Installation steps
•Place the wheelchair on a level sur-
face and put both steering wheels
in the direction of travel (Fig. 1).
•Pull off the foot bar caps on the
left and right (Fig. 2).

•If possible, find a horizontal and a
vertical fixing point located in the
area of the wheel mount (Fig. 4)

•In their place, fit the anti-tip rollers
required for the wheelchair (Fig. 3).

•Place both clamp holders (on each
side) at these fixing points and
loosely fix these with the M6X40
screws, so that the clamp holders
can still move freely! (Fig. 5)
The M8X50 screws must not yet
be inserted!!
Tip:
Please turn the clamping plate
of the clamp holder around for
smaller tube diameters!!

•For wheelchairs with an adap-
ter plate for mounting the drive
wheels (e.g. Pyro Light Optima), if
possible, look for the attachment
points at the bottom horizontal
Frame tube (Fig. 6).

•Next, hold the adapter plate on
the clamp holder and find the most
suitable longitudinal or transverse
slot for fixing.
•Now fix the adapter plate with the
clamp holders (M8X50 screws).
Tip:
Please do not yet fully tighten
the screws, so that it is possible
to move the adapter plate with
the clamp holder horizontally
and vertically! (Fig. 8)
•Place both clamp holders (on each
side) at these fixing points and
loosely fix these with the M6X40
screws, so that the clamp holders
can still move freely! (Fig. 7)
The M8X50 screws must not yet
be inserted!!
Tip:

Final positioning
In order to ensure the best possible
driving characteristics, along with cor-
rect engagement and release of the
pushing aid, please take note of the
following information about dimensi-
ons:
•Height:
Place the adapter plate so that the
distance between the lower edge
(full length) and the ground is 11.5
cm (Fig. 11).
•Depth:
Try to position the adapter plate
deep enough for the driving wheels
of the pushing aid to be virtually in
a straight line with the wheelchair
driving wheels. (Fig. 12)
If you have positioned the adapter pla-
te accurately, now tighten up all the
fixing screws.
