MONTAJE.-
Saque la unidad de la caja y
compruebe que tiene todas las piezas.
Para el montaje de esta máquina,
se recomienda la ayuda de una
segunda persona.

MONTAJE.-
1.-Coloque el cuerpo principal (A) en
la posición horizontal (tumbado) sobre
una mesa o similar Fig.2.
2.-Coloque las bases (B y C) en el
cuerpo principal (A) tal como indica la
Fig.2A, haciendo coincidir las
etiquetas autoadhesivas izquierda y
derecha, apretando suavemente los
tornillos (83).
3.-Suelte los tornillos y la chapa
trasera (87).Coloque la pata de
soporte (D) apretando fuertemente
todos los tornillos con la contra placa
trasera (87) Fig.3.

4.-Coloque el cuerpo principal (F) en la
base tal como indica la Fig.4. Coloque
los tornillos y la placa (95), solamente
apuntando sin apretar Fig.4A. Preste
atención a la posición vertical de la
estructura principal (F) Fig.4.
5.-Coloque el cuerpo superior (K) Fig.5
en el cuerpo principal (A), metiendo la
punta del cable por el agujero (M).
Apriete ligeramente las tuercas tal
como se indica en la Fig.5A.
6.-Retire los tornillos (83) de los tubos
de guía (E) Fig.6 y coloque los tubos
de guía (E) en la posición tal como
indica la Fig.6 A.
7.-A continuación coloque las pesas
(50) en los tubos de guía tal como
indica la Fig.7, respetando el orden
alfabético y con las letras giradas
frente a la máquina, comenzando por
la letra (L).
8.-Apriete los tornillos (83) del tubo de
guía (E) al cuerpo principal (A) tal
como muestra la Fig.8.
9.-Suelte del tubo selector de pesas
(21) el gancho (60).
Una vez colocadas las pesas en su
alojamiento, levante la primera pesa
(48) y coloque el tubo selector de
pesas (21) tal como muestra la Fig.9.
Introduzca el gancho (60) con la anilla
y la tuerca en la primera pesa y
enrósquela en el tubo selector (21).
Cuando esté enroscada, apriete a
tuerca (U) fuertemente Fig.9 A.
MONTAJE CHAPA TOPE DE
BRAZOS.-
10.-Suelte las tuercas junto con las
arandelas y los tornillos del soporte
giro de brazos Fig.10.
Continuación coloque la chapa (98)
con el logo hacia fuera, y monte los
tornillos junto con las arandelas y
tuercas, que ha soltado anteriormente.
Apriete fuerte los tornillos.
MONTAJE DE ESPUMAS
SUPERIORES.-
11.-Coja las espumas (65) e
introdúzcalas en los dos tubos del
ejercicio de “BUTERFLY” según le
muestra la Fig.11.
Continuación coja la maneta (O),
suelte el tornillo junto con la arandela
Fig.11 A y atornille en los brazos
(derecho e izquierdo).
MONTAJE DEL RESPALDO.-
12.-Coja el respaldo (33), y acérquelo
al mástil central como muestra la
Fig.12.
A continuación coja los tornillos (85)
las arandelas (91) y atornille el
respaldo Fig.12 A.
MONTAJE ESTRUCTURA
ASIENTO.-
13.-Suelte el tornillo del soporte
asiento (L). Posicione en uno de los
dos agujeros de altura Fig.13 del
asiento y atornille con el tornillo
soltado anteriormente.
Coloque el pasador de seguridad (29).
MONTAJE DEL SOPORTE
PIERNAS.-
14.-Coja el soporte de piernas (LL) e
introdúzcalo en el interior del tubo del
asiento Fig.14, en dirección de la
flecha.
Coja el pomo (31) y haciendo coincidir
los agujeros entre los dos tubos apriete
en sentido de las agujas del reloj.

MONTAJE DEL ASIENTO.-
15 -Coja el asiento (34) y posiciónelo
en el soporte asiento Fig.15.
Coja los tornillos (85) y las arandelas
(91) y atorníllelo.
MONTAJE DE ESPUMAS
INFERIORES.-
16.-En primer lugar coja las espumas
(66) e introdúzcalas en los tubos
redondos superiores del soporte de
piernas, Fig.16, seguido coja los
tapones (44) e introdúzcalos en el
extremo del tubo redondo.
A continuación realice el mismo
proceso de montaje para las espumas
inferiores (67) del soporte de piernas.
MONTAJE DEL SISTEMA DE
CABLES.-
17.-Compruebe que los cables de
acero estén correctamente colocados
en las poleas.
A).-Tome el extremo del cable de
acero (11) Fig.17 y abriendo el
mosquetón del tubo selector de pesas
(47), conexiónelo Fig.18 y vuelva a
apretar la tuerca del mosquetón que
ha soltado.
B).-A continuación suelte el tornillo de
la pletina recorrido del “Butterfly”
Fig.19 y sujete el extremo del cable
vuelva a colocar el tornillo con el
casquillo y las arandelas que acaba
de soltar.
C).-Coja el extremo del cable y páselo
por la primera polea (100), como se le
ilustra en la Fig.20.
Seguido pase la misma punta por la
segunda polea (101) inferior Fig.20A.
Continúe pasando la punta del cable
por la tercera polea (102) Fig.20.
Suelte el tornillo del soporte tensor de
cable (G) y sujete el cable con el
tornillo Fig.20 A.
Nota: Al transcurrir un tiempo, es
posible que note una ligera distensión
del cable de acero, por el
asentamiento del cable. Para
solucionarlo, basta con tensar el cable
de acero en el tensor (G).
18.-Introduzca la cadena del cable de
acero (50) en el gancho (51) del
accesorio de piernas (LL) Fig.21 para
poder realizar el ejercicio de piernas.
19.-Coloque el selector (Q) tal como
muestra la Fig.22 para poder realizar
el ejercicio “Butterfly”.
MONTAJE DE LAS
CARCASAS.-
Coja las chapas soporte (96) y
posiciónelos en las carcasas de
protección. Fig 22A.
Coja los tornillos (97) y las arandelas
(91) y atorníllelos.
20.-Coloque las carcasas de protección
traseras, izquierda y derecha (G y I) en
el cuerpo principal (A) haciendo
coincidir el perno de la carcasa en la
base y después apretando ligeramente
los tornillos en la parte superior Fig.24.
Fije también estas carcasas en los
tubos laterales de la máquina, con los
tornillos (86) Fig.23-24.
A continuación realice la misma
operación con las carcasas derechas

21.-Acople la carcasa superior (51)
pasando por el cuerpo superior (K)
hasta encajar en el cuerpo principal
(A) Fig.26. Coloque los tornillos (97).

22.-Coloque las tapas embellecedoras
(43) de ambos lados del aparato,
posicionando primero la parte inferior
y después haga coincidir el encaje
interior de la tapa embellecedora con
el orificio existente en el cuerpo
principal (A). Presione hasta notar que
ha encajado Fig.27.
COLOCACIÓN DE LA VARILLA
SELECTORA DE PESAS.-
23.-Introduzca la varilla selectora de
pesas (P) en el orificio de las pesas
adecuado para su ejercicio, tal como
muestra la Fig.28.
24.-Cuando la apertura de la varilla
pase el orificio del tubo selector de
pesas (21), gire la varilla selectora (P)
en el sentido contrario a las agujas del
reloj, quedando la varilla tal como
muestra la Fig.29. Asegúrese y
compruebe que el selector esté bien
colocado y que no salga del tubo
selector de pesas. Para retirar la
varilla, gírela en el sentido de las
agujas del reloj y tire de ella.
Para un mejor control del ejercicio, las
pesas están marcadas con letras.
Consultando las tablas de
equivalencia Fig.32, pegadas en la
base de la máquina, sabrá los
esfuerzos ejercidos con cada letra en
kilogramos y libras.
DOBLADO DEL ASIENTO.-
25.-Para doblar el asiento, retire la
varilla de seguridad (29) y levante el
asiento en el sentido de la flecha, tal
como indica la Fig.30 y vuelva a fijar
el asiento con la misma varilla.
Nota: El asiento puede graduarse en
altura, disponiendo de dos posiciones.
NIVELADO.-
26.-Una vez colocada su unidad en el
lugar definitivo, compruebe que el
asentamiento en el suelo y su
nivelado sean correctos. Esto se
consigue roscando más o menos las
patas regulables (42). Fig.31.

Take the unit out of its box and make
sure that all of the pieces are there:
The assistance of a second person is
required for assembling this machine.

1.-Place the main frame (A) in
horizontal position (lying flat) on a
table or other level surface Fig.2.
2.-Place the bases (B-C) onto the
main body (A), as shown in Fig.2A,
ensuring the stickers on the left and
right match up, and tighten the screws
(83).
3.-Release the bolts and the rear plate
(87). Fit the support leg (D) tightening
the bolts against the rear plate (87)

4.-Put the screws (95) into the screw
holes so that they are in their correct
position, without tightening Fig.4A.
Make sure the main structure (F)
remains in a vertical position Fig.4.
5.-Fit the top body (K) Fig.5 onto the
main body (A), inserting the tip of the
cable through the hole (M). Hand
tighten the nuts as shown in Fig.5A.

6.-Remove the screws (83) from the
guide tubes (E) Fig.6 and position the
guide tubes as shown in Fig.6A.
7.-Next, place the weights (50) onto
the guide tubes as shown in Fig.7,
respecting the alphabetical order, with
the letters facing the front of the
machine, beginning with the letter (L).
8.-Next tighten the guide tube (83)
screws (E) into the main frame (A) as
shown in Fig.8.
9.-Release the weight selector tube
(21) from the hook (60).
Once you have positioned the weights
into their accommodating supports,
raise the first weight (48) and position
the weight selector tube (21) as shown
in Fig.9.
Insert the hook with the nut and
washer into the first weight and fit it
into the selector tube (21). Once in
place, screw the nut (U) tightly Fig.9A.
FITTING THE ARM LIMIT
PLATE.-
10.-Take the nuts, washers and bolts
off the arm rotation support Fig.10.
Next, fit the plate (98) with the logo
facing outward and refit the bolts,
washers and nut,
Tighten the bolts securely.
FITTING THE TOP FOAM
COVERS.-
11.-Take the foam covers (65) and fit
them onto the two BUTTERFLY bars,
as shown in Fig.11.
Now take the handle (O), remove the
bolt and the washer Fig.11A and
screw it on to the arms (left and right).
FITTING THE BACKREST.-
12.-Take the backrest (33) and
position it against the central mast, as
shown in Fig.12.
Now use the bolts (85) and washers
(91) to secure the backrest Fig.12A.
FITTING THE SEAT
STRUCTURE.-
13.-Remove the bolt from the seat
support (L). Position it on one of the
two seat height setting holes Fig.13
and secure using the bolt removed
previously.
Fit the seat locking pin (29).
FITTING THE LEG SUPPORT.-
14.-Take the leg support (LL) and
insert it inside the seat tube Fig.14, in
the direction of the arrow.
Take the adjustment knob (31) and by
lining up the holes in the two tubes,
turn it clockwise to tighten securely.
FITTING THE SEAT.-
15.-Take the seat (34) and position it
on the seat support Fig.15.
Fit the bolts (85) with their washers
(91) and tighten securely.
FITTING THE BOTTOM FOAM
COVERS.-
16.-First take the foam covers (66)
and fit them onto the top rounded
tubes for the leg support Fig.16, then
take the end covers (44) and fit them
onto the ends of the rounded tube.
Now do the same for the bottom leg
support foam covers (67).
FITTING THE CABLE SYSTEM.-
17.-Check that the steel cables are
correctly fitted onto the pulleys.

A).-Take the end of the steel cable
(11) Fig.17 and open the carabiner on
the weight selector post (47), connect
it Fig.18 and tighten the carabiner.
B).-Next take the bolt off the Butterfly
plate Fig.19 and attach the end of the
cable. Refit the bolt, spacer and
washers removed previously.
C).-Take the end of the cable and
pass it through the first pulley (100),
as shown in Fig.20.
Next pass the same tip through the
second lower pulley (101) Fig.20.
Continue by passing the cable tip
through the third pulley (102) Fig.20
Release the bolt for the cable
tensioning support and use this bolt to
attach the cable Fig.20A.
Note: The steel cable may slacken a
little after it settles. To remedy this just
tension the steel cable with the
tension control (G).
18.-To do leg exercises, fit the chain
for the steel cable (50) onto the hook
(51) for the leg accessory (LL) Fig.21.
19.-Move the selector (Q) switch as
shown in Fig.22 to be able to do the
‘butterfly’ exercise.
FITTING THE PANELS.-
Take the support plate (96) and position
it on the protection plates. Fig. 22A.
Fit the bolts (97) with their washers
(91) and tighten securely.
20.-Position the left and right rear
protection plates (7 and 18) onto the
main frame (A), fitting the plate wedge
into the accommodating groove in the
base, then tighten screws slightly in
the upper part as shown in Fig.24.
Also fix these plates onto the lateral
tubes, pressing hard on the black
parts. Fig.37.
21.-Fit the upper plate (51) bringing it
past the upper body (K) until it is
positioned on the main frame (A) as
shown in Fig.26. One by one, insert
the two black fixation (97) parts
provided to secure it, and press hard.
22.-Put the decorative fixtures (43) for
both sides of the machine into place,
positioning the lower part first, and
then place the inner fitting of the
decorative fixture into the hole
provided in the main frame (A). Press
until you feel it is firmly inserted

POSITIONING THE WEIGHT
SEECTOR ROD.-
23.-Insert the weight selector (P) rod
into the orifice of the weights required
for the exercise, as shown in Fig.28.
24.-When the rod notch has been fed
through the weight selector tube (21),
turn the selector rod anticlockwise, so
that the rod is held into place as
shown in Fig.29. Check that the
selector is firmly in position and that it
does not protrude from the weight
selector. To remove the rod, turn it
clockwise and pull.
For optimum control of exercise
conditions, the weights are already
marked with letters. By checking the
equivalence charts on the bottom of
the apparatus, you will be able to
check the exercised strength as the
meaning of each letter Fig.32 is
expressed in kilograms and pounds.
