SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
•Material der abzuziehenden Bauteile kann abplatzen, umherfliegen und
schwere Verletzungen verursachen. Tragen Sie aus diesem Grund immer eine
Schutzbrille! und Schutzhandschuhe!
•Achten Sie vor dem Abziehen darauf, dass die Hydraulikspindel zentriert sitzt
und die Abzieharme bzw. das Trennmesser nicht wegrutschen kann.
•Greifen Sie nicht zwischen die Abzieharme bzw. in den Abzieher.

ANLEITUNG
1. DIE PRODUKTEIGENSCHAFTEN
Dieser hydraulische Abziehersatz, ist das Ergebnis langjähriger Forschung und Entwicklung seitens
des Herstellers und hat ein Zugvermögen von bis zu 10t. Das Produkt ermöglicht es jede Art von
Kugellager, Riemenscheiben, Zahnräder und anderen, ähnlich gearteten Bauteile abzuziehen.
Der größte Vorteil dieses Produktes ist aber die Tatsache, dass die Hydraulikspindel mit jeder Form
von Abziehklaue kombiniert werden kann, und somit in der Anwendung Arbeit, Platz und Gewicht
spart. Diese Vorzüge machen das Produkt zu einem revolutionären Werkzeug, welches bereits eine
breite Anwendung in der Industrie erfährt.
2. HINWEISE ZUR ANWENDUNG
1. Zu Beginn sollten Sie sich über die Spezifikation des abzuziehenden Maschinenteils informieren.
Dann befestigen Sie die betreffenden Teile an der Hydraulikspindel.
2. Justieren Sie die Hydraulikspindel bzw. dessen Druckstück im Mittelpunkt des abzuziehenden
Maschinenteils. Ziehen Sie die Hydraulikspindel an der Rändelung zuerst vorsichtig von Hand an,
um eine Vorspannung zu erreichen. Der Abzieher verfügt nun über genügend Vorspannung.
Durch vorsichtiges Drehen des T-Griffs im Uhrzeigersinn kann jetzt das bereffende Maschinenteil
gleichmäßig abgezogen werden.
3. Sollten die Notwendigkeit bestehen, bei einer Maschine mit längerer Welle, ein Bauteil
abzuziehen, ist auch dies nach Montage der Zugstützenverlängerungen ohne großen
Kraftaufwand möglich.
3. WARTUNG
•Nach jeder Benutzung sollte das Produkt und alle verwendeten Zubehörteile von
Verschmutzungen wie Staub und evtl. verspritzen Flüssigkeiten gereinigt werden.
•Nach der Reinigung sollte das Produkt in der mitgelieferten Kunststoffkassette verstaut werden.
•Kontrollieren Sie ob die Eigenschaften noch den Standardwerten entsprechen, oder ob evtl.
Hydraulik-Öl ausgetreten sein könnte. Sollte letzteres der Fall sein, öffnen Sie den Verschluss am
Kopfende der Hydraulikspindel durch vorsichtiges Linksdrehen, nehmen Sie den Verschluss
behutsam ab und kontrollieren und füllen Sie das Hydraulik-Öl bis zur Markierung auf. Befestigen
Sie den Verschluss und benutzen Sie das Gerät nur wie unter Punkt 2 beschrieben.

SAFETY ADVICE
•The following safety precautions are necessary because breaking and hurling
pieces of the pulled components can lead to serious injuries. Always wear
safety goggles gloves!
•Before carrying out the pulling operation, check the ram for a centered position
so that its legs and the separator cannot slip off.
•Do not grip between the puller arms or in the pullers.

1. PRODUCT FEATURES
This hydraulic puller set is the result of a long time research and development on the part of the
manufacturer. It provides traction of up to 12 tons. This product allows pulling off any type of ball
bearing, belt pulley, cog wheel and similar components.
But the biggest advantage of this product is the possibility to combine the hydraulic ram with all types
of puller heads. This safes time, space and weight when operating the tool. All these features make
up a revolutionary tool, which has experienced many industrial applications already.
2. INSTRUCTIONS
1. Before you start, you should read up on the tool’s features. After that, assemble the puller.
2. Adjust the hydraulic ram respectively its plunger on the center of the component you want to pull
off. First, tighten the ram and its legs carefully around the knurling by hand to achieve an initial
tension. Now, the puller possesses enough initial tension. By turning the T-handle carefully
clockwise, you will be able to pull off the desired component.
3. In case of operating a machine with a longer shaft than usual, just apply the appropriate extension
rod and carry out the operation as described before without the need of any extra effort.
3. MAINTENANCE
•After every use you should clean the tool and all its components from dirt, dust or spilled liquids
etc.
•Store the tool in its plastic case after it has been cleaned properly.
•Check the tool’s operation in accordance to default values and whether hydraulic oil has leaked
from the ram. In this case, open the cover on top of the ram by turning it carefully counter-
clockwise, take the cover off and fill up some fresh hydraulic oil up to the marking on the inside of
the ram. Close the cover and operate the tool as described under chapter 2.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
•Les matériaux des composants à extraire peuvent s’écailler, être projetés et
provoquer de graves blessures. Pour cette raison, veuillez toujours porter des
gants et des lunettes de protection !
•Avant d’entamer l’extraction, veillez à ce que la broche hydraulique est
correctement centrée et que les bras d’extraction et le décolleur ne pourront
pas glisser.
•Ne mettez jamais les mains entre les bras d’extraction ou dans le montage
d’extraction.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. CARACTÉRISTIQUES DU PRODUIT
Cet extracteur hydraulique est le résultat d’années de recherches et de développement de la part du
fabricant et dispose d’une puissance de traction de jusqu’à 10 t. Le produit permet d’extraire tous les
types de roulements à billes, poulies, pignons et autres composants similaires.
Cependant, le grand avantage de ce produit est que la broche hydraulique peut être combinée avec
toutes les formes de griffes d’extraction, ce qui permet de gagner du temps, de la place et du poids.
Ces avantages font de ce produit un outil révolutionnaire, qui est déjà utilisé dans de nombreuses
branches de l’industrie.
2. INSTRUCTIONS D’UTILISATION
1. Pour commencer, vous devriez vous informer à propos des spécifications du composant à
extraire. Ensuite, vous devrez attacher les pièces pertinentes sur la broche hydraulique.
2. Positionnez la broche hydraulique, c.-à-d., son embout de pression, au centre du composant à
extraire. Serrez d’abord la broche hydraulique manuellement avec prudence au moyen du
moletage, afin d’obtenir une pré-tension. L’extracteur dispose ainsi de suffisamment de pré-
tension. En tournant la poignée T en sens des aiguilles d’une montre, le composant peut
maintenant être extrait uniformément.
3. S’il est nécessaire d’extraire un composant de machine avec un axe très long, vous pourrez ce
faire sans avoir à exercer beaucoup de force en montant les rallonges comme indiqué.
3. MAINTENANCE
•Après chaque utilisation, l’ensemble du produit et tous les accessoires utilisés doivent être
nettoyés de salissures tels que poussières et liquides éclaboussés.
•Après le nettoyage, le produit et ses accessoires doivent être rangés dans le coffret plastique
dans lequel le produit a été livré.
•Vérifiez toujours si les caractéristiques correspondent toujours aux valeurs standard et s’il n’y a
pas de fuites d’huile hydraulique. Si tel est le cas, ouvrez le couvercle à l’extrémité de tête de la
broche hydraulique en le tournant prudemment à gauche, retirez le couvercle avec précaution et
contrôlez le niveau de l’huile hydraulique. Rajoutez de l’huile hydraulique jusqu’à la marque si
nécessaire. Remettez en place le couvercle et n’utilisez l’outil que comme décrit au point 2.

INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD
•El material de las piezas retiradas puede descascararse, salir proyectado y
causar lesiones graves. ¡Por este motivo lleve siempre gafas de protección y
guantes protectores!
•Antes de proceder a la extracción asegúrese de que el husillo hidráulico está
correctamente centrado y de que el brazo extractor y el separador de guillotina
no resbalen y se muevan de su posición.
•No ponga las manos entre los brazos extractores o en el extractor.

INSTRUCCIONES
1. CARACTERÍSTICAS DEL PRODUCTO
Este juego de extractores hidráulicos es el resultado de una investigación y desarrollo de años por
parte del fabricante, y tiene una capacidad de tracción de hasta 10t. El producto permite extraer
cualquier tipo de rodamiento de bolas, polea de correas, rueda dentada y demás componentes
similares.
La gran ventaja de este producto es el hecho de poder combinar el husillo hidráulico con cualquier
forma de garra de extracción, ahorrando así trabajo, espacio y peso en cada aplicación. Estas
ventajas convierten el producto en una herramienta revolucionaria, que abarca una amplia gama de
aplicaciones en la industria.
2. INDICACIONES DE USO
1. En primer lugar deberá informarse sobre las especificaciones de las piezas de la máquina que
desee extraer. A continuación, fije la pieza en cuestión al husillo hidráulico.
2. Ajuste el husillo hidráulico o su pieza de presión al punto central de la pieza que desee extraer.
Primero apriete con la mano el husillo hidráulico por la parte bruñida para conseguir un
pretensado. El extractor estará ya suficientemente pretensado. Girando con cuidado el mango en
T en sentido horario, podrá ahora extraer la pieza en cuestión de forma uniforme.
3. Si fuera imprescindible extraer una pieza de una máquina con un eje más largo, también será
posible hacerlo sin gran esfuerzo mediante la colocación de un soporte alargador.
3. MANTENIMIENTO
•Después de cada uso, el producto y todos los accesorios utilizados deberán limpiarse para
eliminar cualquier resto de suciedad, como polvo o posibles salpicaduras de líquido.
•Tras la limpieza, el producto deberá guardarse en la caja de plástico que se suministra.
•Compruebe que las características del equipo siga conservando sus valores estándar, y que no
se produzcan posibles fugas de aceite hidráulico. Si sucediera esto último, abra la tapa del
extremo del cabezal del husillo hidráulico girándolo con cuidado hacia la izquierda, retire
suavemente la tapa y compruebe el aceite hidráulico, rellenándolo hasta la marca
correspondiente si fuera necesario. Apriete la tapa y utilice el equipo tal y como se describe en el
punto 2.
