BEFORE USE
Before the first use wipe the case (1)(1)

(5) with soft wet cloth. Let the appliance dry out.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Place your nut maker upon a dry, smooth and
plain horizontal surface.
2. Plug in to the electric mains with the same
voltage as indicated on the nut maker case.
The red indicator (4)(4)

(4) will light on. Please,
wait for 5-8 minutes. Once the appliance is
ready for use, this indicator goes out.
3. When appliance is ready, open it, oil the panels (5)(5)

(5) with mar-
garine or other cooking fat. Fill the each of 24 parts of the lower
panel with a half tea-spoon of dough.
4. Carefully lower the appliance lid pushing it lightly, and fix the
latch (3)(3)

(3). Your nut patties will be ready in 5-7 minutes. Open
your nut maker and gently take the patties off using a wooden
(or heat-resisting plastic) spatula. To avoid damaging the non-
stick coating, never use metallic objects (fork, knife) or any other
sharp objects.
5. If your nut patties are not brown enough, repeat point 4 once
again. Watch the nut maker closely to avoid patties burning.
6. To switch the nut maker off just unplug it.
Warning: after use, always unplug the appliance.
For your convenience, the nut maker can be stored vertically.

CARE AND CLEANING
1. Always unplug and let your appliance cool
down before cleaning.
2. Wipe the nut maker case (1)(1)

(1) with wet cloth.
Do not use the appliance until it dries out
completely. Do not use abrasive materials,
alcohol, gasoline, etc., to clean the appliance.
3. Wipe the non-stick panels (5)(5)

(5) with soft,
slightly wet cloth or sponge. Do not clean panels with hard
materials (metallic sponge, abrasive materials, etc.) or you will
damage the surface.
Warning: do not wash the panels under running water,
because it may lead to an electric fault in the
appliance wiring. If water got under the panels, set
the appliance upside down and let it dry out.
4. Clean your nut maker after each use, do not let the burnt crumbs
accumulate on the panels (5)(5)

5. Before putting your appliance away for storage, unplug it and
let it cool completely. After that put the nut maker into a box and
store in a safe, dry place out of reach of children. Check that the
appliance and its power cord are not under pressure from heavy
or sharp objects.
Recipes
1. Classical nuts
Ingredients
Flour 400 g
Sugar 100 g
Butter 100 g
Margarine 150 g
Egg 2
Leaven (baking powder) ¼teaspoon
Whip the eggs up adding margarine and sugar. Stir carefully.
Separately mix baking powder, vanilla sugar and flour.
Carefully stir all ingredients together.
2. Sweet nuts
Ingredients
Flour 600 g
Sugar 200 g
Butter 100 g
Margarine 100 g
Sour cream 200 g
Egg 1
Eggwhite 2
Leaven (baking powder) 1 teaspoon
Vanilla sugar powder 10-12 g
Stir margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar and one egg. Add sour
cream and mix with care.
