appuyer sur la touche on/unit/light pour activer l’instrument.
L’écran afche la pression détectée.

Réglage de la pression du pneu
- Pour dégoner, appuyer délicatement sur le levier jusqu’à mi-course environ. Relâcher le levier pour afcher la pression
des pneus sur l’écran.
- Pour goner, appuyer sur le levier jusqu’à la n de course. Relâcher le levier pour afcher la pression des pneus sur l’écran.
Lumière de l’écran d’afchage
Après avoir mis l'instrument en marche, appuyer à nouveau sur la touche on/unit/light pour activer l'éclairage de l'écran.
L'éclairage s'éteindra après 5 secondes d'inutilisation de l'instrument.
Sélection de l'unité de mesure
Pour sélectionner l'unité de mesure, appuyer sur la touche on/unit/light pendant plus de 3 secondes puis sur la touche de
sélection de l'unité voulue parmi : PSI, BAR, KPA, KGF afchée à l'écran.
Arrêt automatique
Après 90 secondes d'inutilisation, l'instrument s'arrête automatiquement. Pour le réactiver, appuyer sur la touche on/unit/light.
Lorsque que l’instrument est remis en marche, il sera réglé sur la dernière unité de mesure sélectionnée.
MAINTENANCE
Les interventions de réparation et l’éventuel étalonnage doivent être effectués par un personnel spécialisé. Pour ces
interventions, veuillez vous adresser au centre de réparation de Beta Utensili S.p.A.
ÉCOULEMENT
Le symbole du bac barré reporté sur l'appareil ou sur l'emballage indique que le produit, à la n de sa durée de vie, doit être
écoulé séparément des autres déchets urbains.
L’utilisateur qui doit écouler cet instrument peut:

GARANTIE
Cet outil est fabriqué et testé conformément aux normes actuellement en vigueur dans la Communauté Européenne et est
couvert par une garantie de 12 mois pour une utilisation professionnelle et de 24 mois pour une utilisation non professionnelle.
Toutes les pannes dues à un défaut matériel ou de production seront réparées, en ajustant ou en remplaçant les pièces
défectueuses à notre discrétion. La réalisation d’une ou de plusieurs interventions pendant la période de garantie n’en modie
pas la date d’échéance. La garantie ne couvre pas les problèmes dus à l’usure des composants, à un usage erroné ou incorrect
de l’outil, aux ruptures causées pas des coups et/ou des chutes. La garantie ne s’appliquera pas en cas de modications ou

BESTIMMUNGSZWECK
- Die Reifenfüllpistole ist für die folgenden Anwendungen bestimmt:
• Aufpumpen und Reifendruckkontrolle an Personenkraftwagen, Motorrädern, Lastwagen, Erdbaumaschinen;
• Gebrauch mit Luft oder Stickstoff.
- Unzulässig sind die folgenden Vorgänge:
• Unzulässig ist der Gebrauch zum Befüllen oder zur Druckkontrolle von Reifen, die Reifendichtüssigkeit enthalten
• Es ist verboten, die Betätigungsknöpfe mit Klebeband oder Klemmen zu blockieren
• Unzulässig ist der Gebrauch für alle jene Anwendungen, die nicht hier aufgeführt sind
SICHERHEIT DES ARBEITSPLATZES
Dafür sorgen, dass sich Kinder oder Besucher nicht dem Arbeitsplatz nähern können, wenn sie mit der Reifenfüllpistole
arbeiten. Die Anwesenheit andere Personen lenkt ab.
Achten Sie darauf, nicht über den Druckluftschlauch zu stolpern.
SICHERHEIT DER DRUCKLUFTWERKZEUGE
- Die Anschlüsse und Luftzufuhrleitungen stets überprüfen. Alle Aggregate, Kupplungen und Schläuche sind entsprechend
den technischen Daten hinsichtlich Druck und Luftuss zu installieren. Ein zu hoher Druck kann zu Schäden und/oder
Verletzungen führen.
- Die Schläuche nicht biegen oder drücken. Keine Lösemittel oder scharfe Kanten verwenden. Schützen Sie die Leitungen vor
Hitze, Öl und drehenden Teilen. Bei Beschädigungen eines Schlauchs ist dieser unverzüglich zu ersetzen. Eine fehlerhafte
Zufuhrleitung kann zu unkontrollierbaren Bewegungen der Druckluftleitung führen. Von der Luft aufgewirbelte Späne oder
Staub können die Augen verletzen. Sicherstellen, dass die Schellen für die Schläuche stets gut befestigt sind.
HINWEISE FÜR DIE SICHERHEIT DES PERSONALS
- Bei der Arbeit mit Druckluftwerkzeugen ist stets mit höchster Vorsicht und Konzentration vorzugehen.
- Den Druckluftstrahl niemals auf sich selbst oder auf andere Personen richten. Die Druckluft kann schwere Verletzungen
verursachen.
- Die Abluft des Druckluftwerkzeugs enthält Wasser, Öl, Metallteilchen und Unreinheiten, die gefährlich sind.
KORREKTER GEBRAUCH DER REIFENFÜLLPISTOLE
- Die Reifenfüllpistole nicht Überdrücken aussetzen.
- Die Reifenfüllpistole auf ihren einwandfreien Zustand prüfen: Sicherstellen, dass sie keine beschädigten Teile aufweist.
Stets die Unversehrtheit der Reifenfüllpistole überprüfen.
- Verwenden Sie das Produkt nicht, wenn die Betätigungsknöpfe und/oder -hebel fehlerhaft sind. Ein Gerät, das weder
angehalten noch gestartet werden kann, ist gefährlich und muss repariert werden.
- Vor Einstellungen an der Reifenfüllpistole ist stets die Luftzufuhr zu unterbrechen.

Hinweis: Wenn die Spannung unter 2,4 V liegt, blinkt das Signal für leere Batterie links oben, um den Benutzer daran
zu erinnern, dass die Batterie gewechselt werden muss.
Luftversorgungsanschluss
Für einen korrekten Gebrauch der Reifenfüllpistole ist stets der max. Betriebsdruck von 15 bar zu verwenden, der am Eingang
gemessen wird. Das Werkzeug mit reiner und kondensatfreier Luft versorgen. Ein zu hoher Druck oder Feuchtigkeit in der
Zufuhrluft können zu Schäden am Werkzeug führen.
GEBRAUCH
Den Steckverbinder der Pistole auf das Ventil des zu prüfenden Reifens einstecken.
Die "on/unit/light"-Taste drücken, um das Gerät zu betätigen.
Am Display wird der ermittelte Druckwert angezeigt.

• Zum Ablassen den Hebel sanft bis zum halben Hub drücken. Den Hebel loslassen, damit der Reifendruckwert am
• Display angezeigt wird.

Schirmbeleuchtung
Nachdem das Gerät eingeschaltet worden ist, die "on/unit/light"-Taste wieder drücken, um die Schirmbeleuchtung zu betätigen.
Nach 5 Sekunden ohne Betätigung schaltet sich das Licht auf dem Display aus.
Auswahl der Maßeinheit
Zum Auswählen der Maßeinheit die "on/unit/light"-Taste länger als 3 Sekunden gedrückt halten und danach die Taste zum
Auswählen einer der auf dem Display angezeigten Maßeinheiten - PSI, BAR, KPA, KGF - drücken.
Automatische Ausschaltung
Nach 90 Sekunden ohne Betätigung schaltet sich das Gerät automatisch aus. Zur Wiederbetätigung des Gerätes die "on/unit/
light"-Taste drücken.
Beim Wiedereinschalten wird das Gerät auf die letzte ausgewählte Maßeinheit eingestellt.
WARTUNG
Die Reparatureingriffe und die eventuelle Kalibrierung müssen von Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden. Für diese Art von
Eingriffen können Sie sich an das Reparaturzentrum von Beta Utensili S.P.A. wenden.
ENTSORGUNG
Das auf dem Gerät oder auf der Verpackung aufgeführte Symbol der durchgestrichenen Mülltonne weist darauf hin, dass das
Produkt am Ende seiner Nutzzeit getrennt von anderen Abfällen entsorgt werden muss. Der Benutzer kann wie folgt das Gerät
entsorgen:
- Es an einer Sondermüllentsorgungsstelle für elektronische und elektrotechnische Geräte abgeben.
- Es dem Händler beim Kauf eines gleichwertigen Gerätes zurückgeben.
- Bei Produkten für den professionellen Gebrauch kontaktieren Sie den Hersteller, der für die korrekte Entsorgung sorgen muss.
Die korrekte Entsorgung dieses Produkts ermöglicht die Wiederverwertung der enthaltenen Rohstoffe und vermeidet Umwelt-
und Gesundheitsschäden.

Dieses Werkzeug wird entsprechend den in der Europäischen Gemeinschaft geltenden Bestimmungen hergestellt und geprüft

ATENCIÓN
Guarde con cuidado las instrucciones de seguridad y entréguelas al personal usuario.
DESTINO DE USO
- La pistola para inar neumáticos está destinada al siguiente uso:
• inar y controlar la presión de los neumáticos en turismos, motos, camiones, vehículos de movimiento de tierra;
• utilización con aire o azufre.
- No están permitidas las siguientes operaciones:
• está prohibido utilizar la pistola para inar o controlar la presión de neumáticos que contienen líquidos anti-pinchazos
• está prohibido bloquear los pulsadores de accionamiento con cinta adhesiva o abrazaderas
• está prohibido el uso en todas las aplicaciones diferentes de las indicadas
SEGURIDAD DEL PUESTO DE TRABAJO
Impida que niños o visitantes puedan acercarse al puesto de trabajo mientras se está trabajando con la pistola para
inar neumáticos. La presencia de otras personas produce distracciones.
Preste atención al peligro de tropezar en la manguera del aire.
SEGURIDAD DE LAS HERRAMIENTAS NEUMÁTICAS
- Compruebe las uniones de conexión y las tuberías de alimentación. Todos los grupos, las juntas y los tubos exibles han
de instalarse según los datos técnicos relativos a la presión y al ujo de aire. Una presión alta puede producir daños y/o
lesiones.
- Evite doblar o apretar las mangueras. Evite utilizar disolventes y cantos cortantes. Proteja los tubos de calor, aceite y
partes giratorias. Sustituya inmediatamente una manguera dañada. Una tubería de alimentación defectuosa puede producir
movimientos incontrolados del tubo del aire comprimido. Polvos o virutas levantados por el aire pueden producir lesiones a
los ojos. Asegúrese que las abrazaderas para mangueras estén siempre bien jadas.
INDICACIÓN PARA LA SEGURIDAD DEL PERSONAL
- Se recomienda la máxima atención, tratando de concentrarse siempre en lo que se hac.
- No apunte nunca el ujo de aire hacia usted mismo o hacia otras personas. El aire comprimido puede producir lesiones
serias.
- El aire de escape de la herramienta neumática puede contener agua, aceite, partículas metálicas e impurezas, que pueden
producir peligros.
UTILIZACIÓN ATENTA DE LA PISTOLA PARA INFLAR NEUMÁTICOS
- No someta a sobrepresiones la pistola para inar neumáticos.
- Compruebe que la pistola para inar neumáticos esté en buenas condiciones: asegúrese de que no haya partes dañadas.
Compruebe siempre la integridad de la pistola para inar neumáticos.
- No utilice el producto cuando los pulsadores/palancas de accionamiento están defectuosos. Un instrumento que no puede
detenerse o arrancarse es peligroso y ha de repararse.
- Interrumpa siempre la alimentación del aire antes de efectuar cualquier tipo de operación en la pistola para inar neumáticos.
- La pistola para inar neumáticos no ha de modicarse. Las modicaciones pueden reducir la ecacia de las medidas de
seguridad y aumentar los riesgos para el operario.
- La reparación de la pistola para inar neumáticos ha de correr a cargo tan sólo de personal especializado. Utilice piezas de
repuesto originales.

Conexión alimentación de aire
Para utilizar correctamente la pistola para inar neumáticos, respete siempre la presión máxima de 15 bares, medida en
la entrada de la misma. Alimente la herramienta con aire limpio y sin condensación. Una presión demasiado elevada o la
presencia de humedad en el aire de alimentación pueden producir daños al instrumento.
UTILIZACIÓN
Introduzca el conector de la pistola en la válvula del neumático a controlar.
Pulse la tecla on/unit/light para activar el instrumento.
El display indicará la presión detectada.

• Ajuste de la presión del neumático
• Para desinar pulse delicadamente la palanca, hasta aproximadamente mitad de carrera. Suelte la palanca para visualizar
en la pantalla la presión de los neumáticos.
• Para inar pulse la palanca, hasta n de carrera. Suelte la palanca para visualizar en la pantalla la presión de los neumáticos.
Luz display
Después de encender el instrumento vuelva a pulsar la tecla on/unit/light para activar la iluminación de la pantalla.
La iluminación se desactivará después de 5 segundos de inutilizar el instrumento.
Selección unidad de medida
Para seleccionar la unidad de medida pulse por más de 3 segundos la tecla on/unit/light y a continuación pulse la tecla para
seleccionar la unidad deseada entre: PSI, BAR, KPA, KGF visualizadas en el display.
Autoapagado
Después de 90 segundos de inutilización el instrumento se apaga automáticamente. Para volverlo a activar pulse la tecla on/
unit/light.
Al volver a encender el instrumento, el mismo estará seleccionado en la última unidad de medida seleccionada.
MANTENIMIENTO
Las operaciones de reparación y de posible calibración han de correr a cargo de personal especializado. Para dichas
operaciones puede acudir al centro de reparaciones de Beta Utensili S.P.A.
ELIMINACIÓN
El símbolo del contenedor tachado que viene en el equipo o en su envase signica que el producto, al nal de su vida útil, ha
de eliminarse separado de otros residuos urbanos.
El usuario que desea eliminar este instrumento puede:
- Entregarlo a un centro de recogida de residuos electrónicos o electrotécnicos.
- Devolverlo al revendedor cuando compra un instrumento equivalente.
- En caso de productos de uso profesional exclusivo, contacte con el fabricante que tendrá que llevar a cabo el procedimiento
para la eliminación correcta.
La eliminación correcta de este producto permite reutilizar las materias primas contenidas en el mismo y evita daños al medio
ambiente y la salud humana.
La eliminación abusiva del producto o representa una violación de la norma sobre la eliminación de residuos peligrosos y
supone la aplicación de las sanciones previstas.
GARANTÍA
Esta herramienta se ha fabricado y ensayado conforme a la normativa actualmente vigente en la Unión Europea y tiene
una garantía por un periodo de 12 meses para uso profesional o 24 meses para uso no profesional. Se repararán averías
debidas a defectos de material o producción mediante reposición o sustitución de piezas defectuosas a nuestra discreción. La
efectuación de una o más actuaciones durante el período de garantía no modica la fecha de caducidad de la misma. No están
sujetos a garantía defectos debidos al desgaste, al uso incorrecto o impropio y las rupturas ocasionadas por golpes y/o caídas.
La garantía cesa cuando se aportan modicaciones, cando la herramienta neumática se altera o se envía para reparación
desmontada. Quedan expresamente excluidos daños ocasionados a personas y/o objetos de cualquier tipo y/o naturaleza,
directos y/o indirectos.

SEGURANÇA DA POSIÇÃO DE TRABALHO
Impedir que crianças ou visitantes possam aproximar-se da posição de trabalho enquanto se está a operar com o
punho de encher pneus. A presença de outras pessoas causa distração.
Prestar atenção porque é perigoso tropeçar na mangueira do ar.
SEGURANÇA DAS FERRAMENTAS PNEUMÁTICA
- Controlar conexões de ligação e tubagens de alimentação. odos os conjuntos, as junções e as mangueiras devem ser
instaladas de conformidade com os dados técnicos relativos a pressão e uxo de ar. Uma pressão alta pode causar danos
e/ou ferimentos.
- Evitar dobrar ou apertar as mangueiras. Evitar o uso de solventes e arestas aadas. Proteger os tubos do calor, óleo e
partes rotativas. Substituir imediatamente uma mangueira danicada. Uma tubagem de alimentação defeituosa pode causar
movimentos descontrolados do tubo do ar comprimido. Poeiras ou limalhas erguidas pelo ar podem provocar ferimentos nos

INDICAÇÃO PARA A SEGURANÇA DO PESSOAL
- Recomenda-se a máxima atenção tomando o cuidado de concentrar-se sempre nas próprias ações.
- Não apontar nunca o uxo de ar na própria direção ou na direção de outras pessoas. O ar comprimido pode causar
ferimentos sérios.
- O ar de escape da ferramenta pneumática pode conter água, óleo, partículas metálicas e impurezas, que podem provocar
perigos
UTILIZAÇÃO CUIDADOSA DO PUNHO DE ENCHER
- Não submeter o punho de encher a sobrepressões
- Vericar que o punho de encher esteja em boas condições: controlar que não haja partes danicadas.
Vericar sempre o perfeito estado do punho de encher
- Não utilizar o produto se botões/alavancas de acionamento estiverem defeituosos. Uma ferramenta que não consegue mais
ser parada ou acionada é perigosa e deve ser reparada.
- Desligar sempre a alimentação do ar antes de efetuar qualquer tipo de operação no punho de encher
- O punho de encher não deve ser modicado. As modicações podem reduzir a ecácia das medidas de segurança e
aumentar os riscos para o operador
- O punho de encher deve ser reparado apenas e exclusivamente por pessoal especializado. Utilizar peças sobressalentes
originais.

Para uma utilização correta do punho de encher pneus, respeitar sempre a pressão máxima de 15 bar, medida na entrada da
ferramenta. Alimentar a ferramenta com ar limpo e sem condensado. Uma pressão muito elevada ou a presença de humidade
no ar de alimentação podem causar danos à ferramenta
UTILIZAÇÃO
Introduzir o conector do punho na válvula do pneu a controlar
Carregar a tecla on/unit/light para acionar a ferramenta
O ecrã indicará a pressão detetada

• Regulação da pressão do pneu
• Para desencher premir a alavanca delicadamente, até por volta da metade do curso. Soltar a alavanca para visualizar a
pressão dos pneus no ecrã
• Para encher premir a alavanca, até o m de curso. Soltar a alavanca para visualizar a pressão dos pneus no ecrã
Luz do ecrã
Após ter ligado a ferramenta premir de novo a tecla on/unit/light para acionar a iluminação do ecrã.
A iluminação será desativada após 5 segundos de inutilização da ferramenta.
Seleção da unidade de medida
Para selecionar a unidade de medida premir durante mais de 3 segundos a tecla on/unit/light e em seguida premir a tecla para
selecionar a unidade desejada entre: PSI, BAR, KPA, KGF visualizadas no ecrã.
Auto-desligamento
Após 90 segundos de inutilização a ferramenta desliga automaticamente. Para acioná-la de novo premir a tecla on/unit/light.
Ao ligar de novo a ferramenta será congurada na última unidade de medida selecionada.
MANUTENÇÃO
As operações de reparação e eventual calibração devem ser efetuadas por pessoal especializado. Para essas operações pode
entrar em contato com o centro de reparações da Beta Utensili S.P.A.
ELIMINAÇÃO
O símbolo do caixote de lixo barrado contido no aparelho ou na embalagem indica que o produto, no m da sua vida útil, deve
ser eliminado separadamente dos outros lixos urbanos.
O utilizador que pretende eliminar este instrumento pode:
- Entregá-lo junto a um ponto de coleta de lixos electrónicos ou eletrotécnicos.
- Devolvê-lo ao próprio revendedor no momento da compra de outro instrumento equivalente.
- No caso de produtos de uso exclusivamente prossional, contatar o fabricante que deverá dispor um procedimento para
a eliminação correta.
A eliminação correta deste produto possibilita a reutilização das matérias-primas contidas no mesmo e evita danos ao ambiente
e à saúde humana.
A eliminação do produto de maneira irregular constitui uma violação da norma sobre a eliminação de lixos perigosos, implica a
aplicação das penalidades previstas.
GARANTIA
Esta ferramenta é fabricada e testada segundo as normas vigentes atualmente na Comunidade Europeia e è coberta por
garantia durante um prazo de 12 meses para uso prossional ou 24 meses para uso não prossional. São reparadas avarias
devido a defeitos de material ou de fabrico mediante restauração ou substituição das peças defeituosas a nosso critério. A
realização de uma ou mais intervenções no prazo da garantia não altera a data de seu vencimento. Não estão sujeitos a
garantia os defeitos devido ao desgaste, ao uso errado ou impróprio e as quebras causadas por batidas e/ou caídas. A garantia
decai quando são efetuadas alterações, quando a ferramenta pneumática è adulterada ou quando é enviada desmontada para
a assistência. São expressamente excluídos danos causados a pessoas e/ou coisas de qualquer género e/ou natureza, diretos
e/ou indiretos.

GEBRUIKSDOEL
- De bandenpomp is bestemd voor het volgende gebruik:
• het oppompen van banden en controleren van de bandenspanning van auto's, motoretsen,
vrachtwagens, grondverzetmachines
• gebruik met lucht of stikstof.
- De volgende handelingen zijn niet toegestaan:
• het is verboden het apparaat te gebruiken voor het oppompen of controleren van de spanning van banden die lekvrije
vloeistoffen bevatten;
• het is verboden de startknop met plakband of kabelbinders vast te zetten;
• het is verboden het gereedschap voor ander gebruik te gebruiken dan voor de toepassingen die hier worden beschreven.
VEILIGHEID VAN DE WERKPLEK
Voorkom dat kinderen of bezoekers in de buurt van de werkplek kunnen komen terwijl met de bandenpomp wordt
gewerkt. De aanwezigheid van andere personen veroorzaakt onoplettendheid.
Kijk uit dat u niet over de exibele luchtslang struikelt.
VEILIGHEID VAN PNEUMATISCH GEREEDSCHAP
- Controleer de koppelingen en de toevoerleidingen. Alle groepen, koppelingen en exibele slangen moeten conform de
technische gegevens met betrekking tot druk en luchtstroom worden geïnstalleerd. Een te hoge druk kan schade en/of letsel
veroorzaken.
- Vouw exibele slangen niet dubbel en knel ze niet af. Gebruik geen oplosmiddelen en mijd scherpe randen. Bescherm
de slangen tegen hitte, olie en draaiende delen. Vervang een beschadigde exibele slang onmiddellijk. Een defecte
toevoerleiding kan ongecontroleerde bewegingen van de persluchtslang veroorzaken. Door de lucht opgetilde stof of
spaanders kunnen letsel aan de ogen veroorzaken. Verzeker u ervan dat de slangklemmen voor exibele slangen altijd goed
vastzitten.
AANWIJZINGEN VOOR DE VEILIGHEID VAN HET PERSONEEL
- We drukken u op het hart uw aandacht er altijd maximaal bij te houden en u op uw eigen handelingen te concentreren.
- Richt de luchtstroom nooit op uzelf of op andere personen. Perslucht kan ernstig letsel veroorzaken.
- De afvoerlucht van het pneumatische gereedschap kan water, olie, metalen delen en onzuiverheden bevatten, die gevaar
kunnen veroorzaken.
ZORGVULDIG GEBRUIK VAN DE BANDENPOMP
- Zorg ervoor de bandenpomp niet te overbelasten.
- Controleer of de bandenpomp in goede staat verkeert: verzeker u ervan dat er geen beschadigde onderdelen zijn.
Controleer altijd of de bandenpomp heel is.
- Gebruik het product niet als de bedieningstoetsen/hendels defect zijn. Gereedschap dat niet kan worden gestopt of gestart
is gevaarlijk en moet worden gerepareerd..
- Sluit altijd de luchttoevoer af voordat u werkzaamheden aan de bandenpomp verricht.
- Er mogen geen wijzigingen aan de bandenpomp worden aangebracht. Wijzigingen kunnen de efciëntie van de
veiligheidsmaatregelen verminderen en de gevaren voor de gebruiker verhogen.
- Laat de bandenpomp enkel en alleen door vakmensen repareren. Gebruik originele reserveonderdelen.
