Installation Guide
BJ_EP2 SHX Interactive Panel
The following must be taken into account in order to ensure the panel is correctly installed:
- Ensure the wall can bear a total weight of 4 times that of the equipment being
installed.
- Type 1 wall: false or timber frame walls.
Requires two crossbeams set 144 mm apart.
- Type II wall: Brick or concrete walls.
Requires a minimum thickness of 102 mm. If the wall has been plastered, the
maximum render thickness should not exceed 16 mm.
- In all cases, even when the wall type is neither of those above, the installer is
always responsible for ensuring that the wall structure and the brackets are capable
of supporting up to 4 times the total weight of the equipment being installed.
