GENERALITA’
La colonnina Espas10 MoneyBOX Plus è un dispositivo per il controllo completo di un
varco di ingresso o di uscita.
Può essere combinata con barriere elettromeccaniche e altre stazioni Espas10 per
l’automazione di altrettanti varchi (no ad una massimo di 8 ingressi e uscite).
La colonnina è dotata di:
- apertura frontale che consente praticità d’ispezione senza intralcio al varco e
eventuale montaggio a muro
- corpo in lamiera d’acciaio con trattamento protettivo in cataforesi e
verniciatura in poliestere
- accettatore di monete programmabile
- morsetti per il cablaggio del comando di apertura della barriera
- morsetti per il cablaggio della linea di alimentazione 230Vac
La stazione è in grado di accettare monete di diverso taglio (0.05€, 0.10€, 0.20€,
0.50€, 1.00€, 2.00€) abilitando l’apertura della barriera, la quale deve essere in grado
di gestire la sicurezza in chiusura.
La stazione necessita di alimentazione, l’ulteriore cablaggio da effettuare è legato al
contatto di apertura della barriera elettromeccanica.

quanto fornisce importanti indicazioni riguardanti la sicurezza, l’installazione, l’uso e la
manutenzione.
- Smaltire i materiali di imballo (plastica, cartone, polistirolo, ecc.) secondo quanto pre-
visto dalle norme vigenti. Non lasciare buste di nylon e polistirolo alla portata dei bambini.
- Conservare le istruzioni per allegarle al fascicolo tecnico e per consultazioni future.
- Questo prodotto è stato progettato e costruito esclusivamente per l’utilizzo indicato in
questa documentazione. Altri usi potrebbero essere fonte di danni al prodotto e fonte di

Direttive Europee: 89/336/CEE, 73/23/CEE, 98/37/CEE (e loro modiche successive).
Per tutti i Paesi extra CEE, oltre alle norme nazionali vigenti, per un buon livello di
sicurezza è opportuno rispettare anche le norme sopracitate.
- L’installazione deve essere in accordo con quanto previsto dalle Direttive Europee:
89/336/CEE, 73/23/CEE, 98/37/CEE (e loro modiche successive).
- Togliere l’alimentazione elettrica, prima di qualsiasi intervento sull’impianto.
- Prevedere sulla rete di alimentazione un interruttore o un magnetotermico omnipolare
con distanza di apertura dei contatti uguale o superiore a 3,5 mm.
- Vericare che a monte della rete di alimentazione, vi sia un interruttore differenziale
con soglia di intervento a 0.03A.
- Vericare che l’impianto di terra sia realizzato correttamente. Collegare a terra tutte le
parti metalliche e tutti i componenti dell’impianto provvisti di morsetto di terra.
- Applicare tutti i dispositivi di sicurezza in conformità alle direttive e norme tecniche
applicabili.
- Segnalare adeguatamente il divieto di transito ai pedoni.
- La Ditta declina ogni responsabilità ai ni della sicurezza e del buon funzionamento
dell’automazione se vengono impiegati componenti di altri produttori.
- Usare esclusivamente parti originali per qualsiasi manutenzione o riparazione.
- Non eseguire alcuna modica ai componenti dell’automazione se non espressamente
autorizzata dalla Ditta.
- Istruire l’utilizzatore dell’impianto per quanto riguarda i sistemi di comando applicati e
l’esecuzione dell’apertura manuale in caso di emergenza.
- Non permettere a persone e bambini di sostare nell’area d’azione dell’automazione.
- Non lasciare radiocomandi o altri dispositivi di comando alla portata dei bambini onde
evitare azionamenti involontari dell’automazione.
- L’utilizzatore deve evitare qualsiasi tentativo di intervento o riparazione
dell’automazione e rivolgersi solo a personale qualicato.
- Tutto quello che non è espressamente previsto in queste istruzioni, non è permesso.
- L’installazione deve essere fatta utilizzando dispositivi di sicurezza e comandi
conformi alla EN 12978.

Tutti gli elementi necessari all’utilizzo della
stazione da parte dell’utente sono disposti

adeguata afnchè l’automobilista possa
agevolmente effettuare tutte le operazioni
necessarie al transito.

Espas10 MoneyBOX PLUS accetta monete di diverso taglio (da 0,10€ a 2€).
L’automobilista, approssimandosi alla stazione legge sul diplay l’importo necessario, e
può inserire monete di diverso taglio no a raggiungere l’importo inizialmente visualiz-
zato. Il display aggiorna l’importo residuo ad ogni moneta inserita.
Una volta raggiunto l’importo la barriera viene aperta consentendo all’automobilista di
transitare
ATTENZIONE! La barriera deve essere provvista di appositi sistemi di sicurezza,
rilevatori di masse metalliche ovvero fotocellule in grado di abilitare la chiusura
della barriera in assenza di veicoli nel suo raggio di azione.
SEQUENZE DI PASSAGGIO
Il sistema di parcheggio Espas10 è stata progettato e costruito per poter funzionare per
molti anni purché le poche operazioni di manutenzioni necessarie vengano effettuate
con attenzione e frequentemente.
Pulizia dell’accettatore di monete
E’ consigliabile tenere pulita il più possibile l’unità di accettazione delle monete

Pulizia esterna
Pulire la colonnina solo con acqua ed una piccola quantità di detergente neutro,
evitando di farlo con il sole battente.

Predisporre il varco in modo da facilitare la manovra di accostamento dei veicoli alla
colonnina. Evitare per quanto possibile curve strette subito prima o subito dopo la
colonnina. Tenere la corsia di accesso il più possibile in piano, ma soprattutto evitare di
porla in salita.

AVVERTENZA - Nelle operazioni di cablaggio ed installazione riferirsi alle norme
vigenti e comunque ai principi di buona tecnica. I conduttori devono essere vincolati da
un ssaggio supplementare in prossimità dei morsetti, per esempio mediante fascette.
Tutte le operazioni di cablaggio devono essere eseguite da personale qualicato.
La stazione Espas10 MoneyBOX Plus è provvista nella parte bassa della stazione di
una comoda morsettiera dove l’installatore deve effettuare nella massima sicurezza il
cablaggio della stazione nelle seguenti componenti:
- Comandi barriera APRI (comandi standard per barriere elettromeccaniche,
utilizzare cavo di sezione appropriata)
- Alimentazione 230Vac

E’ disponibile un kit di congurazione per stabilire l’importo necessario all’apertura della
barriera. Questo kit è composto da:
- software Clone5 su CD-ROM (per sistemi operativi Windows)
- cavo seriale di collegamento con PC
Come congurare l’importo
Installare il software presente nel CD-ROM
Collegare il cavo seriale al PC mediante l’apposito adattatore RS-232/USB
Aprire l’applicativo Clone5
Da questa posizione è necessario cliccare sul pulsante Leggi, presente sulla barra
degli strumenti, sulla parte alta della nestra.
In questo modo si effettua la lettura della congurazione presente nella gettoniera.
A lettura avvenuta attivare la scheda “Congurazione”, per modicare le impostazioni

destra della nestra, nella sezione Prezzo.
Modicare l’importo quindi cliccare sul pulsante Scrivi.
A questo punto è possibile uscire dal programma e riavviare la stazione per rendere
effettive le modiche.

OVERVIEW
The column Espas10 MoneyBOX Plus is a system for the complete control or entry
and exit gates.
It can be combined with electromechanical barriers and other Espas10 stations for the
automation of access (up to a maximum of 8 entries and exits).
The column is tted with:
- front opening for easy inspection without obstruction at the gate and
possible wall assembly
- sheet steel casing with protective electrophoretic and polyester coating
- customized token acceptors
- wiring terminals to barrier opening control
- wiring terminals to 230Vac power supply
The station accepts customized coins in various denomination (0.05£, 0.10£, 0.20£,
0.50£, 1.00£, 2.00£) and enables barrier opening, which must manage safety during
closing.
The station requires, power supply. The wiring is effected to exclusively connect the
opening of the electromechanical barrier.

- The packaging material (plastic, cardboard, polystyrene, etc.) must be disposed of in
compliance with to the rules in force. Keep nylon bags and polystyrene out of children’s
reach .
- Keep instructions and attach them to the technical le for future reference .
- This product has been designed and manufactured exclusively for the use indicated in
this documentation. Other uses could be the source of damage to the product and the
source of danger .
- The Company waives any responsibility resulting from improper or any use other than
the that for which the product has been designed as in the present documentation .
- Do not install the product in an explosive atmosphere .
- The system’s elements must be in compliance with the following European Directives:

- Disconnect the power supply before carrying out any intervention on the system. .
- A switch or an omnipolar thermal-magnetic circuit breaker should be provided on the
mains power supply with contact separation equal or higher than 3.5 mm.
- Make sure that upstream from the mains power supply there is a residual current
circuit breaker tripping at 0.03A .
- Check that the earth system is connected correctly. Earth all metal parts and all the
components of the system tted with earth terminal .
- Apply all safety devices in conformity with all applicable directives and technical stand-
ards .
- Provide adequate signals to warn that pedestrians are not allowed access .
- The Company declines all responsibility related to correct operation and safety of the
automated system if components from other producers are used.
- Exclusively use original spare parts for any maintenance or repair.
- Do not make any modications to the automated components unless expressly au-
thorized by the Company .
- Instruct the system’s user on the control systems applied and on the manual opening
of the system in case of emergency .
- Do not allow people or children stand around the automated area .
- In order to avoid unwanted system operations, do not leave remote controls within
children’s reach.
- The user must avoid any attempt to intervene or repair the automated system and
must address to qualied personnel only .
- Anything which is not expressly provided for in these instructions, is not permitted .
- The installation must be carried out using safety devices and controls in compliance
with EN 12978 .

Espas10 MoneyBOX PLUS accepts money in different denomination (0.05£to 2£).
The driver approaches the station and reads the amount on the display, inserts money
in different denomination up to reaching the amount displayed. For the cash inserted,
the residual value is displayed.
The barrier opens when the amount is reached and the driver is able to pass through
the gate.
WARNING! The barrier must be provided with special safety systems, metal de-
tectors or photocells which close the barrier with no vehicles in its ray of action.
OPERATING SEQUENCE
The Espas10 car park system has been designed and constructed to provide many
years’ operations provided the few required maintenance operations are carried out
punctually and carefully.
Cleaning the coin acceptor
We recommend to keep the token acceptor as clean as possible.

2 - Clean the coin acceptor with jets of compressed air
External cleaning
Clean the column only with water and a small amount of mild detergent, avoid doing so
when the sun is beating.

The gate must be arranged so that vehicles can approach comfortably to the column.
Avoid tight bends before or immediately after the column. The access lane should be
kept at, avoid laying lanes on slopes.

WARNING – For wiring and installation operations, refer to the standards in force and,
however, to the good technical practice. The wires must be provided with an additional
fastening at the terminals, for example using cable clamps. All the wiring operations
must be carried out by qualied personnel only .

A conguration kit is available to x the amount and open the barrier. This kit is com-
posed of:
- Clone5 software on CD-ROM (for Windows operating systems)
- serial connection cable with PC
How to congure the amount
Install the software on the CD-ROM
Connect the serial cable to the PC with the suitable RS-232/USB adapter
Open the Clone5 application software
Here, click on the button Read, located on the tool bar, on top of the window.
Now the token dispenser is congured.
After reading, activate the “Conguration” card to change settings.

Avant d’accomplir une quelconque intervention sur l’installation, la mettre hors tension.
Monter sur le réseau d’alimentation un interrupteur ou un magnétothermique unipolaire
ayant une distance d’ouverture des contacts égale ou supérieur à 3,5 mm.
Vérier s’il y a, en amont du réseau d’alimentation, un interrupteur différentiel ayant un
seuil d’intervention de 0.03A.
Vérier que l’installation de mise à la terre est réalisée correctement. Mettre à terre
toutes les parties métalliques et tous les composants de l’installation munis de bornes
de mise à la terre.
Appliquer tous les dispositifs de sécurité conformément aux directives et aux normes
techniques en vigueur.
Signaliser correctement l’interdiction de passage au piétons.
La Société décline toute responsabilité quant à la sécurité et au bon fonctionnement de
l’automatisation si vous utilisez des composants d’autres producteurs.
Utiliser exclusivement des pièces originales pour les opérations d’entretien ou les
réparations.
Ne modier aucune façon les composants de l’automatisation sans l’autorisation ex-
presse du Fabricant.
Informer l’utilisateur de l’installation sur les système de commande appliquées et sur la
façon de procéder à l’ouverture manuelle en cas d’urgence.
Ne pas permettre aux personnes et enfants de stationner dans le rayon d’action de
l’automatisme.
Ne pas laisser télécommandes ou autres dispositifs de contrôle à la portée des enfants
an d’éviter tous actionnements non-souhaitée de l’automation.
L’utilisateur doit éviter de tenter d’intervenir sur l’automatisation ou de la réparer et
s’adresser exclusivement au personnel qualié.
Tour ce qui n’est pas expressément prévu dans ces instructions est interdit.
L’installation doit être équipée de dispositifs de sécurité et de commande conformes à

Espas10 MoneyBOX PLUS accepte monnaie de différente entaille (de 0.10€ à 2€).
Le client s’approche à la station et lit sur l’écran le montant nécessaire et va introduire
monnaie d’entaille différente jusqu’à rejoindre le montant visualisé initialement. Le
montant résiduel est ajourné après chaque monnaie insérée.
La barrière s’ouvre après avoir inséré le montant demandé et le véhicule peut accomp-
lir le passage.
ATTENTION! La barrière doit être pourvue de systèmes spéciaux de sûreté, dé-
tecteurs de masses métalliques c’est-à-dire photocellules permettant la ferme-
ture de la barrière en absence de véhicules dans son rayon d’action.
SÉQUENCE DE PASSAGE
Le système de parking Espas10 a été conçu et construit pour fonctionner pendant plu-
sieurs années à condition que les quelques opérations d’entretien nécessaires soient
accomplies avec soin et rapidement.
Nettoyage de l’accepteur de monnaie
On conseille de nettoyer l’accepteur de monnaie le plus souvent possible
1 - Ouvrir le guichet de la station
2 - Nettoyer l’accepteur de monnaie par jet d’air comprimé
Nettoyage extérieure
Nettoyer la colonne exclusivement avec de l’eau légèrement additionnée de savon
neutre en évitant de le faire en plein soleil.
