The BIPAC 7100 complies with ADSL standards for worldwide deployment and supports downstream rate of
up to 8Mbps and upstream rate of up to 1Mbps. It is designed for small office, home office and residential
users, enabling high-speed Internet connections. User can enjoy ADSL services and broadband multimedia
applications such as interactive gaming, video streaming and real-time audio much easier and faster than ever
before.
Ease of Use with Quick Start Setup
The Quick Start setup allows easy installation of the BIPAC 7100 series. With this simple Quick Start setup,
end users can enter the necessary ISP information and start surfing the Internet immediately.
SOHO Firewall Security and Parental Control
Along with the built-in NAT natural firewall feature, the BIPAC 7100 also provide advanced hacker pattern-
filtering protection. It can automatically detect and block Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, such as IP Spoofing,
Ping of Death, Land Attack, etc. Powered by URL blocking and packet filtering, the BIPAC 7100 supports
parental control to Internet access according to web addresses, web address keywords or the time of a day.
It ensures your family or company a safe surfing environment.
Easy Network Management
The Web-based User Interface makes the BIPAC 7100 extremely easy to install and manage your network.
With built-in DHCP server, system administrators can easily attach this security router into existing networ
and manage the IP assignment without re-configuring the other stations. The built-in diagnostic test tool is
extremely useful to troubleshoot the problem if necessary.
Virtual Private Network (VPN)
The BIPAC 7100 supports embedded IPSec VPN protocol (IKE, 3DES and DES), for establishing a private
encrypted tunnel over the public Internet to ensure transmission security between two or more sites.
