INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD.-
Rogamos leer estas instrucciones atentamente, antes del montaje y del primer
uso. Obtendrá importantes informaciones para su seguridad, así como para el
uso y para el mantenimiento del aparato de ejercicio.
Guardar cuidadosamente las instrucciones para su información, así como para
los trabajos de mantenimiento o los pedidos de piezas de repuesto.
ATENCIÓN:
Este equipo se debe utilizar solamente para su propósito previsto, es decir para
el ejercicio físico de los adultos.
■Cualquier otro uso del equipo se prohíbe y puede ser peligroso. El fabricante
no se responsabiliza del daño o lesión causada por el uso incorrecto del equipo.
■Utilice el equipo sobre una superficie sólida y nivelada.
■El equipo deberá disponer a su alrededor de un espacio libre no inferior a 2 m.
■El equipo se ha diseñado de acuerdo con lo más último en los estándares de
seguridad.
■Este equipo está diseñado para uso doméstico, con un peso máximo del usuario
136kg.
■Las reparaciones incorrectas y/o las modificaciones estructurales del equipo
(Ejemplo: Retirar o el reemplazar piezas, no originales) pueden poner en peligro
la seguridad del usuario.
■Los componentes dañados pueden poner en peligro su seguridad y/o reducir
curso de la vida del equipo.
Por esta razón, las piezas dañadas se deben sustituir inmediatamente y el equipo
mantenerlo fuera de uso hasta que se haya reparado. Utilice solamente el
repuesto original de piezas BH.
■Si el equipo está en uso regular, comprobar todos sus componentes a fondo
cada 1 ó 2 meses, prestando atención muy particular al reapriete de tuercas y
tornillos.
■Antes de comenzar su programa del ejercicio, consulte a su doctor para
asegurarse de que puede utilizar el equipo.
Base su programa del ejercicio en el consejo dado por su doctor o preparador
físico.

Los ejercicios incorrectos o excesivos pueden dañar su salud. Trabaje en el nivel
de ejercicio recomendado, no llegue al agotamiento.
■Preste por favor mucha atención a las indicaciones del manual del
entrenamiento.

Retire los componentes de la caja y compruebe que tenga todas las piezas Fig.1:
Las piezas que vienen sueltas están señalizadas en negrita.

MONTAJE.-
MONTAJE DE BRAZO
El banco X-Forte viene casi montado, solo hay que montar un brazo de
resistencias elásticas.
1. Para desplegar la unidad siga los pasos 1 – 5.
2. Alinee el brazo de resistencias elásticas (5) con los dos orificios situados en
la base del asiento (Fig. 1)
3. Atornille el brazo usando los 2 tornillos con sus arándelas y la llave Allen
suministrada. (Fig. 2, 3)

MONTAJE DE SOPORTE PIERNAS
Para desplegar la unidad siga los pasos 1 – 5 del apartado anterior.
En primer lugar coja el tubo redondo con la espuma más pequeña e introdúzcalo
en una de las tres posiciones de los orificios del tubo del soporte de piernas más
largo (13). Después introduzca la espuma más pequeña en el otro lado del tubo
redondo. A continuación realice el mismo proceso de montaje para el tubo
redondo de las espumas superiores (más grandes) del soporte de piernas (13)
intoduciendolo en el tubo del soporte más pequeño. .
Después Coja los dos tubos con espumas del soporte de piernas e conéctelos
haciendo conincidir los orificios e introduciendo el pasador de tal manera que el
gancho del tubo más largo señalado con la flecha quede hacía dentro.
A continuación intoduzca el soporte de piernas (13) en el tubo de la placa para el
soporte de piernas (16) fijándolo con el pasador situado en la placa. El gancho
sirve para conectar con la anilla de una o más de las tres resistencias elásticas
rojas.
DESPLEGADO DE LA UNIDAD.-
Para desplegar la unidad póngala primero en una superficie plana (Fig. 1) y quite la
tapa (12) (Fig. 2). Coja la unidad por el asa con una mano (Fig. 3) y ábrala por el

lado de las ruedas (soporte sin brazos) con ayuda de la otra mano (Fig. 5). Ajuste
la posición del asiento (Fig. 6)
MONTAJE DE LA PLACA DE PIES
Coja la placa de pies (9) con la solapa hacia arriba, engánchela en la ranura del
tubo de soporte inferior delantero. Baje la placa al suelo. Asegúrese que la placa
está bien sujeta.

La placa de pies (9) está diseñada para usar haciendo los ejercicios en posición de
pie.
Importante: Asegúrese de que tenga los pies bien apoyados en la placa durante los
ejercicios realizados de pie. No salga fuera de la placa durante los ejercicios ni
cuando esté montando/desmontando las anillas.
AJUSTE DEL ASIENTO Y RESPALDO
Se puede ajustar la posición del asiento y del respaldo según el ejercicio
correspondiente. Para el respaldo las posiciones están señaladas con las letras A-
E, para el asiento con los números 1-5.

Para cambiar la posición del asiento/respaldo ponga una mano por debajo del
asiento/respaldo (Fig. a), con la otra mano presione el muelle (3) hacía dentro (Fig.
b), baje o suba el asiento/respaldo a la posición deseada y suelte el muelle (3).
Asegúrese que las clavijas del muelle están bien enganchadas en los orificios de
los tubos de soporte (Fig. c).
Ejemplos de posición del asiento/respaldo
USO DE ACCESORIOS
Cada brazo lleva 3 resistencias elásticas.
Resistencia gris – nivel bajo
Resistencia negra – nivel medio
Resistencia roja – nivel alto
Cada resistencia lleva una anilla que sirve para enganchar la maneta (10) o
tobillera (11). La maneta/tobillera se puede enganchar en una o más de las tres
anillas cambiando así el nivel del ejercicio.

Manetas
Ponga el gancho de metal en la anilla de la maneta. Luego engánchela con la anilla
de una o más de las tres resistencias del brazo (Fig 1a).
Después de conecar las manetas con las anillas es conveniente posicionarlas
encima de los brazos para facilitar el comienzo del ejercicio (Fig 1b).
Importante: Conecte las mismas resistencias en ambos brazos (Fig. 1c).
Tobilleras
Ponga el gancho de metal en la anilla de la tobillera. Después póngase la tobillera
alrededor del tobillo y sujétela bien (Fig. 1, 2).
Enganche la tobillera en la anilla de una o más de las tres resistencias (Fig. 3).

Repozacabezas
El reposacabezas (12) sirve para apoyar la cabeza durante los ejercicios que se
realicen boca arriba.
Monte el reposacabezas tirando del pasador ubicado en la parte trasera del
respaldo (2) e insértelo en el tubo receptor y ajústelo en una de las 3 posiciones
disponibles según su comodidad.
Importante: Verifique que el pasador esté bien fijado antes de realizar el ejercicio.
ALMACENAMIENTO
1. Quite la placa de pies (9), el brazo piernas (13) y el reposacabezas (12).
2. Ponga el asiento (1) y respaldo (2) en la posición 1A.
3. Tire del asa hacía arriba acercando las patas del soporte.
Importante: Deje un espacio entre las patas del soporte para asegurar una
mejor estabilidad.
4. Guarde la maquina.

MANTENIMIENTO
Revise y apriete todas las partes de su unidad cada tres meses. Cuando tenga
dudas sobre la condición de cualquier parte, le recomendamos que la reponga
usando partes originales. El uso de otras partes podría producir lesiones o afectar
al rendimiento de la máquina.
INSPECCIONES Y MANTENIMIENTO
Revise y apriete todas las partes de su unidad cada tres meses. Cuando tenga
dudas sobre la condición de cualquier parte, le recomendamos que la reponga
usando partes originales. El uso de otras partes podría producir lesiones o afectar
al rendimiento de la máquina.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.-
Please read these instructions carefully before assembling and using the
equipment. They contain important information for your safety and for the
use and maintenance of the exercise equipment.
Keep the instructions safe for future reference and maintenance tasks as
well as for ordering spare parts.
ATTENTION:
This equipment must only be used for its intended purpose, i.e. physical exercise
for adults.
■Any other use of the equipment is prohibited and may be dangerous. The
manufacturer is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse of the
equipment.
■Use the equipment on a solid level surface.
■The equipment must have at least 2m of free space around it.
■The equipment is designed in accordance with the latest safety standards.
■This equipment is designed for home use only, with a maximum user weight of
136kg.
■Incorrect repairs and/or structural modifications to the equipment (E.g.:
Removal of parts or non-original replacement parts) may endanger the user’s
safety.
■Damaged components may endanger your safety and/or reduce the useful life
of the equipment.
For this reason, damaged parts must be replaced immediately and the equipment
taken out of use until it is repaired. Use only original BH spare parts.
■If the equipment is in regular use, check all components thoroughly every 1 or
2 months, paying particular attention to retightening nuts and bolts.
■Before beginning your exercise program, consult your doctor to make sure that
you can use your exercise equipment.
Base your exercise program on the advice given by your doctor or trainer.
Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Work at the
recommended exercise level, do not overexert yourself.
■Pay close attention to the instructions given in the training manual.

ASSEMBLY.-
FITTING THE ARMS
The X-Forte bench is supplied almost fully assembled, it is only necessary to fit a
bank of elastic resistance bands.
1. To unfold the unit, follow steps 1-5.
2. Align the elastic resistance arm (5) with the two holes in the base of the
seat (Fig. 1)
3. Secure the arm using the two bolts, along with their washers, and the Allen
key supplied. (Fig. 2, 3)

FITTING THE LEG SUPPORT
To unfold the unit, follow steps 1-5 given in the previous section.
First, take the round tube with smaller foam pad and insert it into one of the three
hole positions on the longer leg support tube (13). Then fit the smaller foam pad
onto the other side of the round tube. Now carry out the same procedure for the
round tube with the larger top foam pads for the leg support (13), inserting it into
the smaller support. .
Next, take the two leg support tubes with the foam pads and connect them by
lining up the holes and inserting the lock pin so that the hook on the longer tube,
marked with an arrow, faces outward.
Now insert the leg support (13) onto the leg support connection plate (16),
securing it by means of the lock pin on the plate. The hook is used to connect the
ring of one or more of the three red elastic resistance bands.
UNFOLDING THE UNIT.-
To unfold the unit, first place it on a flat surface (Fig 1) and remove the cover (12)
(Fig 2). Use one hand to take the unit by the handle (Fig 3) and use the other hand
to open it on the side that has the wheels (armless support) (Fig 5). Adjust the
position of the seat (Fig 6)

FITTING THE FOOT PLATE
Place the foot plate (9) with the lip facing upward, hook it into the slot on the front
lower support tube. Lower the plate onto the floor. Make sure the plate is held
correctly.

The foot plate (9) is designed for doing exercises while standing.
Important: Make sure that your feet are placed squarely on the plate when doing
standing exercises. Do not step off the plate during the exercise or when you are
attaching or removing the rings.
SETTING THE SEAT & BACKREST
The position of the seat and backrest can be adjusted depending on the type of
exercise. The positions for the backrest are marked with the letters A-E, whereas
the seat has the numbers 1-5.

To change the position of the seat/backrest place one hand below the seat/backrest
(Fig a) and use the other hand to press the spring (3) inward (Fig b), raise or lower
to seat/backrest to the desired position and release the spring (3).
Make sure that the locating pins for the spring are inserted correctly into the holes
on the support tube (Fig c).
Examples of seat/backrest positions
USE OF ACCESSORIES
Each arm has 3 elastic resistance bands.
Grey band – low level
Black band – medium level
Red band – high level
Each band has a ring which is used to hook onto the handgrip (10) or ankle strap
(11). The handgrip/ankle strap can be hooked onto one or more of the three rings,
helping to change the exertion level of the exercise.

Handgrips
Place the metal hook onto the ring of the handgrip. Then hook it onto the ring of one
or more of the three resistance bands for the arm (Fig 1a)
After connecting the handgrip to the rings, it is advisable to position them above the
arms to make it easier to start the exercise (Fig 1b)
Important: Connect the same resistance bands for both arms (Fig 1c).
Ankle straps
Place the metal hook onto the ring of the ankle strap. Now place the ankle strap
around the ankle and fasten it securely (Fig 1, 2).
Hook the ankle strap onto one or more of the three resistance bands (Fig 3).

Headrest
The headrest (12) is used to support your head during exercises that are done lying
face up. Fit the headrest by pulling the lock pin located at the back of the backrest
(2) and insert it into the location tube, adjust it to one of the three available positions
to suit your needs.
Important: Check that the lock pin is fixed securely before beginning any exercises.
STORAGE
1. Remove the foot plate (9), the leg extension (13) and the headrest (12).
2. Place the seat (1) and the backrest (2) into position 1A.
3. Pull the handle upward bringing the support feet in.
Important: Leave a space between the support feet to ensure better
stability.
4. Store the machine.
MAINTENANCE
Check and tighten all the parts on your unit every three months. If you are unsure
about the condition of any part, we recommend that you replace it with original
spare parts. The use of other spare parts may cause injuries or affect the
performance of the machine.
