INTRODUCCION
EMS, Estimulación muscular eléctrica, es un método ampliamente reconocido
que se utiliza en el campo deporti o desde hace mucho tiempo. El bt belt
electroestimulador es fácil y cómodo de usar. Este producto está diseñado
especialmente para ayudar a tonificar los músculos abdominales. Le permite
disfrutar del ejercicio y aumentar la capacidad muscular desarrollando la
resistencia y mejorando el tono sin esfuerzo. Gracias al diseño del bt belt
electrostimulator puede tonificar los músculos abdominales en cualquier
momento y lugar.
INSTRUCCIONES GENERALES DE SEGURIDAD
1. Antes de comenzar a utilizar el aparato asegúrese de que está en
buenas condiciones de uso. Si obser a algún defecto, póngase en
contacto con el distribuidor.
2. El aparato no debe ser utilizado por niños o personas discapacitadas sin
la necesaria super isión de un adulto.
3. No deberán utilizarlo mujeres embarazadas.
4. No lo utilice si sufre alguna enfermedad cardíaca o de otro tipo.
5. No utilice el aparato si padece cáncer.
6. No lo utilice si ha sufrido algún ataque, por ejemplo, de epilepsia.
7. No utilice el aparato tras operaciones en las que el aumento de la tensión
muscular pueda afectar al proceso de recuperación.
8. No lo utilice directamente sobre enas aricosas o heridas abiertas.
9. No lo utilice si tiene implantado algún dispositi o eléctrico, por ejemplo,
marcapasos.
10. No lo utilice si tiene algún implante metálico.
11. No lo utilice cerca de los genitales.
12. No lo utilice sobre la piel con lesiones o inflamada.
13. No utilice el aparato cerca del corazón.
14. Si sufre alguna enfermedad gra e, especialmente si sospecha que puede
sufrir hipertensión o problemas de coagulación en la sangre, consulte a
su médico antes de utilizar el aparato.
15. Consulte a su médico antes de utilizar este aparato si tiene alguna
enfermedad cutánea.

16. Si sufre dolores crónicos de origen desconocido, sin importar la parte del
cuerpo, consulte a su médico antes de utilizar el aparato.
17. Las personas en tratamiento médico deberán consultar a un médico
antes de utilizar este aparato.
18. Los diabéticos deberán consultar al médico antes de utilizar este aparato.
19. Las personas con irritación cutánea constante resultante de una
estimulación prolongada en el mismo electrodo, deberán consultar a un
médico.
20. Consulte a su médico si tiene algún problema resultante del tratamiento
de estimulación.
21. Deje de usar el aparato si siente alguna molestía o no se siente cómodo
durante el uso.
22. No lo utilice tras consumir alcohol.
23. Si el aparato no funciona correctamente, o si siente malestar o se
produce dolor, deje de utilizarlo inmediatamente.
24. No lo utilice dormido, mientras conduce o al mismo tiempo que utiliza
algún otro aparato.
25. Mantenga el aparato alejado de fuentes de calor y no lo utilice cerca (-1
m) de aparatos de onda media o microondas (por ejemplo, teléfonos
mó iles) porque pueden causar picos de corriente.
26. No lo utilice con dispositi os quirúrgicos de alta frecuencia conectados al
mismo tiempo.
27. No deje que haya contacto de algún objeto metálico, por ejemplo,
cinturones o collares, con los electrodos durante el funcionamiento.
28. No lo utilice cerca de sustancias inflamables, gases o explosi os.
29. Apague el aparato antes de retirarlo para e itar una irritación no
deseada.
30. Nunca utilice el aparato sin antes aplicar abundante gel de
electroestimulación. Si no lo hace, la estimulación no se transmitirá
correctamente y puede además dañar el aparato.
31. No aplique pre iamente cremas enriquecedoras, porque aumentan el
desgaste de los electrodos o pueden causar picos de corriente no
deseados.
32. No utilice el aparato en lugares húmedos y e ite que se moje. No lo
toque con las manos húmedas durante su funcionamiento. En ningún
caso podrá usar el producto en la ducha o bañera.
33. No exponga el aparato a la luz solar o altas temperaturas.
34. No permita que el aparato entre en contacto con agua o cualquier otro
líquido. No sumerja el aparato en ningún líquido para su limpieza.
35. Si nota que el aparato no funciona correctamente, no lo intente reparar,
desmontar o modificar. Las reparaciones no autorizadas pueden causar
daños, además de in alidar la garantía. Contacte con el ser icio técnico.

Pulse para encender el aparato. Pulse y mantenga pulsado para apagar el
aparato.
(Parte izquierda) Ajuste de Canal 1. Pulse +/- para aumentar o bajar la
intensidad.
(Parte derec a) Ajuste de Canal 2. Pulse +/- para aumentar o bajar la intensidad.

ANTES DEL USO
Para colocar las pilas, suelte la tapa trasera del mando a distancia e inserte con
precaución las 2 pilas alcalinas del tipo AA en el compartimento de las pilas,
orientando correctamente la polaridad de las pilas (haciendo coincidir el polo «+»
de las pilas con la señal «+» del compartimento de las pilas y el polo «-» con la
señal «-»). Vuel a a colocar la tapa.
1. Aplique abundante gel de electroestimulación en los eléctrodos.
2. Pongase el cinturón en la cintura (los eléctrodos tienen que estar en contacto
con la piel. En caso contrario no se produce estimulación.). Ajuste la
anchura del cinturón.

3. Pulse el botón de encendido/apagado (5) (fig. 1)
4. Se encenderá la pantalla digital. Seleccione el modo pulsando el botón de
selección de modo P+ o P- (6) o (7). (fig. 2)
5. Ajuste la intensidad de Canal 1 pulsando los botones + o – (8). Ajuste la
intensidad de Canal 2 pulsando los botones + o – (9). (fig. 3)
6. El temporizador empezará a descontar el tiempo. El aparato se apagará
automáticamente después de 10 minutos de uso.
7. Puede cambiar el modo en cualquier momento pulsando el botón de
selección de modo P+ o P- (6) o (7). (fig. 2). La intensidad se pondrá por
defecto de nue o a 0. Ajuste la intensidad pulsando los botones + o – (8)
o (9). (fig. 3)
8. Puede apagar el aparato en cualquier momento. Para eso pulse y mantenga
pulsado el botón de encendido/apagado (5).
NOTA: Si los eléctrodos no están en contacto con la piel, la intensidad se
pondrá a 0 y el aparato se apagará automáticamente.

MANTENIMIENTO
1. Limpie los eléctrodos tras su uso con un trapo sua e y ligeramente
humedecido con agua.
2. Asegúrese de que no se introduzca agua en el aparato.
3. Retire las pilas de la unidad si no a a utilizarla durante un periodo de
tiempo prolongado. Las fugas de las pilas pueden dañar la unidad.
4. Las pilas usadas y descargas se depositarán en contenedores de
recogida específicos para residuos tóxicos. La ley obliga a una
eliminación correcta de las pilas.
5. Guarde el aparato en un lugar seco y con entilación adecuada.

INTRODUCTION
EMS, electric muscular stimulation is a widely recognized method that has been
used on the sports field for a long time. The bt belt electrostimulador is both easy
and comfortable to use. This product is specially designed to help tone the
abdominal muscles. It allows you to enjoy the exercise and increase muscle
capacity by de eloping strength and impro ing tone effortlessly. Thanks to the
design of the bt belt electrostimulator it can tone the abdominal muscles anytime,
anywhere.
GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Before using the appliance make sure it is in good working order. If you
detect any faults get in touch with your local dealer.
2. The unit must not be used by children or the disabled without suitable
adult super ision.
3. Pregnant women must not use it.
4. Do not use if you suffer from heart disease or other type of disease.
5. Do not use the appliance if you ha e cancer.
6. Do not use if you are prone to attacks, for example, epilepsy.
7. Do not use the appliance after surgical operations in which increased
muscle tension may affect the reco ery process

28. Do not use near flammable, gaseous or explosi e substances.
29. Switch the appliance off before remo ing it to pre ent unnecessary
irritation.
30. Ne er use the appliance without first applying plenty of electro-stimulation
gel. If you do, then the stimulating effect will not be transmitted correctly
and it can also damage the appliance.
31. Do not apply enriching creams beforehand, as these cause the electrodes
to wear out faster or may cause unwanted current surges.
32. Do not use the unit in damp/humid surroundings and pre ent it from
getting wet. Do not touch the de ice with wet hands while it is operating.
Under no circumstances must this product be used in the bath or shower.
33. Do not expose the appliance to direct sunlight or high temperatures.
34. Do not allow the appliance to come into contact with water or any other
liquid. Do not immerse the appliance in liquid to clean it.
35. If you notice that the appliance is not operating correctly, do not attempt
to repair, dismantle or modify it. Unauthorised repairs may cause injury, in
addition to breaking the terms of the warranty. Contact your technical

EFORE USE
To fit the batteries, remo e the co er at the back of the remote control unit and
carefully insert 2 «AA» type batteries into the battery compartment, making sure
that the batteries’ polarity is correct (matching the battery's «+» terminal with the
«+» sign inside the battery compartment, and the «-» terminal with the «-» sign).
Refit the battery co er.
1. Apply plenty of electro-stimulation gel on the electrodes.
2. Put the belt around your waist (the electrodes ha e to be in contact with
skin. Otherwise there will be no stimulation). Adjust the width of the belt.

3. Press the On/Off/ button (5) (Fig. 1)
4. The digital screen will switch on. Select the mode by pressing the mode
selection button P+ or P- (6) and (7) (fig. 2)
5. Set the intensity for channel 1 by pressing the + or – buttons (8). Set the
intensity for channel 2 by pressing the + or – buttons (9). (fig. 3)
6. The timer will start to countdown. The appliance will switch off
automatically after 10 minutes of use.
7. You can change the mode at any time by pressing the mode selection
button P+ or P- (6) and (7) (fig. 2). By default, the intensity will switch
back to 0. Adjust the intensity by pressing the + or - buttons (8) or (9).

8. You can switch the appliance off at any time. To do this, press and hold
the On/Off button (5).
NOTE: If the electrodes are not in contact with the skin, the intensity will
switch to 0 and the appliance automatically switches off.

MAINTENANCE
1. Clean the electrodes after using a soft cloth lightly moistened with water.
2. Make sure that no water gets inside the appliance.
3. Remo e the batteries from the unit when it will not be used for prolonged
periods. Leaking batteries may damage the unit.
4. Used batteries must be deposited in special collection containers for toxic
waste. The law requires proper disposal of batteries.
5. Store the appliance in a dry, well entilated place.

CONSIGNES GÉNÉRALES DE SÉCURITÉ
